This boot is absolutely beautiful! Pictures do not do it justice. The stitching detail adds so much pizazz to the boot without being over the top. I ordered 1/2 size smaller than my normal shoe size and it fits like a glove. Fantastic boot that is well worth the money.

Absolutely one of the most beautiful Lucchese boots I've ever seen. The color is a rich honey which the video does not convey.Soft and supple leather with excellent craftsmanship makes this a favorite boot for years to come.

My husband bought me these boots in 8C which is perfect and I normally wear an 8.5W and other reviewers said they run a tad large. That being said, I love these boots! The leather is buttery soft and flexible and they fit so comfortably right out of the box. I have plantar fasciitis and I don't need my orthotics because the arch support in these is fantastic. I want them in another color already!

I bought 8C and inserted a liner in them to take up the slack. Normally, I'm an 8.5 regular width. They're wonderful. I have since bought another style Lucchese in 8.5 Regular and there is no room for a liner. They fit wonderfully, too. I wear one pair one day and the other pair the next. I work on my feet much of the day and have no problems at the end of the day (even when they were brand new). My husband says he likes the way I walk in them!

This boot is the most comfortable boot I have ever had the good fortune to purchase and wear. Lucchese\'s claim of their unique construction fitting the foot like a glove is so true! You must experience it! Trust me -- they\'re fabulous! Helpful hint: try 1\/2 size smaller than your normal shoe size.

This pair is not going anywhere! I agree with the majority of reviewers that this boot is gorgeous. It has soft leather and is honey colored as shown. I ordered my exact size as was suggested by most and they fit like a glove, absolutely no discomfort from the minute I pulled them on. They look so good, I'm willing to forego Summer to get to Fall and have a chance to wear them everyday. Two days from ordering to delivery. Zappos, you've done it again!

These boots fit like a glove! The most comfortable boot I have ever had. Soft and beautiful, and I have received many compliments on them. I have a wide calf and lots of boots have to go back because of it - these fit beautifully.

First of all...Zappos had my boots on my door in 2 days. No joke. Excellent service! The boots are amazing. I get compliments on them every time I wear them. The stitching is amazing…the fit is PERFECT. Every person asks me if they are comfortable...the answer is YES. They are like a dream. I can't believe it...I can wear them for hours and I’ve never had any problems with comfort. They run true to size. They run perfect.

Well worth the price! I wasn't certain how the boots would fit - since I was ordering online – but my worries left when I received them. These boots are so comfortable & really beautiful, too! The craftsmanship is excellent - a fantastic product. One note - on one boot, the heel seemed a bit loose at first, but within a couple hours, I did not notice it. I totally recommend the Lucchese brand!

Another Winner - I got these yesterday and have already worn them probably 20 hours and love them! This is my second 1883 Collection pair of boots and it will not be my last. They fit perfectly and feel great on. I normally wear around a size 9 to 8.5 and ordered an 8.5 and they fit great. If your foot is wider, I would suggest trying some on before buying as you may need to adjust from your normal size. Mainly because the toe area is narrow due to the pointy snip toe.

Very nice but... I bought these boots...they look wonderful, are soft. However, I felt they were snug and after 25 min. my foot hurt...I had to return them :(

Sweet Boots - This is my first pair of Lucchese boots and WOW! It makes my other cowboy boots, although good quality, look like I bought at a low end store. None of my friends believe that they were brand new as they feel and look like I had them forever. They were pointier at the toe than I feel the picture portrayed. Besides that, the quality is excellent! I'm hooked!

Gorgeous boots! I own several pair of Lucchese, and these are, hands down, my most beautiful pair. The color is a distressed, honey brown, and the stitching is not over the top but subtle. As far as comfort, these aren't as comfy as my tan mad dog goat pair, but they are Luccheses, so they are by no means uncomfortable. This pair is not as narrow and seems to be actually longer in length, but not enough to warrant a smaller size, just maybe a thicker sock. I am so happy with them and glad I ordered them. The sale price is great too. I only buy my shoes from Zappos so when they put shoes on sale, I take notice for sure!

If you want to fish for complements... ...then buy these boots! The pictures don't do them justice. I swear, the first day I wore them, municipal workers, my girlfriends, and people in every store I went to (when running errands around the city) told me they liked my cowboy boots. The second time I wore them, the same thing pretty much happened. They felt good with a thinner sock, but didn't even need to be broken in. These boots are a great investment!

Lucchese at their best! This is my 3rd pair of Lucchese boots and they are as beautiful and functional as the others. Snug across the instep, well-fitting in the toe and not too tight in the heel...these are my wear-with-everything boots, and I ride my horses in them as well. The detailing is beautiful, not overdone but snappy and stylish. I live in the rural West, and these boots work for all that I need them for; riding, training, going to dinner, driving to the feed store and hauling hay. Like a well-made saddle, worth every penny and then some.

Great boots, not as comfortable as Mad Dog Goat (N4559) I followed the fantastic advice of other reviewers and ordered a full size down and "wide" instead of "regular" and they fit great with a mid-weight hiking sock. I wore these to work the first day and they were super comfortable, almost as comfy as the Mad Dog Goat style I bought a year ago. (I stand about 10 hours a day at work.) The look is great, earning many compliments from others. The quality is top notch and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another pair.

Big for Lucchese - These boots appear to be a little bigger than regular Lucchese boots. A little bit bigger right in the neck of the boots, but not wider in the shoes.

Long and Narrow - I had to order a number of boots to find my size, and all the boots were gorgeous. The medium is actually extremely narrow but the wide is actually quite wide. All the boots were quite long, so if your feet are just a tiny bit wider than medium, you will probably need wide. And you can otherwise order 1/2 to 1 full size down.

Great boots - I had been tempted to buy cowboy boots, but held off until I saw these. Not only do they look great, they are super comfortable. I bought a full size smaller than usual (I wear size 11 but they only went up to size 10) and they are perfect. So order down. You will love them.

There's nothing quite like real cowgirl boots! The 1883s are a bit narrower, so this is the ideal boot for me. The leather, both inside and out, is gorgeous and the craftsmanship is truly superior providing all day comfort the first time out of the box! I really love these boots, would most definitely buy another pair!

No other boot, shall I love - These boots are really something. The leather on them is incredibly soft. Your feet just slide in and it feels satin-lined, while the reality is the leather has just been worked to an incredible degree. The footbed is slightly padded so your feet don't slide as you walk. The design is simple but not plain by any means. The color is appropriately named "honey" and that's exactly what they look like. I am a true 7.5 and these boots are a perfect fit. I can wear thick socks or not, and it is comfy either way.
