Sloppy Shoe… Larger look than Zappos photo. Fits larger than size. Recommend ordering one size smaller… i.e. 13 try for a 12. Sloppy looking, big-boot style on foot... certainly not dress/casual dress. Use as a warehouse looking boot. Heels make black marks on tile floors with any slight movement turn! Overall flat-footed feel... and definitely need an insert for a higher instep. Wouldn't buy again.

Great-design and great look, but poorly made and with sub-par materials. Really appreciated the larger toe-box. Bought two pair, and they were super-comfortable from the get-go, but didn't feel durable at all. One pair squeaked on me right away so I returned them both. Boots are meant to be broken in. Craftsmanship didn't strike me well, and I would not recommend them. More like slippers cleverly disguised as boots/chukkas.

Quite possibly the worst pair of shoes I have worn in quite some time. If durability in regular everyday use is important to you, look elsewhere. These began falling apart within only a couple of weeks and already look like they're five years old.

Great looking shoes. Feel terrible on my feet. Too high in the heel, feels like I'm falling forward. Back of my foot always feels like it’s lifting out of the shoe. Very uncomfortable. No more Clarks for me.

Falling apart in 6 months. I've replaced the laces and the insole, and now the soles are wearing thin, the stitching on the back of the boot is coming undone. I can poke the bottom of my heel through the shoe and the fabric/stitching on the interior of the boot is coming undone as well. I have never bought a pair of shoes, even cheap shoes, that have worn down as fast as these. I am going to try and contact Clarks to see if I can get a replacement, though I'm worried that in 6 months I'll be in the same position again. On the positive side, they are reparable. They are super comfortable, and look great, too. But this hardly makes up for the fact that they have worn down so quickly.

Love the style of this boot but after only \r\n2 months of wear the heel wore out do not buy this boot if you spend anytime on your feet.

Slips in the back, rendering it unwearable - I like the look of this shoe. It seems to fit, meaning that my toe has about a quarter inch in the front. Yet while walking in it, the rear slips up and down a large amount with every step. It is absolutely impractical and I have given it to Goodwill. Very disappointed.

Wore out quick - I bought these as work boots in a woodshop, which was a big mistake. Granted, maybe I don't have the best posture, but I literally wore a hole into the heel of this boot within a month of normal working conditions. Fortunately, Zappos has amazing customer service and I was able to return the pair of boots for a full refund. Thanks.
