Tried these on at my local farm store and loved them. They didn't have the color that I wanted so I had to order them. I ordered them in brown rebel. It is hard to find good boots with good traction on the bottom to keep you from slipping during farm chores or really what ever you're doing. Overall great boots, love them, and would also love more color choices including the brown leather colors like in brown rebel

I never had a western style boot before, but I need a good work boot and decided to take a dive. So far so good! I've worn them a couple of times and they are comfortable. I brought extra shoes with me on the first wear, concerned that I might get blisters in weird spots, but nope - went home with healthy feet after being on my feet for 8 hours. I'm pleased with my purchase and think I made the right choice. No complaints! Plus, to quote my friend "they are stinkin' cute!"

I'm on my 4th or 5th pair of these. I use them for riding horses and use them around the farm. They don't track in dirt and are safe in the stirrup because of the smooth soles. They weren't designed as hiking boots as they lack heavy tread and are lighter weight for comfort in the saddle. They do very well on uneven dirt surfaces and offer all-day comfort and good looks. They are comfortable for long walks. That said, they are not designed for technical climbing, snow, or icy conditions. I use my waterproof ones with Stabilicers for icy long walks. I wish that Ariat would make the matching half-chaps again. The second generation of the half chaps were too tight around the ankle but the original ones would be hot sellers if you went back to that pattern again. I order 1/2 size down in this boot with medium weight socks as they stretch slightly and have plenty of length. The lacing holds your foot back in the shoe and the toe box is roomy enough for my bunions.

I purchased the wide width for the boot width and calf width, and it's the only women's boot I've found to offer a wide calf width, which allows me to wear skinnies or my regular jeans tucked in, with enough room for my calf. They're immediately comfortable, I wore them for a full work day in the western retail store I work at for the first time and there's no break in period--you can wear Ariat boots out of the box and that's why I love Ariat boots!

Bought then earlier this week have been on the fence about getting boots like this for a while and finally bought them I don't regret it one bit. Very comfy stylish and easy on easy off

This is the most comfortable boot I have ever worn. I have had numerous other western style boots and lace up work boots and this is by far my favorite. The soft top of the boot provides flexibility and comfort that keeps the boot from rubbing your shin and calf and the durable leather lower of the boot conforms to your foot and provides protection while working.

I found Ariat boots several years ago. It is so good to find a company that understands that woman need sturdy, comfortable boots too. I suffer from plantar fasciitis, but the Terrain boots are so comfortable and supportive that I can wear them all day.

This is the 4th pair I have purchased! I love my H2O'S and literarily wear them every day. I also own an insulated pair as well as Fat Babies and a 12" square toed boot. Love my Ariat's!

Ariat newer fails always on par with what the regular person needs to finish or start a job. Comfort is the best after a few wears the boots usually mold to your foot.

I'm on my second pair of these boots. My first pair lasted over 10 years. So incredibly comfortable!! None of that breaking in your boots foot pain. I cannot say enough good things about these boots! You will not be disappointed!

Bought this boots for my husband. He intially wasn't sure how he liked them. After a few days wearing the boots, he loved them. Now he wants a second pair so he has a pair for work and home.

I love these boots. I greased them up good with Sno Seal, then put them in the sun to dry. Then, later I drove over them with a Caravan because I forgot they were too close and those fat babies shook it right off. Small scars, but no damage!! I've worn them steady for over a year.

I absolutely love them. So comfortable, fit well, and they were shipped quickly. They were definitely worth the price.

I show up in these gorgeous , comfortable boots wearing full seat breeches at my top dressage barn in California I've known for my good taste in clothes and picking great horses.

I went to a store to look for my first pair of boots. Liked the look of the Legend boots and they fit great. Wore them all day today and one would think I had them for months, they are ready to go right from the start. Happy with my choice.

I received my fat baby boots about a week ago and I started wearing them immediately out to the barn to care for all the animals: horses, goats, and dogs. We live on a slope so I needed a boot that was comfortable like a sneaker. Every time I go out to the animals it's like hiking. I normally wear a size 6, but as with sneakers, I ordered a size to a size and a half larger because your feet need room to swell when they are heated up. I orders a 7.5 wide and they are perfect! They are super comfortable and the tan color I got is the same color as our dusty, dry Colorado mountain dirt. I need to buy some long socks to wear with them so the sides of the boots don't rub my legs. For now I'm wearing my ski socks and they work just fine, although they're a little warm. I would definitely buy another pair. They are excellent! Thanks Ariat!

Bought these for riding. Great all around boot. So glad they have wide sizes. They fit like a glove right out of the box.

I've had 3 pairs. They last me for about 3-4 years. I have 2 pairs right now. My old pair for working around the house and of site and for bow season and a pair I use for dressy casual. They feel like a pair of socks to me. They're light, rustic, and break in easily. I keep them oiled with mink oil and apply it with a panit brush. Then set them in the sun for a few hours. The people complaining just got defective boots. I would buy 10 pairs and store them if I could. I would truly be upset if they discontinued this boot. I wear and 11d
