As a returning customer, I find shopping at Zappos to be a very pleasant experience. The customer service is excellent and, the quality of the merchandise is very good. The items that I have ordered arrive quickly and, if there is a sizing problem, returns are extremely easy. Contacting a sales representative is never a problem and, the staff is very helpful and efficient. I am a satisfied customer and enjoy shopping at Zappos.

Very soft leather

I am in the shoe business and even with my connections could not find the perfect shoe for my granddaughter to wear as a flower girl in a wedding. These shoes are beautiful and perfect for this special occasion. Very nice quality leather and workmanship. These are delicate shoes not to be worn running around to play in. They are full cut and are not for a narrow foot. Just beautiful!

Love how soft the leather is. Perfect shoe for my daughter and niece who are flower girls in my wedding. Does run a little wide, but the ribbon helps pull the sides in.

I bought these for my 16 month granddaughter. She is a flower girl in a wedding. She has a wide foot and after about 6 pairs of shoes these were perfect. They are very well made, the leather is very soft and they are a pretty soft ivory color. Pretty little shoe.

These shoes are really lovely. They are delicate looking and my daughter appeared to be very comfortable in them. They actually look even better in person, very soft leather with a pretty ribbon. I might even keep them as a keepsake for my daughter.

I ordered these shoes as my daughter will be a flower girl in an upcoming wedding. Very cute, but they are HUGE!! They feel like more than a size too big, and very wide. I may have to go two sizes down.

Bought these for my daughter's christening. She's 3. They worked perfectly for that purpose but they are not walking shoes and they definitely run large! For special occasions only.

Nice quality, but very wide. Would work well for child with a wide or extra wide foot. My daughter has a narrow foot and the shoes do not work for her foot.

I bought these in a size 10 for my 5 year old, and the proportions are odd. The sides are VERY high and reach her ankle bone in an uncomfortable way. These are probably cute in the small baby sizes.
