I haven't used the kit yet, I've only worn my UGG shoes twice but plan to use the care kit soon. The reviews were very helpful in making my selection, especially after surfing the web for the best deal, I must say Zappos has got it. Zappos customer service is absolutely amazing. After placing my order I got an email advising of a shipping upgrade due to loyalty as a customer, therefore I had my shipment in no time. Thanks Zappos, you're the best!

These are a must have. I treated the boots with the cleaner/conditioner and then the water repellent. I got caught in a nasty storm and had to walk in plowed salty snow sludge. I got home and not only were the boots just damp but no salt stains the next day.

I couldn't find this product anywhere, including the official UGG website. Zappos had it and was cheaper by a few bucks, not to mention the free and fast shipping. I ordered it on Friday night and was delivered on Tuesday morning. Great buy.

This is the only cleaner I use on my Uggs and I love it! After I’ve finished using the shampoo and stain repellant, my boots look just like they did when I purchased them a year ago.

Must have for kids' UGGS - I was glad that my daughter got a chance to play in the snow - until I found out that Grandma let her wear her new UGGS to do it! I thought that the pink suede was ruined - even though I had waterproofed them. So, I purchased this kit. While they don't look brand new - they look neat and clean once again. I clean them every other week (she insists on wearing them practically every day). I even cleaned my UGGS - and they do look brand new now. Definitely worth it. Zappos even overnighted my order with no extra charge!

Great product - This was a great product for a great value. The dye from my jeans had rubbed off on my tan UGGs so I ordered this kit and they look brand new. I was glad I had read other peoples reviews and diluted the cleaner way more than the directions said to!

Worth the price - A little goes a long way for these products. Not only do they protect your investment, they keep them looking fresh and new.

UGG Care - I am currently on my third pair of UGG footwear and would not dream of leaving home w/o protecting my investment. If you are buying UGG, definitely purchase the protective care set...

So far so good.... This set is fantastic! It's good to have these items, because after spending the money on the Uggs, I definitely want to protect them and keep them looking new! (I love them :-) I haven't used the sheepskin cleaner yet, but the other two products are great. The freshener works well and the protector has been working so far...we are expecting a big storm tonight so hopefully it will KEEP working! :-) And as always, ZAPPOS IS THE BEST!!! Good product! Gets the job done! Each product works like it says on the bottle. My boots still look great despite all the slush on the ground. I have the Ugg Rainier, so the brush comes in very handy to brush the fluff on my boot. The Sheepskin Freshener works well and keeps my boots feeling and smelling like new. It's also important to know that the Sheepskin Protector is also a waterproof agent. It says it in the description on the back, but not in the name. It's a bit confusing. This is truly everything you need to care for your Uggs! Enjoy.

Great product! I love my Ugg boots and was upset when I got stains on them. I bought this product to clean them. My boots are dark so I used the cleaner to clean the entire boot to ensure no darkening areas. The stains came off no problem. I even had some solution left over and used it to clean a stain off of my couch!

UGG Cleaner Kit - I purchased the kit and I can say that it has kept my Sand color Ugg boots in perfect condition. I highly recommend this product to anyone that has Ugg boots. The instructions are very easy.

Great product - I didn't want to take any chances in ruining my Uggs (which I waited years to finally buy) so I bought this kit. It was highly recommended by everyone else so I went for it. The smells of the chemicals aren't bad at all. I had to apply the stain/water repellent a couple times though. That may be because I didn't apply enough for the first coat, I don't know. It also dried very quickly as well although I still waited the amount of time recommended on the bottles just to be safe.

Ugg sheepskin care kit - I bought two of these kits for my two daughters-in-law for Christmas. They both were receiving Ugg slippers and I wanted to help them take care of them. I was so pleased first that I received them with the speedy delivery. I ordered late sat night and they arrived Monday! Next, when I looked at the products I was very proud to give this kit as a gift. The quality of the products was great! Next, when these were opened, both daughters-in-law were ecstatic. Neither was going to wear their Uggs until they treated them with their care kit products. When you pay $100 for slippers, you want to take care of them. This was my first time ever dealing with Zappos and I am very pleased with the service and products I received. I will recommend and continue to deal with Zappos in the future. I did not go online looking for this product, but when I found it I was so excited to find it. I bought it right away not knowing what kind of product I was buying or what kind of service I would receive. I was just praying that I would receive it in time for Christmas and that it would arrive in one piece. I do not buy online at all and only found this because I was looking for the Ugg slippers since they were impossible to get anywhere in the stores. The two gifts together were absolutely perfect! Thank you for helping me look great and giving the gifts most wanted this year for Christmas. I made a lot of points this year with the two girls that love my greatest love, my sons!

A Must Have For All UGG Owners!!! This is a great kit...you get the cleaner, protector and freshener in all one box. A great buy and if you spent all that money on UGGS, you want to protect them and make them last! I am so glad I got this kit...my family and friends are always asking to borrow it.

UGG Care Kit - The kit is complete and worth the small fee. The products do not smell offensive and are very easy to use.

I ordered this at 8:00 at night after getting a stain on my brand new Uggs. Even though it was so late at night it shipped out almost instantly and I got it at 3pm the next day! Less than a day after ordering it. The little eraser stick works amazing, also the waterproofing spray was easy to use and dried much quicker than the bottle said it would. Overall I am extremely happy with my order and with Zappos for shipping it out to me so quickly!

Ugg's Sheepskin Care Kit - If your going to spend all this money on Uggs, you might as well shell out a couple more bucks to keep them nice. I definitely suggest you buy the sheepskin care kit, it's affordable and it will extend the live of your Uggs. Zappos is a fantastic company, they definitely honor their price protection and free shipping policy.

Good Product - I like everything in the care kit, but the brush is too harsh and brushes off particles of the boots. Also, the eraser is too harsh when cleaning.

A great product - This kit is a MUST HAVE for any person who owns more than one pair of Uggs. It includes everything you need to prevent damage to your boots or clean up any dirt and stains that are already on them. The brush and eraser are especially helpful.

Great product - The kit should definitely be part of your Uggs purchase. I found the brush to be on a bit of the rough side, so you might want to use it sparingly.
