Best boots ever!! I have always worn Dr. Martens boots and shoes and have always loved them - but these boots are the best boots I've ever owned. They are the softest leather and they are comfortable right away. There is no "breaking in" period. These boots are awesome!

Cool, comfy boot - I've been wanting a pair of Docs for a long time, and after much indecision, ended up with these. I'm glad I did. They look really cool, and they're very comfortable as well. You're supposed to be able to wear them folded over if you want; I think that looks pretty clunky. But they look great laced all the way up.

Love My Docs - I love these boots so much. I have wanted a pair of Doc Martens since I was a teen and really wanted an updated version of the classic. I love how tough these boots look, but still have the feminine touches with the pink plaid and satin laces. I really feel super cool when I wear these. They are also so, so, so, so comfortable. I was worried they would be stiff, but from the moment I first put these on, they were perfect. I cannot wait to get a motorcycle so I can wear these. I really love these boots.

Surprisingly light weight boot - These are super cute motorcycle-type boots. They come with an extra pair of laces if you don't like the satin ones (but I do!) they run a little big...I’m going to add an insert...but they have a very light weight and are comfortable for such a "heavy" looking boot. Zappos got these to me within 24 hours of my order at no extra charge! I love Zappos!!!

Love these boots - I have been looking for a long time for a boot like this. The fact that you can roll down the top for a different look is added plus.

Dr Martens - Absolutely love them!!! Very comfortable, great looking, and true to size. I bought them to wear riding my Vespa and they are perfect!!!

Knock-out boot. These boots required no break-in time and were comfortable from hour 1. I get comments all the time about how "cute" they are. Being an almost senior citizen, I love being able to wear something stylish and comfortable at the same time. Great with leggings. I only wear Dr. Martens and own several different styles of boots, but these have turned out to be my favorites.

Excellent - This is quite possibly the most comfortable boot I've ever had the privilege of owning.

Great Biker Shoe - I bought my Triumphs specifically for riding my motorcycle and they are terrific. I wore them for the first time all day without any new shoe discomfort. They have pink plaid lining on the inside of the shoe and also come with black ribbon shoe strings to give the boot a feminine flair. Just make sure to wear socks that go past or up to the top of the boot because the plaid lining is itchy on your skin.

Definitely loved these boots - I have been wearing these non-stop since I bought them about 3 weeks ago. The fit is great though I have wide feet, so I had to spend some time breaking them in, now they are perfect. I love the laces that come with them. I would highly recommend these boots to anyone that is considering them.

Nice Boots! These are great boots... as long as you know what you're getting. Doc Martens run LARGE! Also, there is no zipper, so you will have to lace them every time! That said, I love these boots. They are comfy and great-looking. I bought them to wear on my scooter, but actually wear them all the time.

Great Boot. Great cut. Narrower than most Docs which is ideal. Be aware that the buckle in the back jingles when you walk. I wound up sewing it to the small hole in the back of boot.

Love my Triumph 1914s! Way cool boot! They come with a ribbon shoe lace and the original shoe lace, the ribbon rocks and feminize the boot! The color looks red from the picture of the inside, but it is a pinkish tone, again feminizing the boot. Very comfortable, true to size! Love em'.

Ouch! My Achilles tendon! I wore these boots today for the first time. It hasn't yet been an hour, and it has rubbed the skin off of my Achilles tendon. Of course, I wanted to be like Rihanna and wear them folded down. These boots look cool though. The floral lining adds a feminine twist to an otherwise masculine-looking boot. Be sure to have some Heavenly Heelz around!

Thank you to the girls who included calf fit in their reviews. I have 16 inch calves and have considerable trouble finding high boots that fit over them. Of course, these are tie boots and that helps, but they close over my calves and look cute at the same time. They are going to need some breaking in -- they're wreaking havoc on my achilles right now, but this happened with my snow boots and will eventually pass. There is no easy way I've found to get in and out of them. You will definitely need to unlace them upon taking them off and on. I typically wear a 9/9.5 in regular shoes and usually go up to a 10 in boots to make room for socks -- and I probably like my boots a bit roomy. I ordered these in US 9 and they fit me like all my other boots I've purchased in size 10. For those who said they will be cute with dresses... not so sure.

Very cute boots - brought me right back my grunge years! Leather felt stiff and after trying them on with several things I realized I can relive the '90s.

Still breaking these in - I love the look of these boots and have worn them 4x, and they are still cutting into the backs of my heels despite the band-aids. I'm hoping these will break in soon because I really like the look of the shoe, and I have had Doc Martens in the past (shorter boot & oxford) which I loved. I have big calves and they made their way around them, much to my delight.

I'd tried a pair of 18 hole Docs in the past and just didn't like the fit. Unlike those - this pair was instantly comfortable (a little break in at the ankle that required a band-aid, but hardly noticeable). These will be my skirt, pant, everything boots for the winter. I particularly like the low heel. The only thing that keeps these from 5 stars for me is convenience. There is no side zipper and they don't have speed lacing. So you have to lace and unlace them every time. The ribbon laces are cute, though.

I was so excited to have found these after seeing them on someone in a pub one night. As I wear a woman's US12/UK10, I was worried about the size. The length was great; however, they were so narrow on me they made my foot ache while I had it on. I never even tried on the right boot. Sad day.

After reading the reviews about woman wearing these for the motorcycle I ordered a pair, finally got the right size which only took them a day or so to get to me. The verdict...I love them! Super comfy and supportive. I ride a Ninja 1000 and I am going to test them out during my morning ride to work. Only thing is I might wear a pair of thicker socks to begin with.

I was looking for the perfect pair of combat boots and I found them. Good quality leather with a thick sole. I wear them with tights and dresses on warmer days or leggings and a sweater when it's colder out. It is kind of annoying that they don't have a zipper, but it adds to their authentic look. I am normally a size 6.5 and the UK 4, US Woman's 6 fit me perfectly with thin wool socks. I love Dr. Martens and these boots are 100% worth the price.

I purchased these, my first Docs, a couple months ago and I have thought about them a lot. Worn them a lot, too. I love them. I bought a men's 7 and it fit my women's 9.5 perfectly - good toe room but minimal heel slippage. It is winter so I'm wearing heavy socks. Thanks to the laces you can easily (well, pretty easily) adjust the fit otherwise. I have certainly developed a kinship with Victorian women...managing the laces so that you get out and back in and re-laced...well, you probably don't want to be in a hurry but it's well worth the bother. I'm pretty sure you want a pair.

I had my eyes on these boots for a while, but when I got them, I thought they were a little tight around my wide feet. I decide to keep them and wear with thin socks, but after a couple wearings they completely broke in and I absolutely love them. These boots are rockin' and still feminine at the same time. Could not be happier. They do run big as I usually wear an 8.5, but got these in an 8.

I love these boots. Love. The waxy, distressed leather is gorgeous, and the inimitable Doc Martens sole is flawless. It took me a couple of wears to break in the leather where the seam in on the back (near the buckle). That spot rubbed me the wrong way at first, but now they are like butter! I feel like I can take on the world in these boots!
