Great pair of insoles. I\'ve been using the regular green superfeet for more than five years and enjoying the increased support. Only complaint I had with the old ones were lack of cushion. That said, the new Premium Orange are a great improvement! Noticable added cushion, but same great support...I\'d suggest an upgrade, even with the slightly higher pricetag...

Superfeet orange - Good product with decent support. I have high arched feet, and this seems to offer more than the Superfeet green product. Still pretty stiff, as my perception was these would be softer and offer more comfort.

Why not? As far as Superfeet inserts go, this is the best I've used. I use them for walking/activity. I recently flew a lot and wore them on board the plane, pretty comfy just sitting in them, too! Nice heel cup support, arch seems stiffer than the green ones I used to use.

They’re ok - I like them. They're not what I was looking for but they're comfortable none the less. I wanted a "gel" insert thinking they'd have the maximum comfort, but these are pretty good too. I'm on my feet for 12-14 hours a day and these definitely helped. Jm

Orange Superfeet - My wife bought them as replacements for my Keen boots; pretty good, not quite as good as the originals, but I can wear my boots again. They look hard and orange, wasn't sure I wanted to try them, but in the boots they work ok. Kinda expensive, but cheaper than new boots. Overall good product.

Not right for my wide feet... I think I expected more from these premium insoles than what they provided. My feet are size 13 2E and these insoles are supposed to fit 11.5 - 13. They are clearly not built for a wide foot profile. I would have thought that they would be made for the widest size so the customer could simply cut them to size, not so. I am disappointed in the product but not in Zappos. Zappos is, without question, one of the best on-line retailers I have ever dealt with! Their product selection and service are both great! I highly recommend them!

Too thick - The heel is too thick for the shoes I intended them for, my running shoes. I may try them in a pair of hiking shoes.

The arch falls in a strange spot - too close to the heel. I was unable to use these. I prefer "DownUnders" for fit and comfort.

Superfeet premium orange - The insert part that supports the heel is a hard plastic with a narrow shape; might be good for narrow feet, but not my wide foot, can’t use this at all.

Not worth the price - I have high arches and cannot seem to find a good pair of insoles. These made the claim, but failed for me.

I purchased these to put into hiking boots. I went with the recommended inserts and they are horrible. Do yourself a favor and save yourself a bunch of money.

I’ve always loved Superfeet inserts. However the only complaint I have is the price. You can find other brands at a much lower price and that work just as well. With that said, these inserts are awesome! I’ve used Superfeet for decades and really like them. They hold up well and have fabulous support. I had planter fasciitis surgery, and had custom orthotics made. Not wanting to swap them every time I changed shoes, I bought these. They are awesome, and for the price they better be.

Great product, really support my arches. Key way to use this: Buy the size that fits your arch, not your foot size range. Remember, all of these can be cut down to different sole shapes and sizes. But the arch support changes with the indicated size, so if you have a larger arch, buy a larger support - even if it's larger than your foot. I buy a size larger than my foot size to get the right support.

I bought the superfeet orange E insoles a year ago through an online retailer. I am a size 10.5/11 normal width in most shoes. I weigh 160 pounds and I am moderately active. The material used to make these insoles is nice. No sign of major failure through every day use over the past year. My experience with the insoles however is negative, and I have stopped wearing them. Before I purchased the orange insoles I tried a few different sizes of green to gage how superfeet fit. Green was the only insole available to try at my local sporting goods store but I was persuaded to buy orange as several sources indicate they are tuned for hiking or working on your feet, and provide a lot of arch support. I ordered the orange from an online retailer and after wearing for two weeks I could tell they provide good arch support, this was very nice but... my heals would feel sore after standing on them all day and could not wait to get home to take them off. I continued to wear them thinking they may need to be broken in, or my feet just need to adjust as I have never worn anything more than the foam inserts provided in most shoes. Approximately a year has gone by now and I have removed these from my foot ware. I now have hard calluses on my heals from where the plastic heal cup has been digging into my feet like the edge of a butter knife. The problem is that the heal cup is deep and narrow and should be flared out at the edges allowing a comfortable fit to the heal, but instead it almost projects straight upward perpendicular from its base. There is a layer of black foam and orange fabric that overlaps the edges of the plastic heal cup but it is not enough to take the edge feeling away from the hard plastic, in fact the fabric has worn away slightly along that edge, and this is where I now have thick calluses on both of my feet. This is what I have felt since day one. I have heard the orange insoles have been revised a few times, perhaps this is no longer an issue. But unfortunately these ones are too painful for me to wear.
