Great service. Clarks has enough room for the toes, suffered for years with insufficient room for toes. Clarks fit perfect. Day 1 felt loose, could insert index finger. Day 2 and after perfect.

I bought these for my fourteen year old son to wear on his class trip to Washington DC. He loves them. They are as comfortable as his sneakers,but look much nicer. A well made shoe!

Runs a little narrow, ordered a wide EE. However, once they are broke in and stretched out a little they are really comfortable. I wear them to work almost exclusively, suits and ties required. I love the all leather interior

LOVE these! They look more elegant in person than I expected, and my husband wore them directly out of the box with comfort. He wore them on tours through wine country-- in fancy tasting rooms and on some ventures out into the vineyards. Compliments all around. Great support, plenty of room in toe and for his high instep.

I bought this shoe in a 13 Wide for my son who wears a 13-15 size shoe, depending on the manufacturer. These shoes fit him well, he says they are very comfortable and they look great too! I would definitely buy Clarke's shoes for my son again!

These are very comfortable and supportive shoes. Your feet will not get tired in these. They also look great. I recommend them to anyone.

Shoes are more on the casual side of business casual but can certainly pass with a pair of khakis in the work place. I do not find they work very well with dress slacks, but others may disagree. One reason to challenge the world of fashion with these shoes is the support and comfort - I am not sure I have owned a more comfortable. I do agree with other poster regarding the sizing, you should order a half-size smaller than what you usually wear. These shoes replaced a 4-year old pair of Clarks sized 10, but I ordered this pair in a 9.5 and they are a perfect fit. Overall this is a great shoe that can be worn in a business casual setting or for heading out at night, but I would not try to wear these with a suit.

I wear a 9 or 9 1/2 D so I ordered a 9 1/2 M. The shoes were about 1/2 size too big and also too wide. I liked the look and feel. I'm not sure if I will re-order them because I'm not sure I can get a good fit.

Very comfortable shoes - fit awesomely right out of the box. Looks good both with jeans and dress pants.

I'm so thankful that I found these Clarks. I'm also thankful that I checked the Zappos reviews before ordering. Several of the reviews suggested a half size smaller. I took the advice of several reviewers and they fit perfectly.

I purchased a pair of the Clark Un.seal for my father in-law recently but only after owning a pair myself for a couple years. They are very comfortable with a roomy fit and soft cushioning insole. Easy slip on but they feel like lace up once on, in other words not likely to slip off at the wrong moment. Easy care just wipe off with a moist cloth. Oh, and you can wear them anywhere, out or around the house!

This pair of shoes felt perfect from the first moment I slipped them on. I heeded the advice to order a size smaller than normal in this shoe, and am glad that I did. When it's time to reorder, I will definitely consider Clarks first.

I had these for a week, and they fit like a glove. I needed wide, and had no issues. They look great and they go casual work, or with jeans. Of course, Zappos' service was impressive again!

I have very wide feet and these are very comfortable. Well made and they look good. I have both brown and black pairs because I liked the first pair I got so much.

I work in a hospital and am on my feet a lot. These look fine with a shirt and tie and give just enough support balanced with flexibility. I wear them five days a week, and the support in each pair lasts about a year. After that they still look okay, but I notice the difference when I walk around.

I can't believe that I got these more than 5 years ago. I have worn them for work five days a week almost without exception. I do a lot of walking in hospitals and then a lot of standing. The heels have finally worn so much that they want to roll out sideways. The leather, with a clean and a polish, still looks great and there is not a single stitch coming loose. I'm about to order a new pair, which is why I was looking at my order history - can't believe its been 5 years. They seem extra wide in the "wide" (which is good for me) but a tad extra long, so I'm getting a half size smaller. I developed plantar fasciitis with these shoes but fixed the problem with an insert.

This Clarks shoe is the most comfortable shoe I own. I have purchased three pairs of the same shoe in different colors over the last 4-5 years. The only place to purchase them is from Zappos. Not really, but why Zappos service can not be found anywhere else. My wife and I love dealing with Zappos.

I was trying to find a pair of comfortable/ casual shoes for all occasion wear. Based on the reviews. I tried these out. Yes. I can see why people like them so much. The width is a little on the snug size for me, even in wide. I liked the look of them and the general feel of them. Until I started walking around the house. I think it might be the combination of my foot type/shape combined with the elastic part of the upper tongue and the fact that I have a narrow heel. But it just felt like my heels kept sliding out even with thick socks. Others may not have this issue, but I noticed it. Otherwise a great shoe. But I plan on walking a lot in them and the sliding heel would get annoying after a while.

Bought these shoes for my hubby for Christmas. He really loves them. Said they're the most comfortable shoes he has ever owned. Wasn't sure which size to get because others said they run short. They were right because my husband wears a size 9 and I bought 9 1/2 and they just fit. So go up a half of a size when ordering.

I love these shoes, very comfortable. I am on my feet all day at work. I ordered both brown and black. I did have to get a 1/2 size larger. As far as Zappos, I'm a VIP member so that should answer that!
