This shoe is so comfortable, as well as cute. I could not wear it as I have foot nerve pain and the tops of the shoes pressed on my toes. I was so sorry to have to return this shoe. It's a wonderful fit, and cushiony - a great buy for those with normal feet!

The Un.loop are very comfortable; I wear them to work and I like wearing them outside work with jeans as well. However, the Un.sage are so much more comfortable; they were great on the very first day. The Un.loop just took a little longer to adjust to.

This i my 3rd pair of Clarks Unstructured line-a step up in quality. The Un.loop is a new style for me and what I expected. I usually wear an 8N and the fit of the shoe was good. Arch support was adequate. All that said, the quality of the shoe was disappointing in these respects--the quality of the leather lining and insole is less than the previous pairs; the outer leather and sole are very stiff so they were returned. I have a narrow heel and that fit fine but when I took a step the heel still slipped because of the stiffness.

Good cushioning around the back & good arch support. The top of the shoe stuck up in a funny way. Nice shoe overall. It just looked to clunky on my foot.

I wanted to love this shoe, but it just wasn't wide enough for my bunion on one foot. Other Clarks Unstructured shoes in same size/width fit very well, but for the money it's not worth my holding on to these hoping they'll stretch. They won't--I can feel the sole is cut too narrow for truly wide feet. If this came in a 7.5 WW it would be perfect for me.

At first I felt this shoe was too clunky, but the stitching really breaks it up and gives it style. It has to be the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. This unstructured style is really working for my large, wide feet My husband things they are retro-cool, I think because of the "clog" look. This is an all-day, walking the town in jeans shoe. It's more comfortable than many sneakers I've owned.

I usually wear a 6.5 in every shoe, especially Clarks. This is a bit big all around. If I wear thick socks they are very manageable. I thought about sending them back, but had worn them for a full day at school and didn't think that would be proper!

Fit is strange, but overall a good buy - I generally wear a size 5, but after trying these on locally I decided to buy a 6. When it arrived I found it to be painfully tight. Eventually I cut the elastic (it's hard to tell from the picture, but there is a hidden wide elastic strap underneath the top flap of the shoe. I left the small elastic that wraps around the button intact) and that improved matters, but the shoe was still too tight so I removed the insole. The insole was very comfy, but without it the fit is much roomier and the shoes are still very comfortable. One shoe also has a weird habit of getting the very tip of the shoe dented inward, so I may have to put a bit of something in the tip to stop that from happening. Overall these are comfortable and great quality, but the fit needs work (I do not normally need wide shoes!).

The length of this shoe was perfect but the width was a bit narrow for a wide. I really like this shoe...I am so disappointed!

This is my 3rd or 4th pair of Clarks Unstructured and I've always been impressed with the step up in quality, The fit of this shoe was good-I wear an 8N and it was spot on in length and width. Unfortunately, the "good" story ends there. The quality of the leather used in construction has declined. The inner lining wasn't as soft and smooth and the leather used for the outer shoe was not soft and pliable. The sole was very stiff so even though the heel is narrow it tended to slip due to the stiffness. Bottom line--returned the shoe. Thanks to Zappos for easy shipping.

Looked cheap in person

My feet measure 10.5 narrow, and I have narrow heels. Since Clarks doesn't sell 10.5, I tried this in an 11N. The shoes fit snugly, except that the toe was huge and clumsy...and the shoes looked huge on me. Also, don't be deceived by the un-loop feature; the loop does come off the button, but for no apparent purpose... it does not loosen the shoe.

I wanted to love this shoes as I have several friends that have this style and love them. The top of this shoe is just too high up on vamp of my foot and was just too snug. Perhaps a 1/2 size larger will make the difference, if not then this style is just not for me. Kudos to Zappos that make returns so easy.

I wanted to love these shoes. Clarks are usually the brand that fit me the best. The shoes themselves are super cute, but they were too tight on me. I normally wear a size 7 M but I had to return those. I then tried the 7.5 but they were too tight as well. So they are headed back too. I will need to try a different style.

Both shoes are labeled size 8. But the left shoe is about a size smaller. The right shoe is good in the length but narrow.

The shoes are very nice, but they are very narrow across the front of the foot. With a stiffer leather and the tight fit, they didn't work with my bunion and sensitive feet.

I bought these shoes several years ago from a store downtown. I was hoping the "unstructured" insole would provide comfort for my aging feet. I have a Morton's neuroma on one foot and a hammertoe on the other. Unfortunately, the footbed in this she provides basically zero support for my foot, and puts pressure on the ball of the foot, which aggravates the neuroma. The actually look clunky, too, making my size 11 foot look even bigger than it is. I would definitely not recommend these to someone looking for comfort.

I loved the look of this shoe and thought it would be comfortable, but as much as I tried, I could not get them on my arthritic (and somewhat deformed) feet. Perhaps if these had a wider opening. Too bad. Most of the reviews are good, and I'm sure they would have been perfect for wearing with jeans.

I am disappointed in these shoes - the insole is negligible and had to insert another one for comfort. The quality is not what I expected from Clarks; as usual, one pays for the name but never again! Hopefully will be able to return them as I have worn them a few times hoping they would become less hard! They look so comfortable, but they are not!

I am very disappointed! I have always been happy with Clarks until now. I used to be able to wear their shoes for years and the fit was always great. This pair was too big, but the right shoe was smaller than the left shoe by a considerable difference. I put an insole in each shoe to see if that would make the shoes fit more snugly, but the right was so small, it hurt my toes, and the left was still too big, and my left foot is bigger than my right. I hope this is not a trend.

This is a really great shoe. It looks good and is comfortable. However, the sole split under the ball of my foot on both shoes. Thanks, Zappos, for the great customer service.

I purchased the Un.loop because I had recently purchased the Clarks Un.wave. I purchased this shoe because of what others had said about it and also because of the color it came in. It is a very comfortable shoe. I am a little disappointed in the shoe now that I have worn it. The left shoe feels a lot bigger than the right shoe. I have to wear a heavy sock just to keep it from feeling sloppy on my foot. Other than that, it is ok. Not really my favorite. I like the Un.loop a lot better for fit.

After reading the review of this shoe by people with similar "foot issues" (i.e., flat feet, plantar fasciitis, bunions) I had high hopes. When I took them out of the box I loved the look. They felt rather comfortable when I first tried them on. The toe box felt nice and wide and the size seemed right. My insoles wouldn't fit, so I stayed with the original insoles. After wearing them around the house for a couple of days I ventured outside knowing I wouldn't return them. However, after just a brief time walking, my bunions were killing me. And support was lacking. That was the end of my Un.loop story. Unfortunately, not a good purchase for me. Back to Birkenstocks.

Clarks’ wide options are not as wide as they used to be. These shoes were tight on my feet. My left side felt tighter than my right side. I had to return the shoes. Thank you Zappos for making the return process easy.
