It's great for people with plantar fasciitis but I wouldn't say I'm pain-free at the end of the day. The pain is there but lessened. Bearable to be able to drive back home unlike previously that my left heel can't literally touch the ground because it's so tender and painful. Hopefully it would improve in time. Will still continue to use.

I tried them on in store where they sell hiking boots and they slot into my shoes perfectly. DON'T get the wrong size and think you can just cut them as the instep support won't match with the heal... I tried my first year with just the innersole that came with the boots and it was painful (I was 145kg + my pack) I bought these Superfeet Orange innersoles based on the reviews that said they were the best - the price seemed a bit high but what price do you put on healthy feet, right? :) I went walking across the Alps with a pack that was easily over 40kg during October and living outdoors for 1 month (No shops, no huts and solo which is why my pack was fully loaded). I was 130kg when I started so If you add my pack that's easily over 170kg on those Orange innersoles so Imagine taking that up 1000m every other day. I'm not going to say that I was walking on clouds but I will say that they made all the difference. One improvement I do urge them to make is to add more cushioning after the instep for the balls of your feet near the toes ESPECIALLY descending a mountain it is sorely needed...and I mean SORELY. I lost 40kg since coming to Europe, another 40 to go.

This is a good product. I have already tried these in athletic shoes and dress shoes and they work well. They are comfortable and provide good support and are not too bulky. Although they are listed for men, they have women's sizes. I bought my usual size and they were fine and worked especially well in my running shoes.

I bought two pair a month ago on the advice of my physical therapist. I have very flat feet, but try to run/jog, and am on my feet at work a decent amount. I wear one pair in my running shoes, and the other in my work boots. It took about a week to get used to, but they provide support you don't get from gel inserts. Recommend walking in them first for a week or so before trying to run with them.

These insoles do the job, but they are not miraculous. They provide adequate support and are comfortable.

These were bought for a severe over-pronater looking for an alternative to some custom orthotics that never fit well in running shoes. He reports them as an adequate approach to a problem that for him has no ideal solution. He also reports that the feeling takes a bit of getting used to.

Great for all day working on your feet. Only downside is that they don't breathe like other models and make my feet sweaty when not worn in running type athletic footwear.

I have had the blue, green, and then what I perceived was an upgrade to orange about 2 years ago. They were. Buying at least 2 pairs a year for various shoes, boots etc....I have to say I think the standard of cushioning has changed I may be wrong but I noticed a difference in the most recent pair bought in December 2015 same height from what I can tell but density seems less - or my feet have changed again. Like I say I could be wrong. That having been said, compared to stock insoles they are a God send and save my feet so I wont be looking to change. I am a big guy 6' 2\ 230lbs and am active with a Haglund's deformity on my right heel for 35 years - am used to it but getting insoles that help my heels sit square as they can be and deal with supination (rolling outward) you won't find an ex soccer player who has any other type feet...LOL...these do the trick thank you superfeet."

First "prescribed" by Orthopedic surgeon. Much more affordable at Zappos. Almost half price of the cost at the office - the doctors are making a killing at our expense. The support can take getting used to. Start wearing just a couple hours a day and increase time slowly. Biggest negative aspect is that they are more prone to odor and can cause squeaky shoes.

They worked great as they got me back from a very hard, injury filled winter. I was able to run hard and get back to where I left of in Track, but towards the end of the season the heels began to have cracks on the inside of the heel cup and I now have Plantar Fasciitis along with my IT band pain coming back. It has been 329 miles that I've ran in them. They worked well until the last two weeks or so. Time for new pair.

Little pricey to be worth a 5 star review, but work as advertised. I bought these for my running shoes to treat my plantar fascia. I have other inserts in other shoes, and these have held up for the 2 months that I've used them. Luckily they fit my size 11 Brooks perfectly, because if you're shoes are smaller, you'll need to actually cut these, I wasn't looking forward to that.

They have wonderful cushioning. I had to do a bit of cutting and just could not make them work in my shoes. I have severe foot problems, so I think they would be wonderful for most feet.

I would love to give these a five star they helped me get over Achilles tendonitis and plantar fasciitis, but I rotate through 4 pair of shoes and even the superfeet I bought less than 6 months ago has cracks in the heal. I was wondering why I was starting to feel pain in my hip and right leg when I found the whole back if the heal support was blown out (broken). Like I said with 4 pair six months is really only a couple of months worth of ware.

As an active tennis player, I use these in my shoes in place of the stock insoles. They feel a bit funny at first, since the arch support seems so close to your heel pad, but this goes away with time. I like the orange because they have padding in the forefoot, which is important in playing tennis. I would recommend these for tennis players. However, always experimenting, I plan on trying out the Orthaheel insoles next.

Great product but just seem overpriced. I only buy these and not the less expensive ones but after I buy a decent shoe and these insoles I'm looking at $150 to be a casual runner who does 2 half marathons per year.

Great if you want an insole that doesn’t take up too much space in your shoe. Not great for much else

After reading many reviews, I ordered a pair for myself as I am on my feet for 10 hours a day in a warehouse. They worked great the first day but, after that, these felt no different than the ones that came with the shoes. It felt like the ball of foot had no cushioning at all and the heel had only minimal cushioning. Since I used them and they felt good the first day, I tossed the ones that came in the shoes but, now I wish I hadn't and have continued to use these only for that reason. As soon as I can, I think I will have my podiatrist fit me for custom orthodics designed to deal with the stress of working on my feet.

Disappointed in quality of the inserts. there is a hard plastic section from the midsole to heel that provides arch and heel support and is the foundation of the insole. It is glued to the main insole . It was not fully attached , kind of floppy and seemed like it could separate. I went ahead and used them in my shoes and am hoping they last. They provide very good support and a nice soft feel for walking on concrete or hard surfaces so I am satisfied with the performance, not sure how long they will last. Also they are very high priced relative to competing products. So I expected better. I've used various Superfeet products for many years so was a bit disappointed in the quality of this set.

Haven't noticed a huge difference yet. I'm on my feet , on concrete flooring, 10 hours a day in a warehouse, no stop, and my feet and hips and lower back still hurt. These only fit in certain shoes, height wise, makes some of my shoes way too tight. So I'm limited on which shoes I can wear them in .

They have definitely taken my knee pain away, but sadly they don't last as long as I'd like. They feel flat already and I've only had them about 2/3 weeks. After about 4 hours on your feet they don't do much either for comfort. Work 5 days a week on hard, cold concrete if that helps anyone else.

They're okay. I did notice an immediate lessening of the pain in my feet and lower back, though not as much as i'd hoped. They still don't make my feet comfortable. I would buy them again, but maybe I will try pairing them with some gel or foam cushioning insoles.

I have pain in my feet everyday from plantar fasciitis. My arches seem about the same with the orange insoles (some pain but not worsening), the metatarsal pain has gone down. However my heel pain has increased with this insole.
