First pair of Oh Ewe II lasted 2 1/2 years on tile floors with occasional use outside. Just replaced with same after trying on several brands and sizes. They’ll last longer by wearing socks more, so that’s my plan. They fit like a moccasin which is purchased snug and stretches to fit your foot. I’m a 9 1/4, shallow toe box with narrow heel and wear a 9M. Takes two days to conform to length and stretch a bit. FYI if the Ewe II is too narrow try a Acorn Mens Sheepskin Bootie II. Women’s sizes are two smaller than a men’s so a 9 women’s is a 7 men’s. I tried the men’s but it has a higher back and more room in the foot which made my skinny feet slide around.

Hands down the most comfy, cozy slipper! They’re like fluffy cloud pillows for your feet. Way, way better than uggs. I have bought these for years now so I can face my cold tile floors. They are excellent quality and craftsmanship. It’s like a slipper maker designed them for his beloved ;)

The sole on this slipper isn't as heavy-duty and the sole on "Old Friend" or 'Minnetonka" brand shearling slippers, but the shearling on these Acorn slippers is very plush and the innersole is quite cushiony. The size 9 in this brand is roomier than the size 9 in other brands of shearling slippers I ordered.

This is the second pair of these booties I've had in about 10 years. Obviously, they last a long while, and I wear them all Midwest winter, every winter - indoors, and for quick (and sometimes not so quick) outdoor errands like running out for the paper, or to grab something from the garage at the other end of the yard. They feel fairly snug out of the box - I have to PUT them on my feet rather than just slide my feet into them, but that's great. Remember a couple things - real shearling is best worn next to bare skin, not through thick socks, so snug is good. Eventually, it will mat down quite a bit and I'll be sliding them on. The sole is so cushy - like walking on pillows - and the rubber sole makes it great for those dashes outdoors. Once I discovered these, I wasn't as afraid of winter cold as I used to be. My feet are fairly wide, and the shearling and suede are soft and flexible - doesn't hurt my bunions. I'm interested to see how well the sole wears - the only reason I had to get another pair after about 8-10 years is that the former rubber sole was in a honeycomb pattern that started to break apart - the shearling and shoe part are still as good as new all that time later.

I am very pleased with my Acorn slippers. They are warm and comfortable - and I really appreciate the indoor/outdoor sole. If the sheepskin around the ankle could be picked up for extra warmth I would rate this an A++ product.

These are comfy, but they stretched so much it's hard to keep them on my feet when I walk. I wish they came up just a little higher so they stayed on better. I expect some stretch with these style slippers, but bummed they are sloppy on my feet.

These are well made shearling slippers that felt very comfortable. Unfortunately, the rubber sole is quite a bit more narrow than the shoe itself, which made my foot tilt and actually walk to the side of the sole itself. Not practical, so they are going back.

Warm and comfy slippers! True to size. I ordered a total of 6 pairs of sheepskin slippers trying to find the right fit and comfort and this is the only pair that met my expectations. Now, if I can just keep them off my daughters feet and on mine!

Choosing between one size and the next for a (size) 1/2 foot? For this reviewer, the smaller size was a little short.

The Acorn slippers are fabulous. Years ago they had the suede bottoms and the slipper lasted for years. I have found this last pair with the plastic sole has worn out quicker. However I am buying another pair today because you cannot beat the sheepskin boot for warmth and coziness. They cost a lot, but you wont be sorry.

From the time I step into the house, these are the shoes I wear. They are comfortable and breathe. They are almost too cushioned at first wearing, but now feel just right. Collar of shoe is so soft. Sole is starting to show some wear after a couple of months.

I'm almost embarrassed to be one of the unhappy in a crowd of such satisfied customers, but this is strange. I have to agree completely with the review marked the most critical. I just have been wearing these slippers around the house for about the past hour and a half, and when I was taking them off to get ready for bed, I realized they had made my feet felt more tired than they did when I'd put them on. It's the hard plastic sole, I think, which extends down below the sheekpskin sole, and on which I found I would wobble a bit, unless I made an effort to balance. I prefer a slipper with an even sole -- I want to feel like I'm walking on a flat surface. They look fine, nothing special.

Once a supportive slipper, quality to last, the slipper has devolved into a soft, unstructured form. The footbed is squishy. The sides are loose with no more structure than the material itself. Good for keeping feet warm and cozy when sitting.

I’ve been loyally replacing these slippers more than once a year, and I’m starting to wonder why. They’re not cheap! The last couple of pairs have stayed tight, even after wearing them regularly. And this pair has tags sewn into the footbed that are hard to ignore. They’re still cute but it might be time to shop around.

After just 3 days of wearing these slippers the back of one of the slippers ripped. Should have been better quality for the price! Cold Feet in MA.

I had the same problem as a previous reviewer. I am a 7 1/2 wide and these are 8s. But the major problem is that i slip to the side, actually list. I am walking on the side on the slipper, and it is very unstable. Itis not that they are not wide enough, there just isn't good side support. I got these slippers as a present, so too difficult to return. I will probably just get rid of them. I have had many pairs of similar slippers and never had this problem.

I have purchased this shoe twice, very comfortable! Last forever!
