Amazing look and feel, worth the price! I love boots, and all my jeans are long because of that. I needed a slip in alternative, and these were my first pair of boot style mules I've bought. What a great decision! The comfort is amazing, and the workmanship on these Old Gringo's is stunning. You can pay more, or less, for Old Gringo's depending on how hand-tooled they are, but the Leopartido is a wonderful value at $285. It has the look of an obviously high end shoe, but without the price of it. I usually spend $100 - 320 on shoes and never more, so you know I mean it sincerely when I say this is a good value.

I'm returning this shoe because I typically wear a narrow AA width and this is very wide for my foot. As a result, there is no traction and the shoe will not stay on. I literally walk out of the shoe, although the length is correct. Otherwise, very pretty, well-made, and solid.

Great pair of kicks! Love these mules. They look like they've been around the block and off the trail a bit without looking contrived. Exactly as hoped... better than expected. THANK YOU!

Old Gringo's Leopartido Mule - This mule is of such high quality, I cannot imagine it ever wearing out or going out of style! Looks great with jeans. The leather is gorgeous, the shape and fit just right. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is that the heel is so heavy that it lags behind as I walk, making it 'clunk' a bit. It's not so bad that I don't wear them, but if it were lighter and the mid-sole more flexible, it would be easier to walk in them.
