My 9 yr old daughter received these boots for her birthday. She has a borderline wide as well as a tall foot so we ordered the 7 wide. (Our family has big feet :) ) The boots are true to size and very comfortable. These are her first pair of boots and she wore them to school the first day and said the were very comfortable even after all day. They held up nicely to the abuse of the playground too and have that lovely leather smell. The boots are truly beautiful. Many reviews I read for other boots had complaints about how people couldn't get their foot into the boot. Well I tried my size 9 foot in my daughters 7W boot just to see and while its obviously way too small I could get my foot in without too much difficulty. I don't think anyone would have trouble getting these boots on. Give them a try. We really like them.

These boots fit great! I typically wear a size 6 shoe and a 6.5 sneaker. I bought these in a 6.5 and they are perfect. They are great for a slightly wider calf as well. My calves are about 14-15 inches around and these fit well with a good bit of extra room.

I have wider feet and wider calfs, but these boots fit really well. I wear a size 9 and ordered size 9 boots and actually they were a little bit loose in the heels and around my calfs (which never happens!). But I think with slightly thicker socks the boots will be fine. They are a little snug around the middle of my foot, but after a few times wearing them they already feel more worn in and not tight anymore. The boots are beautiful. I am actually wearing these for my wedding! The leather is a good quality and I like the scalloped-like top. The heel height is subtle. I have ordered and returned several pairs - these are the winners! And I think they are a good value.

I tried on a lot of boots in a store and this style is definitely the most comfortable for me. I most often wear a 7, but my foot is not very thick, so sandal straps can be too loose on my foot. These boots fit perfectly in a 6 1/2. The color is very pretty. I know that different computer screens will display images a bit differently, but on my screen, the picture of the boot looks darker and redder than it does in person. I really like the real color a lot. These boots are made to be very comfortable with the insole cushioning and flexible sole. Zappos gives great service, too.

I bought these for my wife because I had gotten a pair of men's Ariats and I couldn't believe how comfortable they were. These are the running shoes of Western boots. She loves hers as much as I do mine.
