I got this boot for my hubby when he got a job in Houston. He never likes anything I buy him online but out of the box, he immediately said that he liked them. After trying them on, he says they are comfy and love them. He looks ultra cool wearing them. The square toe makes these boots look more masculine!

I love these boots! They're very comfortable due to the way the lining is constructed and fit perfectly to my foot. They look great and I always receive compliments while I am out in them. These boots come highly recommended.

Great Boot for the price I suggest you find the exact size. A little too much space around the calf but great fit and comfort on the foot.

Finally I got great boots! I have never worn boots without laces before and getting the right size was one challenge. The other was poor quality issues. I tried several other Ariat models, Frye, Justin, Irish setter, Stetson. Probably at least 10 pairs went back and forth. If it was not for Zappos' quick and free shipping, I would have given up a long time ago! No matter what boots you purchase, always thoroughly check them for defects. Look at the bottom of the soles. If the stitch is off, it will protrude, eventually fall apart! I returned a pair of Heritage Roughstocks that were already breaking stitches. A nice bench made Frye Harness boot had a big chunk out of the heel! The Legend Phoenix is a well designed boot with quality leather. Be prepared for a week or two of break in. I have had mine for a month and they get more comfortable ever day. I have fallen asleep with theses boots on at night more than once! I wear a full size smaller in these. The instep fit is perfect, not baggy, not tight. This is key to fit! I also own a pair of Lucchese ropers sitting on the floor right next to me. What does that tell you? I highly recommend the Ariat Legend Phoenix. Good luck!

Love these boots. I normally wear a 10 hiking boot and athletic shoe. I have a slightly high arch, but went down 1/2 size to a 9.5. The fit is snug across the top of my foot, and the heel barely lifts and it's what a boot dealer would call a perfect fit. They don't need much breaking in, but they are getting more comfortable each day I wear them and the compliments are always forthcoming.

Great boots. I bought a half size smaller than usual, and in wide (as I normally do), and they fit perfectly & look great.

My favorite boots! Basically a sturdy work book with tons of style and attitude. The Legend Phoenix is getting hard to find. I hope Zappos keeps stocking them cause I'm gonna be back for another pair.
