Looking for super comfort? It's here! I needed soft, comfortable, somewhat warm shoes that I could stand on all day. My new Boston Birks are exactly what I was looking for. My only problem (very minor) was the size range. I wear a 9.5 or 10 and could only choose from a 9/9.5 or 10/10.5. I went with the larger ones. They're roomy but not unmanageable.

Sizing for Birks-different than shoes!!! I just wanted to share that I've worn Birks for years and I wear a 7.5 women's in sneaks (Adidas, Nike, etc) and an 8 in regular shoes and I buy a 37 in Birkenstocks (they say that's a 6-6.5 I believe). So buy about a size smaller than what you wear and I'm sure you’ll be satisfied!

I've become a believer - Growing up around Germans, Birkenstocks seemed to be the staple shoe. However for as long as I can remember I hated the way they looked. It wasn't until I was feeling discomfort in my feet that I opted to give them a try. WOW! I totally get it now. The minute I put the shoes on I felt the shoe immediately mold to my foot and give me the support I had been lacking. They were too comfortable that first day, I wanted to fall asleep standing up. For anyone in need of correcting a case of "flat-feet", I HIGHLY recommend these shoes.

Better than I remember 10 years ago - This is my second pair of birks - first pair bought 10 yrs ago. Durable, timeless design and style.

I work in a hospital, on my feet all day long and couldn't live without these clogs. My pair is over 8 years old and holding up very well. Expensive initially but considering how much use I've gotten out of them the price was well worth it.

Sooo Comfortable - They take quite a while to break in, but after they are these Birks are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned.

Amazing Birkenstock - I have liked Birkenstocks since the early 80's. My fiance introduced them to me and I have had a pair ever since. The first Birki that I got lasted 20 years. I expect this one to do the same.

Pleased - I give them all 5 stars. This is my third pair of Birkenstock's and they're the best shoes I've ever had. A little pricey yes, but since my last pair of clogs lasted nearly 5 years, I think it's worth it. Plus Zappos did a great job for shipping my order very quickly. So far I've been very pleased with my shopping off of Zappos, keep it up!

Broken Toe - This shoe was perfect for me, because I broke my toe. I was on my way to a conference and unsure as to what I could wear on my feet. It was perfect with my low boot and didn't look too bad with my business outfits. After taking my boot off, I continued to wear the shoe and it was comfortable. My feet didn't hurt, but most of all my toe didn't hurt. Most importantly, my shoe was sent to me in one business day, even when I made a mistake in checking out. The customer service people where excellent! My foot is narrow and it is difficult to find shoes-Zappos is an answer to my prayers!

Excellent! These shoes feel good and look good- one of very few brands that fit my wide feet! If you don't have wide feet, be sure to order narrow.

I love these shoes. My first pair lasted 7 years of almost constant wear. I wore them everyday to work. As I was told they uncomfortable for the first two week because my foot wasn't used to being supported after that I never took them off. This pair I didn't have to have the break in period for my feet. I just slipped them on and pure bliss.

Boston Birks - My last Boston’s have lasted 9 years, the one before 6. I am a chef who uses them out of work as well and am looking to buy my 3rd pair. Thanks for the best shoe out there. I also have a broken foot yet get the support I need.

Mmmm...birks - The brown Birkenstock Boston's are the first pair of Birk's I ever bought--while pricey, they are totally worth it! They are so comfortable, and once you know what size you wear, you can buy the exact same size in all Birkenstock styles and types. You can wear them with anything - they are great!

Comfort and style - The recently purchased pair of Birkenstock's is as comfortable as my old well worn ones. The style is great for winter since I do not wear my sandals with socks at that time. Fit is the same we have grown to expect from Birkenstocks. Great addition to my shoe wardrobe!

My New Birkies - Great footware. Everybody should own at least one pair!

Better than being barefoot! These shoes are so comfortable, I end up wearing them around the house because they make my feet feel so good!

Why do I need other shoes? I love these Birky's. I'm one of those few people who has chronically cold feet. Although I like my Birkenstock sandals, I wear my Boston's (I have several pairs) year round. They are so comfortable that I'll choose them over tennis shoes.

Birks rule I have a pair of these and a couple pair of sandals which are worn out. These are great shoes and I totally recommend them to anyone who likes clog type shoes.

For flat and wide feet - These shoes are a mixed blessing because the built-in arch feels very high to my flat feet which crave something to hold them up, but at the end of the day it feels good to get out of them. I also like the feeling that my heel is seated low in them compared to other shoe styles. The foot bed is rather hard and may not be for everybody. The style is informal and looks well with slacks; the felted top is an unusual material for a shoe in my opinion.

I have HIGH arches so this shoe is perfect for me! :-) Just not crazy about the color and the suede. I'd love this in black or grey and in a hard leather... Regular Birkenstocks do NOT have high enough arch for me!! I NEVER understood why my friends raved about Birks... I only wish this HIGH ARCH came in other colors, materials... I would love a hard leather - this suede is too floppy and hard to slip on- I have replaced hips - so it's hard to bend down and put on the shoe... PLEASE ZAPPOS/BIRKENSTOCK do you HEAR me? PLEASE PLEASE offer the HIGH ARCH in other colors, styles, hard leather! THANKS! Kim who has HIGH arches! :-)

These shoes saved my feet. After recovering from plantar fasciitis 12 years ago, my feet began to hurt again. I ordered these shoes and lived in them as much as possible and voila! My feet are much better. Money and time saved by avoiding doctors' visits! Putting these shoes on makes my feet feel like they are on a spa vacation. I wish so much that Birkenstock would make the high arch fit in other styles and colors. One note: the color is more gray than pictured. I thought they would be a khaki color but the color is more neutral...which I really like. Great shoes!
