I have never written a review for any online purchase before but feel compelled to voice that Zappos customer service is unparalleled. I ordered a different style boot and didn't care for it, I then decided on the Rockport Toloni, and Zappos sent these out overnight! I really like the boot. Wear them every day at work with jeans. Very comfortable with little to no break-in period. I am considering ordering another pair for when these wear out, but they still look great. Just have to hit a bit of polish on the toe every once and a while. Cheers!

A Great Pair of Boots - First a disclaimer: this is my very first pair of boots. I think these look great. I wear black jeans every day of the week and they look awesome with them. I'm sure they'd look great with a pair of blue jeans as well. They're very comfortable; as comfortable as some of my sneakers, if not more. I highly recommend this boot.

Great Boot! This is a stylish boot with a square and extended toe. Rockports are very comfortable and are excellent quality. I highly recommend!!! Shipping was right on the money and quality couldn't have been better had I bought them in person. A 5-star purchase without question!

Good look, just what I was hoping for - I was looking for a dressy boot I could wear with a suite or jeans, and this is a very comfortable look either way. The feel of the boot is really excellent, but I'm finding that I get a persistent blister on my left foot when driving stick - might just need a bit more breaking in. The finish is quite the right balance of shine and matte black (it's not too shiny). I'm very happy with these, and will be buying them again when this pair wears out.

Great Shoes - These shoes are very comfortable and look great. Received the shoes in less than two days! I suggest ordering the wide version unless you have a real narrow foot. The leather is very soft. No problems with the pull tab catching my pants when I stand up. I plan to order the tan version ASAP.

Great in tan leather - I got these in tan leather, size 8 Wide. Yes, W-I-D-E, and this is very important - they fit PERFECTLY! Look great in tan leather, too. Very comfortable. Fit well with warm sock. Insoles are removable. There is also thin flannel liner so they should be warm.

Great Casual Boots - These boots are a nice midway between full on dress boots and cowboy boots. The black boot is the closest you will get to a dress look, but they scuff very, very easily. However, the scuffs and dings quickly add to its overall character. The boot is very stylish and goes well with khakis or jeans. Oh, and one other thing, the black boot is more of a gray -- the picture is a little deceiving.

Finally! A great boot - I ordered this boot after returning a pair of Nun Bush Bristol boots which were just too shiny for a man's boot, unless of course you are Santa Claus. This boot is more expensive, but in my opinion, looks like a man's boot, is very comfortable and can be worn with jeans or slacks. It is great in the snow because it has a rubber sole and it is not slippery on ice. I wear a 13EE and although it was tight at the instep, it breaks in very quickly and is really quite comfortable. This is a cool boot and of course, YOU CAN'T GO WRONG WITH ZAPPOS! Fast service and great to do business with.

Great Boots! I have no regrets buying these boots. I bought them in black and brown. They were a little stiff at first, but soon softened up and the boots conformed to the shape of my feet. The more I wear them, the better they feel and fit. I wear them to work with dress pants and on the weekend with jeans. Buy them, you won't be disappointed.

BEST boots ever!! From the moment I put these boots on my feet they were heaven!! There was no break in period, and only get more comfortable and "scrunchie-licious" every day I wear them! They are worth every penny! Don't scrimp and buy a lower priced alternative, do it right and buy these FIRST! (I bought the wide ones.)

Love these shoes!! Bought these specifically to work in. Nicest most comfortable dress boots I have! I wear them for 10-12 hours straight, and they are still comfortable!

Very Nice Dress Boot - This is a well-made boot that looks nice with hints of a Western boot. No fancy stitching and a nice clean, modern but reserved look. I have a black and a brown pair of these and they are comfortable. I wouldn't wear them to go hiking, etc. but I'd think men would have more sense than to do that. Does well in snowy and rainy weather. The only complaint I would have is that the little tag on the back keeps catching my pants leg and so I have to occasionally pull my pants leg down over it. Hope this helps you shoppers.

Great Dress/Casual Boot. Very Comfortable. These boots were a great choice. I picked them because of their look, but they are so comfortable I try to wear them as much as possible. I get compliments every time I wear these. You won't be disappointed.

Fantastic dress boot that's super comfortable! These boots were a replacement for a Kenneth Cole boot which fell apart after 2 months of wear. What a big improvement these are! These Rockports are extremely comfortable and look great with jeans as well as dress pants. I can walk all day around the city and my feet are happy! These are a much higher quality leather than the Kenneth Cole boots as well.

Good Value - I bought this boot based on the reputation of Rockport and the few reviews on line. I was very pleased with the quality and fit of the boots and would recommend them to anyone considering a boot purchase.

Very nice boots - I'm 55 years old and have not owned zip-up boots in 30 years. I'm very happy with these. When I first tried them on, I thought "no way," they felt a half size too small with a ridge sticking into each heel. Within an hour of wearing, they began molding to my feet and I must say within a day fit perfectly!!! Very comfortable now. Good looking, good quality boots with good quality leather. Dealing with Zappos is truly awesome, I had my boots within 3 days! I will definitely buy from them again.

Very comfortable boot - This was my first purchase from Zappos. The leather on this boot is soft and makes my feet feel comfortable.

Bargain boots - My boots were delivered on Monday after ordering late Thursday evening, first time using Zappos, great service. As for the boots, excellent buy, very nice quality for price, very stylish, little dressier than I expected and quite stiff but fine leather. They fit just right too, I have a wide foot so ordered the EE size, really pleased with them, thanks for the opportunity Zappos.

THE MOST COMFORTABLE SHOES EVER. These boots feel like sneakers with NO exaggeration. I have low riding boots similar in style to these from RL, they are bench made in England & retailed for approx $500. No comparison, I've achieved a very sophisticated look, with out compromise on comfort & at an unbeatable price. I hope Rockport continues to make this boot in different finishes.

Nice Boot! Looking for a low-key plain square-toe boot is something that would seem an easy task, but alas, it took ordering these Toloni's before I found what I was looking for. These boots fit true to size and the leather is breaking in nicely. Soft rubber soles and heel make them great everyday walking boots and the Rockport quality and plain styling make them perfect for me.

DK - I have wide feet so that automatically eliminates 80% of the choices available. The style of the Toloni is my top choice. The grade of leather is fine, soft, very supple and accepts a shine well. The boots are light on the feet yet they offer remarkably good support. They follow the contour of my foot and ankle very nicely. I also have rather flat feet so too much arch support can be painful. The Toloni seems to have moderate arch support. I expected a three day break-in period. The right boot is heaven but the left boot has just a little too much arch support. It gets better every day though and I do like to wear them every day. The Toloni put a little spring in my step and I look forward to ordering a pair in brown.

Fit like a glove! Ordered on Friday and received them on Monday. They fit just like a glove. These 60's style boots are super comfortable and very slick. They shout "Rock Star"! I will now order them in brown.
