Fabulous Gift - Zappos was ranked one of the best in customer service for a reason. I ordered these for my son for Christmas and he loves them. They were true to size--I was wrong to order a size up. Zappos handled the exchange with speed. The shoe looks really good. He would wear these to church if I allowed it. I was wondering if the Sams Club would put us out of the Store, because almost every child had on these shoes. Heelys are the best. Thanks Zappos!

Number 1 favorite gift. My 17 year old seemed like she might be too old for Heelys but we thought what the heck. So we got her these for Christmas. She has had a blast, and she wears them everywhere. She even wears them to school, popping the wheels out just before class. She says they are more comfortable than her regular sneakers, though not as flexible. She doesn't wear these for running anyway. Just rolling. She loves them.

Great Heelys - I found that Zappos has the best price for Heelys. I ordered as a last minute Christmas gift and did not expect to get the order before the holiday. I received the order on Christmas Eve. Great customer service.

My 9 year old loves them - this two wheel version works better, but he would've liked plugs and the removal tool - which doesn't come with these.

My 10 year old daughter LOVES her upgraded Heelys! My daughter already had regular, one wheel Heelys for the last year or so. She wanted the upgrade to two wheels, and I couldn't find them locally, so for Christmas I ordered these. They fit her perfectly with a little room to grow, and she's gliding around smoothly. She says they are very comfortable, and given they're her shoe of choice all the time, that must be true. They're pretty clunky, heavy shoes, but she's a tomboy and doesn't mind that. My parents were under the mistaken impression (as are many) that the wheels are retractable, which they are NOT. You can remove them and replace them with a rubber "plate" to cover the hole if you want to wear them as normal shoes.

I bought these for my grandson. They were great quality and he loves them. I appreciated the great service at Zappos. I have ordered two times from Zappos and have received my order within the third day from ordering. It is as good as going to the mall and no tired feet.

Excellent Customer Service - I ordered these shoes on Monday evening and they were delivered on Tuesday. I was amazed. I read the review prior to ordering them which indicated to order 1/2 larger than the regular shoe size and they fit my grandson perfectly!

My 8 year old son loves the shoe. I think Heelys says to buy this shoe one size larger than your foot - I must disagree. My son tried these on first at a local shoe store and he tried on the larger one - his foot was swimming in it which I feel could be a danger because it's a Heely - not a shoe. I think anything with wheels should fit, not be a shoe to grow in to.

Cute Shoe - We purchased these a size larger on the advice for some other reviews and it was a good thing we did. They fit perfectly. Problem is - does anyone give lessons?? The dual wheels are a little difficult for my son to get used to - so beware of that.

Great gift! I got this pair of Heelys as a surprise for a nephew and he could not believe that I got them for him. Very nice and comfortable, but also enjoy them to ride on.

We bought these shoes for my son\'s 7th birthday and they were a big hit! My son loves them! He is very active--loves skateboarding, biking, scootering, skiing, etc.--and has good balance. Still, it took him a few days (and a few falls, with a helmet) to master the wheels. Now he skates around like he was born with them on his feet (and we let him take off the helmet because he is so comfortable on them). I was a bit reluctant at first because they are somewhat expensive and his feet are growing, but he wears them every day and they bring him such joy. Since the shoes are prohibited on his school campus, we pop the wheels out after our walk\/roll to school and pop them back in at pick up time. Putting them in is easy. He can do it himself. The only downside is that it is challenging for me to get the wheels out. You have to have a lot of thumb strength! He can get the smaller, front wheel out himself, but we both struggle with the back one. Otherwise, I recommend this shoe!

Heelys shoes - Overall the shoes are great but made for older kids...hard to get wheels out for younger kids...other than that they are very well constructed and durable....

Definitely buy again - Being a grandmother buying for a grandson, I was hesitant. The two wheels proved to be a good thing v/s the one wheel. I think the brand was a little stingy by not including the tool to remove the wheels. Luckily, an older sibling had it. They must run small as I bought one size larger than he wears and they fit perfectly. They are a good looking and sporty looking shoe. The looks and comfort are all pluses.

Heely Comments - The service from Zappos was great. My grandson loved his Heelys. However, the wheels did not go up into the shoes, they have to be removed to be worn as a regular shoe. This is OK for an adult but is hard for a 6 year old. I did not read this in the comments on the shoe and if I would have known that I would have kept looking for the ones that go back up into the shoe.

Sand in rollers on first try - Great shoes however there is sand in the rollers which we can't get out and it slows down the rollers. We would appreciate new rollers if possible. Thanks!

This product is very good. The only complaint I have is that it didn't come with a key to remove the wheels, therefore we have to find something to use o do this and it will have to be something that can be carried around.
