Love these boots! This is the second pair I have had because I wore the others out! I should almost get another pair to save for when these wear out. Total comfort all day long! Love Ariat!

These are my daily wear. Comfortable from day one and perfect for anyone with wider feet.

These boots are my favorite in my closet and I own 4 different pairs of Ariat boots! The color, stitching detail and style are just the beginning because these are incredibly comfortable. Rarely do you find comfort, function and style in one boot, this one checks all the boxes. I love then so much I bought a pair for my sister, her first Fatbabys and she's delighted. The only complaint is that this style doesn't come in more colors, black or gray would complete my wardrobe. Huge fan of Ariat, Fatbaby and this style. The do run 1/2 size big in my experience (3 sisters agree).

I had heard alot of good things about Ariat boots and was in the market for a new pair in 2005 so I found the R toe and liked the look. The price was right too but I gave up trying to break these boots in after 3 years and only rarely wear them now.

There was a manufacturing defect in the seam of the boot so I called customer service and I sent them back and I'm currently awaiting the refund

I wear my black pair at least a few times a week. They break in very fast and easily. I don't think I've ever gotten a blister from any of my Ariat boots.

I wear these boots to work, to work in the yard and to ride in. Great boot, takes all the punishment and clean up great!

I bought these "brown bomber" size 9B last year when I was in TX (I ? TX) and the fit was great! I have very wide calf so its hard to get short boots that fit. These go about 4inch above the ankle and they pull on, perfect! They have a comfy (changable) insole with a very supportive arch. My favorite part is the sole. It is a great thick tread! I live in snow country New York and wanted a durable cowboy boot to wear. Needless to say, snow and ice are no longer a problem!! I just purchased the black pair last month, and they fit and feel the same! I've worn them everyday!

These boots have become my every day boot. Comfortable like a sneaker, but durable like a boot.

I purchased these about 11 years ago and have given them years of use. I knew immediately when I tried them on that they were the correct boots for me. Several years ago I went through chemotherapy and one of the issues I have had since then is neuropathy in both of my feet. For the most part, my left foot has cleared up, but my right foot continues to cause me issues and I have to be very careful what shoes I am wearing. These are the only footgear I can wear when hiking (I refuse to give that up). Occasionally I will need to stop and loosen the laces on my right foot, but other than that these are the most comfortable shoes I own. I wear them hiking - my feet stay where I put them and no twisted ankles and they are completely waterproof in even the wettest conditions. I wear them when urban shopping because they will cushion my feet on hard pavement. After all these years, I will regretfully have to replace these due to the sole starting to slightly separate from the leather upper - I so hate to part with my beloved hikers. I have literally taken these all over the world and they have held up to all different conditions and never let me down, but it is time to buy another pair. The other thing I love about Ariat is that they are true to size....a 7 is the same in a hiking boot, a paddock boot, and sandels (I speak from experience). These have been the best hikers I have ever owned (and I have owned a lot of them over then years)........

Just got my new Drappers -10 years after Zi fell in love with the original Fat Baby Boots! I am passing those on to my 22 year old for riding and barn work since the sole is still rugged with lugs 20 years later! See for yourself!

This is the most comfortable boots I've ever tried on.

I ride horses and I have 3 other pairs of boots I ride in that are 25-30 years old. It was time to get a new pair and I've heard so much about Ariat's comfort that I had to try this brand. After extensive research at many websites and reading dozens of reviews, I decided to try the Heritage R toe. I was sadly disappointed. Everyone said that there was virtually no break in time needed for these.....they could be worn for hours straight out of the box. Not true. These are the stiffest boots I have ever worn. I wore them around the house every day, gradually increasing the time. It was a relief to take them off. My feet would be sore, especially the ball of my foot. I felt like I was wearing high heels, like I was on a slant. I compared them to my old pair of Abilene's that has the same heel height and could not understand why I was experiencing this downward slant with the Ariat's. I finally discovered the problem, it was the removable insole which has thick padding at the heel and a thin padding at the ball of the foot. I removed this insole and replaced it with two Spenco comfort insoles (one Spenco on top of the other Spenco). Ahhhhh, finally, I could walk flat and not at an angle. Now to address the stiff leather which makes the boot feel very clunky. I read even more reviews, then eventually found a few people that mentioned needing to condition these boots to soften the leather. I did that and will continue to do so. I'm sure over time, these will soften a bit. I know I won't be able to ride in these anytime soon though. The leather is so stiff that I can't even drop my heel in the saddle. Sorry Ariat, I really wanted to try your brand, but I think I will look elsewhere next time.

I work retail and can stand all day in the Terrain. I have 8 pairs. Also, wear them riding in mountains.

First off I'm from Russia, and in my country very hard winter, and these boots are successfully survive. I got their in November and I wanna to tell more about my feels: 1. Comfort There are very comfortable boots, the most comfortable in my life. I wear them every day, and I haven't damaged my feet in three months. I aint no have discomfort in walk. 2.Style Me, my family and friends are very like these boots. 3. Durability. For three months, the back part rubbed a little, the sole came off a little and the boots got a little dark.

I bought myself the pro H2O's but my whole family now has the H2O boots. I'm kind of a pusher, these boots are so comfortable and supportive as soon as you put them on. I love them, I work in a nursery and wouldn't wear anything else. Thank you

I wanted something a little more traditional and simple, and with theses boots I got all that and they are comfortable right out of the box. Very impressed with them so far and no brake in period.

I love this boot. No break in period, comfort right out of the box. I have a terrible time stand for extended periods of time, I don't have to worry about that when I wear my Fatbaby boots. Thank you Ariat for awesome products!!

I have been wearing ariat boots for ten years plus. Now I sell them at a western store, along with other brands. They are the first I recommend from experience of wearing them. Comfortable insole and rugged outsole. I don't have to worry walking through a puddle of water, or working in my horse stalls, easy to clean and go anywhere in them.

I got these for my husband for Christmas, initially purchased the wider size and had to return them but the process was easy. The fit of the new pair is much better and he looks great when he wears them!!!

I got them as a gift from Christmas. When they arrived they already had a big scuff across them and I was upset but I have worn them outside doing chores and every where and love them. They are so comfortable and hold up well.
