Daniel Green slippers - I've worn Daniel Greens for probably 35 years or more. I NEVER walk barefoot anywhere. Not even in the house. They are the best slippers yet and the most comfortable. My sister, who lives in Canada, also has been wearing Daniel Greens for years. Years ago (many years ago) I used to be able to buy these great slippers in one of our local shoe store but no more. Now I have to depend on 'shoe' magazine that I receive or as it happens, this last time I checked online and was extremely satisfied with the speed of my order and experience with Zappos. From now on, I will order from you. Pauline

Almost heavenly comfort! Having worn Daniel Green "Dormies" for close to forty years and often keeping two or three pairs around my residence, I was almost panic-stricken to learn that Daniel Green house shoes were no longer sold anywhere in eastern NC more. What was I to do? Well, enjoying the challenge of shopping via the internet, I quickly located the Zappos website. I promptly ordered a pair and am back in my heavenly-feeling Dormies. The leather is so soft and supple that your foot (well, MY foot) begins to relax and enjoy its caress. I don't wear them outside, but the Dormies are perfect to wear indoors year round. I will DEFINITELY keep a pair of Dormies in my closet. They have lasted me this long and have been marvelous for my feet. 'Bet you'll love them, too.

Comfy! These slippers are the most comfortable I've ever had. I always thought Daniel Green was for old ladies, but these are stylish and oh so comfortable. I'll definitely buy them again when (and if) these wear out.

The slippers were a gift for my mother. She has been wearing Daniel Green slippers forever. She hasn't been able to buy them in any retail store and was getting very discouraged that she couldn't get them. She was extremely delighted Christmas morning when she opened the box.

Best slippers ever made- Comfortable, beautiful, and long lasting. I just had to discard two pairs that are ages old and I am anxiously awaiting shipment of my new order. Just disappointed you don’t have pewter available too. Would order in addition to gold. So glad I came across this website...impossible to get what I want in any major store in the past months.

Daniel Green Dormie - I love this slipper. I wore it to a Christmas party with a velvet dress. It looked just fine and I felt no pain from the corn on my little toe that usually gives me fits. I bought the Bronze. I plan to order more colors to wear around the house and to the grocery store.

Dormies - We gave a pair of Dormies to a new friend of ours who happens to be a relocated Katrina victim. The one thing she has missed most believe it or not has been her Daniel Green slippers. We couldn't find them anywhere until we found them at Zappos. She loves them. Says they are perfect fit, comfort and style. Thanks, Zappos!

I usually wear fuzzy slippers but find my feet are getting way too hot, so in my search on Zappos found the Daniel Green's and thought I would try them. Overall comfortable, I usually wear a 10 but bought a 9 as I read other reviews saying they run one size larger. The only concern is where the top of the slipper hits the top of my feet; I cannot wear for any extended length of time as it is cutting into the top of my foot. And by extended I mean over the holidays I had them on for 8 hours...good slipper.

Wedding reception bound... I purchased these for my future daughter-in-law to wear once the dancing begins. She loves them and they fit like a dream. These lovely slipper/shoes are the answer to the perplexing question of what to wear once the festivities begin. Purchased 10W in ivory to match her dress.

The best shoe especially for people with foot problems. I recently experienced an adverse reaction to a medication prescribed for me for hypertension. I have been left with neuropathy in my hands and feet. Wearing regular shoes was sheer agony because none were cushioned enough and too closed in which created too much heat sensitivity and just exacerbated the problem. These shoes were suggested to me by a friend and I immediately ordered a pair. They are a god-send. I even wear them at work and their appearance is perfectly acceptable. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to tell my story and hopefully help other people with foot problems.

Reminds me of the good old days! These slippers are the kind my Grandmother always wore and I always admired. The slipper that ladies wore! We have narrow feet and it's impossible to find a slipper to fit... then here it is after all these years. Nora Charles would be so proud!

Daniel Green's Dormie - I purchased this slipper for my mother. She has been unable to locate the slippers at any stores. She has worn this slipper for over 40 years and was thrilled when I did a search and came up with Daniel Green slippers. Her present DG slippers really needed to be replaced.

Caniel Green Dormie - I have been wearing these slippers for thirty years, since I was in college (a dorm!!!). They are stylish and sooooo comfortable. They never slip off your feet, they stay put. The sole seems to grab the bottom of your foot and keeps it in the proper place. You can wear them outside; even a quick run through snow doesn't hurt them. They give enough so they will not hurt bunions. The stitching is strong, unlike look-alikes. They last forever & are classy. You'll love them. Buy them 1/2 size smaller than usual. Once you start wearing them, you will never want to be without them!!! Worth every penny!!

Very satisfied - A long time ago when I was a young woman I always wore Daniel Green slippers like this one (don't remember the name) and found them to be very comfortable. Even though I have not walked around in my new shoes I could tell that these are comfortable by just stepping into them.
