I got the women's Terrain, black leather model. Quality is top notch, but I don't know if they are waterproof yet because we're experiencing severe drought. I can say they are certainly comfortable for all day wear and foot travel. I ordered my size based on an older pair of women's western boots, sizing was consistent and this is very important to me.

This is the most comfortable fit and the boot wears forever. Still wearing my first pair going on 3 years.

I've always been reluctant to order cowboys due to my wide calves, but I'm SO glad I went for these. I love how they look and feel. They're pretty snug width-wise, but I just received them this afternoon and will definitely wear them around the house with thick socks to get them molded to my feet + a boot stretcher. I have wide feet and am between a 6.5 and 7- I decided on the 6.5C w/ wide calf and I'm glad I did, I think 7's would've definitely felt too big as I do have for a good amount of toe wiggle room now and some heel movement. Overall 10/10, My only ask is to offer more color options for wide calves!

Absolutely Gorgeous Boot. Steel toe is wide enough that it doesn't kill your feet. The best fit of any work boot I've tried. Love the see through sole as well. The ATS insole is comfortable and I love how you get support from the contour as well makes the fit feel more custom. Hope Ariat makes this boot forever. 10/10

These books are very comfortable, when I first got them they seems a bit loose but it turns out they fit perfect and they are very stylish and comfortable, most boots like these usually only last a few hours before I'm pulling them off and with these books I can wear them all day and even when I'm done with my day my feet are not hurting and with being a truck driver I'm in my boots for 11 to 14 hours a day

Comfortable, supportive, and great on ice! I normally wear a wide shoe but they were out of stock. I went with regular and it's a comfortable fit. These boots even look nice enough to wear out and about.

I bought this same exact pair about 7 years ago and honestly they're still in really great shape and still comfortable, just lacking the waterproof aspect. I didn't even look for another pair because these are so high quality, comfortable, and long lasting! I hope they keep this boot in stock forever because they're the only ones I'll buy!

I was never able to buy cowgirl boots until I found Ariat. This is the only company I have found that offers "large calf" on some of their boots. I am sure there maybe others, but I haven't found them. My boots fit like a dream. I can wear them for hours as soon as I receive them. I love them (boots and the company). Some times it takes a while to get your boots because they sell them so fast, but they will email you when they come in. But, even then you have to be fast!! I have 4 pair and bought my husband a pair recently. He loves his too. Great company, great price and great boots. What else could you want?

I have had these almost a year now. There was no breaking in period and they are super comfortable. I had to stand for 10 minutes in almost ankle deep water, to convince my noble steed that I wasn't dragging her to her death in a stream of lava. She finally crossed and my feet were dry as can be. Water, ankle deep muck, no problem, the best purchase I have made :)

This is my first Ariat purchase. I am extremely happy with my Heritage R Western boots. They are a perfect fit. The first day I wore them for several hours and they were comfortable the entire day. So glad I made the decision to purchase them

I love my boots. I tried them on and they were so comfortable right out of the box and didn't have to break them in.

I got them for working in the yard, to help my feet feel more protected. They work great and feel great!

I will start by saying I wanted so badly to wear Ariat Boots. I have a very wide foot,and can wear normal "wides" in other shoes and boots. However, I have tried 4 pairs of Ariat boots, different types, and all of them were too narrow when purchased in the "D" width. I called the company and they said maybe my instep was too high and I wouldn't be able to wear Ariat's. I was so disappointed.

I love these boots- Comfortable to hike with the horse and safe to ride in, glad to try the waterproof as my last pair took a good beating form the elements

Bought this boot 2years ago wore maybe 6 times fell completely apart. Bummer to spend theobey hoping to get quality that would last and this boot fell completely apart mostly in the toe area.

My favorite shoe. I had a pair of these that I hiked all over the country, and even Mt Sinai in--fabulously comfortable. My only druther is they run large. I usually where a 10-10.5B, but a 10 is big (I think I forgot that my Egypt boots were 9.5, so hopefully I remember next time). They go with everything, and wear well. The basic terrain model is not waterproof, but I preferred that for spring/summer hiking (I wear duck boots when it rains anyway). Ariat as a brand is just consistent. I like that, once I know my size, it works over the years--all I need to do is remember the size, and stop giving away my old boots : ) Okay, Ariat, something is wrong with the rating site. When I try to move the "Fit" midway between "True to size" and "Too big," the marker will not budge. This boot runs 1/2-1 full size large (typical Ariat, so I should have remembered), depending on the thickness of your socks, and how much your feet swell doing hard work each day.

I don't know what they have done with the boot. But I no longer can wear woman's work boot. They've made the opening to narrow or something. I have been buying ariate boots for years, riding and work boots for around the farm. Now it's rough finding boots I'm now stuck buying men's foot wear again. Due to the fact that the boot industry are catering to the fashion instead of working women. I don't care if my feet look small in my boot or not. I wear a size 10 and that's just how it is. I'm more worried about durability Concerdering the last pair of work boots I had I wore the tread off. It's been a few years but this is getting very frustrating to not be able to find boots for my life style.
