Un-Pump Rocks. Extremely comfortable - good support and very soft and cushy inside. Cute too - nicer looking than one might think from the photo. I purchase mostly "comfort" shoes, but only if they look current and stylish.

Comfort Meets Class! The shoes are the Holy Grail. My 8.5 Narrow feet are impossible to fit and these shoes fit perfectly. Moreover they are the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned -- I feel like I am walking on clouds. The fit is unlike any I have experienced, I believe, related to the new technology. Not least importantly the shoes are simple and classy, elegant enough to wear with a suit or out for dinner yet simple for jeans. Meanwhile no one would think you are wearing your sneakers, which these shoes are more comfortable than!!!

Un.Believable! This shoe is so comfortable! The lining is so soft! I absolutely love this shoe. I would recommend it to anyone. I first tried it on in as full service Clarks and totally feel in love. I now have three pair and will soon have a fourth!

Very cute! I really love these now that I've broken them in...that took a week and was rather unpleasant in the heel and where the shoe cut into my instep. However, they are good leather and now are totally fine, comfortable all day on my feet. I have kind of wide feet but I'm glad I didn't order the wide, it would have stretched out too big. Super cute with pants or skirts!

Nice shoe, but a little expensive. I love Clark's shoes and have worm many for years. I was looking for a comfortable shoe to stand up to the long hours I am on my feet. These shoes are comfortable for the most part, however I would not recommend them if you are on your feet for 8+ hours a day. After a while, my feet did start to hurt. For problem feet, you may be better of with another shoe. However, this shoe does have a cute look. The price is a little steep though.

Comfy, but... Happy with previous purchases of Clarks Un.shoes I purchased this pair about a month ago. The red is a nice autumnal color and the shoes are cute. They are a bit tighter than I'd like, but I think that they will stretch a bit and be fine, also the seams on the toes are not exactly symmetrical from one foot to another, but probably only I notice. Overall a nice pair of shoes, and once broken in will be great with jeans all fall.

The shoe feels generally true to size. I think that Clarks does a good job of being consistent with their shoe sizing and this shoe is no exception. It was comfortable the first time that I wore it. I got several compliments. I wear a narrow shoe and they are difficult to find in this type of shoe. I hope that Clarks continues to remember the narrow footed gals!

Debating the Un.pump - The Un.pump is a funky looking shoe reminiscent of a skimmer but "Clarkier". It is made of a soft, flexible leather with a comfortable rubber sole. There is a roomy toe box. For someone with larger feet, the shoe would seems to looks better with pants than with skirts. The Un.pump has good length. On the downside, it runs a bit wide in the heel and lacks any significant support. I'm not sure that the arch contour is as far forward as I need it. So, even though I have two new pairs (red and brown) of the Un.pump, I am still debating whether to keep them.

Very cute, but hurts your heel - I bought these shoes hoping I'd found a great shoe to walk to work in. After the first 10 minutes my heels were all ripped up. They look great though. I wanted the green but ended up buying the black. The black are a lot cuter in person than online.
