I bought a pair of these shoes several weeks ago. They have performed well and still look marvelous!

I was satisfied with a these shoes. I previously purchased at a retail store and wanted to replace them but did not wish to drive 20 miles nor hassle with the parking so I bought new shoes at Zappos and saved.

This shoe is exactly as advertised, and I'm happy with it, and when the time comes I'll consider replacing it with a newer model of the same shoe. What really stands out is the friendly, efficient customer support while ordering!

Unexpected pleasure. While looking to buy another brand of the same style, the Avia A339 proved to be a very good choice. The construction and overall expectation was completely a pleasant surprise.

Like your shoes! Comfy and to me this is the main item. Do have one issue with them. All of a sudden a odor is coming from the shoes. First thought my feet but really, the odor does not appear in any other shoes I have. I have tried a variety of things to eliminate this odor without luck. Even tried clothes dryer sheets, my latest effort but the odor still is there. Like wearing your shoes but unless I can find a soluntion to this issue I feel I must park them in the garage. Suggestions!

I bought these for my husband, who has small wide feet. It's always hard to find him shoes which fit. These shoes are amazing. The quality is top notch and they look good too. The price is very reasonable. No complaints at all with these shoes.

I am a bartender and I go through a pair about every 3-4 months. I've gone through about 5 pair and I just ordered 3 more pair of this shoe. It's the sleek look and the arch support I like. I love this shoe and the one they made before it that this one replaced. I've bartended 20 years and gone through a lot of shoes and once I discovered Avia and the support in their shoes I have never looked back. Love Zappos too.

I have a slightly narrow foot and these run a little narrow.So me and the shoe are a perfect fit.

Amazing sneakers from an amazing distributor. This is my second or third time ordering from Zappos. It seems like the items arrive before the e-mail is sent. Never a problem, oh, and the sneakers are by far the best "walkers" a person can own. Great style, great fit, overall a great buy.

Excellent shoe- especially considering price. After having back surgery- I now walk pretty hard on heels-this shoe has the best heel arch support of most shoes I have worn. Great for walking and a good running shoe as well.. a light spring feeling w/ each step. Looks great as well. i would recommend this shoe.

I need 11W. The ones that I have are good, hopefully I can get another pair, Nikes are not good, they are really narrow.

Good shoes, I used them for everyday wear, and they lasted about 9 months. That's a little better than average for me. Very comfortable.

Shoes are a little narrow, so I am glad I went 1/2 a size larger. Fit well and are very comfortable. I have used this brand for years and am very happy with them.

You really do get what you pay for. These are just uncomfortable shoes. After about three hours, my feet have a general ache to them, and I cannot wait for the relief of taking them off. They seem to be cut a bit narrow (4E did not fit like others that I have purchased) and cramp your pinky toe somewhat. They look okay and appear to be well made but I will never put enough miles on them to find out. A little spray disinfectant and off to Goodwill with these.

I think these shoes are just cut a little small. Order a half size larger or wider if you can. After two months of just about daily use I noticed the seam along the big toe was seperating from the sole. Other than that they were wearing well and were comfortable. I like the simple classic styling which is getting hard to find these days.

I initially really liked this shoe. For the price( $25) it was a comfortable well styled shoe that fit well. Maybe it was a little narrow but I have a EEEE width. But after 3 months I see that its split at the inside along the big toe so its lifespan will be shortened. I generally don't see that for 6 months or longer. Too bad, it was comfortable and I bought a similar pair based on its fit. It was a good looking classic show, other shoes have gotten weirdly over styled.

These shoes felt too big. The arch support was good, but my feet are so flat that the arch support hurt. I usually wear a size 10, but these felt like a size 11.

Decent shoes for the price - my first walk my arches hurt badly replaced insoles with the high quality insoles from my 3yr old, worn out Skechers and now very comfortable. A little extra quality in insoles would make these a GREAT bargain.

This shoe felt a little too stiff for walking. It lacks the Archrocker technology that makes other Avia walking shoes so comfortable with their rolling forward motion, but it is not bad for walking just the same. Sizing appears correct. White might not be the best color for trail walking since it tends to show dirt, but on pavement or indoors, it should be fine. The synthetic leather upper protects the feet, but tends not to breathe, so the feet might feel too warm or damp if the shoes are worn for an extended period of time. On the whole, it is a decent shoe.

Well, I wouldn't call them nice, or fashionable, or good looking or anything else. In fact, the kind of remind me of waitress shoes in a diner in a movie. But I wanted them for walking the dog, and they are perfect for that.

Within a short period of time the black rubber on the front of the sneaker peeled off the shoe. Otherwise a good shoe, but look very shabby after a short time.

These sneakers are comfortable, but if you work on your feet all day, they will not last. They fall apart in less than one month. I will not be ordering these again.

After about a week of wear, the shoes began to smell horribly, of what can best be described as a skunk and cat pee scent. No amount of washing, deodorizer, spray disinfectant, etc. would take the stench away - in fact, I think it actually got worse! I have several other sneakers, some of which also Avia brand, and I have no foot odor issues in any of them, so I know that the stink is not me - it's the shoe! Can't go out in public with them, they reek so bad. Too late for a refund I guess. Must be something in the Chinese-made materials or something.

Nice looking shoe that just falls apart soon after you wear them. The upper shoe is a paper-thin layer of leather glued onto a fiber mesh. The leather disintegrates like paper if you get them wet. I walked through wet grass and the shoe is trash. Even before that the leather had torn at the flex point.
