Recommend total package and water proofing immediately. Cleansing product works well - had motor oi spill on Uggs, after cleaning and drying, only have a slight discoloration on boot.

I think this is definitely worth the price. The protector has worked well for me. The brush is also great. It got some stains off an old pair of suede boots very nicely. I find the grooved rubber sides of the brush are best for lifting stains. Be gentle with the bristle part -- you don't have to brush too hard. Haven't tried the cleaner yet. The spray refresher is ok. I prefer to just wash my insoles, but I have used the spray and it's fine.

Excellent product. I took out almost all of the stains from my gray bailey button Uggs! Worth the money.

Uggs went through winter salt and slush. They were horribly dirty, I thought they were beyond repair. Gave it a shot, tried the cleaner and to my amazement they came out super clean! Just don't rub too hard.

Great Product! Worth the money! If you pay all that for the boots, you might as well invest a little more for the care of them.

Great Kit - This kit was more expensive on many other sites, plus you can't beat free shipping. And, so far the waterproofing is doing it's job. Great for other shoes too.

The cleaner works great for easy dirt removal, but my daughter had a spot that actually got more noticeable with the cleaner. Also the instructions do not tell you what to do with the brush. the cleaning instructions tell you to use a sponge. I really like the freshening spray for inside the boot! I haven't tried the protect-ant yet.

Great product! I have had a few UGG boots for years now and the stains and wear get pretty cleaned up once you follow the directions that the kit tells you to do. Highly recommend and really glad it works since I actually thought this wouldn't.

This product is perfect for the all around protection of your Suede/Sheepskin material. For when suede especially gets any little stain or dirt, it shows up like a Gigantic zit, red and infected with puss oozing out ready to burst, on the middle of your massive Nose (not pretty). This product would be the ProActiv of the cleansing world for shoes, in other words; Ugg; Suede and Sheepskin. Anyone who owns or is about to own a pair of Ugg shoes/boots/ or suede and sheepskin material should definitely pick this car kit up. Personally, I bought the Ugg Kenton, with the Chestnut Sheepskin color. Then, because the shoes were a surprise, I ordered the Sheepskin Care Kit. The sheepskin protector protects the whole shoe from getting chemical wash from walking in snow or down the street into a puddle. The Care Kit comes with three bottles of Sheepskin Freshener; Sheepskin Cleaner & Conditioner; Sheepskin Protector; and to complete the kit they included the Sheepskin brush and stain eraser. Overall, the product is a must have when buying certain products that have the sheepskin and suede combination. Especially if you are wanting to go outdoors. Then again staying inside could be the healthiest thing for you. having mommy change your diapers is fun too right guys?

I have bought my first Uggs so I decided to also buy the care kit and I made a great choice. If directions are followed it will work out to its best.

This stuff seems to be useless so far. The water proof stuff might have helped a little but I'm not really sure. The cleaner/conditioner and the brush didn't do much other than almost completely ruin my Uggs. they tell you to brush the sheepskin very gently once your Uggs have dried after cleaning. I followed all directions but the process didn't go too smoothly and now the sheepskin is thinning and the cleaner/conditioner really doesn't work wonders. I'd advise anyone who doesn't need the aggravation to get their Uggs professionally cleaned. also the freshening spray seems to be useless, I sprayed in my daughters old Uggs and didn't noticed a difference, however it might have some psychological benefits... who knows... anyway yeah, I don't think this sheepskin care kit is a must-have item.

Nice box. Perfect for a gift. The brush seems being from a good quality. Clear instructions on how to use. However it is not a product that really helps UGG boots staying in a good shape as it was advertise on Zappos.com.

I'm very satisfied with this product and the overall Zappos service. It made sense to invest in the care kit considering the price of Ugg boots. I used the cleaner and waterproof treatment on my Bailey 3 Button and on my mini Kimono. After following the instructions on the bottles, I stuffed packing paper in the boots and allowed them to dry slowly for 24 hours. I then used the brush which did remove some small stray bits, some scuffs on the rubber sole, and restored the nap of the grain. Both boots look like new. I take pretty good care of my boots and made sure to use the waterproof spray when I first bought them. I think my boots look even better now. I haven't had a chance to use the refresher spray for the inside of the boot since odor hasn't been an issue, but I do plan on using it when I store the boots during warm weather. I think my boots will last a very long time with proper care and use of this kit.

This product is great! I've used it on my Ugg boots and it has helped protect them. But as an added precaution, I go out of my way to make sure they don't rub against my blue indigo jeans.

Nicely done kit. When I bought the uggs I also go this kit. I have used the protector spray and the brush and the spray to use after wear. The shoes continue to be protected from the elements and look like new.

Purchased a new pair of tan Uggs and bought this Care Kit to keep them clean and conditioned. So far I've used the waterproofing spray on my Uggs. I am very pleased with it -- does its job -- melted snow beaded up on the suede and no stains when the water dried. I used the cleaner solution on another pair of non-Ugg boots, Steger moosehide mukluks (bottoms are the moosehide suede) and it worked wonders -- got dark blackish marks off the sides of my mukluks. I used the Ugg waterproof spray on the mukluks, too, and it worked great. All around I recommend this care kit -- for both the Uggs and possibly other suede boots. The brush that comes with it is a bit small, so I used a larger suede brush I had on hand. If the "eraser" portion is too small, you can get a larger one at most stores that sell suede shoes.

Buy this at the same time you purchase your Uggs and use it before you even wear them. Well worth the money.

This kit is great! If you own any pair of Uggs or leather/suede shoes for that matter, you need this kit. The cleaner/conditioner is great for touch ups and keeping salt off my boots. I use the Protectant after I clean them. It helps them to be more water resistant and durable. Then freshening mist I use on my skeepskin liners after every use so there's no slight "feet" smell to my Uggs. The brush/eraser is great for suede and soft sheepskin but not leather. 5 stars all around!

Great product for Uggs! My Uggs accidentally got wet and had a large stain on the front of one of the boots. After using the cleaner and conditioner and brushing the boot, they are near perfect now.

Perfect little set for the Uggs. A must have for anyone who owns the sheep skin boots.
