I bought these in Purple to wear to rainy football games! They keep my feet dry and happy while out tailgating! With the color coordinating Welly Socks my toes can stay warm while showing off my team colors at the same time. They are comfortable, but if you have large calf muscles it may be a tighter squeeze. I would not suggest them without the welly socks or regular socks of some sort.

Love these! I was a little nervous about what kind of attention my yellow rain boots would solicit, but it's been nonstop compliments every time I wear them. And as long as you're not wearing red, they really do go with everything! I got a US size 6 and I normally wear a 7. They are still pretty spacious so I can wear thick socks if needed. Beware of socks that are too thin or that shimmy off your feet; bare skin will result in blisters from the boots. But as long as your socks stay in place, they are super comfortable and fun to wear. I love 'em and wear them rain or shine.

These boots are great! I got them in yellow, and it's the only thing that gets me through a rainy day. They are snug around the calf if you are planning on wearing them with jeans. Also, if you get the fleece socks they are more comfortable but a lot tighter. So if you are planning on wearing them with the socks all the time, I would suggest a size larger. I ordered a half size smaller, and they fit perfectly.

I bought these for my daughter for college for those cold and rainy days so she would decide not to skip class. She loves that her feet stay warm and dry inside the Wellies. She also loves the fleece matching sock inserts and she has two colors to alternate. It is so important not to miss class while in college and this sure makes life easier.

I love my new Wellies; they're so comfortable and warm! They run big, though, so you may want to go down a half size (should be fine if you wear thick socks) or a whole size. I wear a 9 or 9 1/2 normally, but an 8 1/2 would have fit much better with this boot (if they come in half sizes; I can't recall). You won't be disappointed with these at all: Whether you're looking for something sturdy and functional or for something to kick up a pair of leggings and a funky skirt.

Love them. They are so comfortable and I always get compliments on them when I wear them. And they're practical, too!

I have been wearing a cheap pair of boots yearly for 3 years, I figured it was time for an investment. I bought these the day a huge rainstorm moved in over the city. They arrived within 4 days and came in handy for the rest of the storm system. Comfortable and fun, I love them!

Great looking boots. Perfect for walking kids to school on a wet day or doing yard work. They don\'t provide much support so I wouldn\'t want to spend the whole day walking around in them, but they\'re great for keeping feet dry.

I usually wear a 9.5 shoe but I bought a size 9 in these boots since they only run in whole sizes. They are very comfortable and not too heavy. Love them!

These boots are awesome. I have wide feet and ordered the same size in shoes, 8. They came fast and fit great. I also ordered the socks, which will be really nice in the cold weather. The boots are super comfortable to take long, soggy walks with the dogs.

Love the boots. They are especially comfortable with the Hunter fleece socks. I do a lot of walking through rain and snow and they are perfect.

These rainboots are amazing! I have gotten several compliments on them from people who are not familiar with the brand. I have also recommended them to people gearing up for winter in the city. The boots are super comfortable and are seamless so I know they won't leak like my previous cheap pair did. At such a high price they are definitely an investment but one that is well worth it if you are on foot a lot in all kinds of weather, as I am.

I teach a nature photography course and we spend a great deal of time in the mud and muck, deep grasses and even go out on rainy days. The Hunter tall boot is just perfect even in the summertime.\r\n\r\nI especially love the flexibility of the rubber not found in less expensive boots.\r\n\r\n

I love these boots and I bought a pair for my 4 year old and he loves them too. I bought him non-Hunter boots last year and they fell apart; the plastic split apart on top of the foot. I recommend buying the welly socks with these (or any other rain boot) as there is no insulation and the Welly socks keep your feet nice and warm while the boot keeps them dry and looks good. My 4 year old loves the Welly socks too.

I wanted a rain boot that would really and truly keep my feet dry and one that was stylish as well. I have purchased other brands, and have returned them for one reason or another. I haven\'t worn these too much yet, but so far, they seem fairly comfortable, although it bothers me (just a little) that I could feel the boot bending at the ankle when I walk. It\'s just something I have to get used to, I think. I was pleasantly surprised to find some arch support in the boot, as I wasn\'t expecting that. I did order one size smaller, and they fit perfectly. I like that the boot looks somewhat fitted, although there isn\'t much room for me to tuck in my jeans or slacks. I did order the liners, which were cute, but they made the boots too tight and I thought they were somewhat bulky. These are extremely well made, as they should be for the price. I believe I will have these boots, and enjoy wearing them, for a very long time!

I really liked these boots. Very cute, but too tall for me. I am 5 foot 4 and they just came up too high for comfort. Ended up with a cheaper knock off that was 2 1/2" lower in the shaft. I thought about trying the Huntress which said it was lower, but I didn't need the bigger calf size.

This is an excellent boot: the original, tried, tested and true. The waxy exterior keeps it looking fresh for many a rainy season and even when it starts to get weathered it looks cool. Extremely sturdy, easy to clean, and worth the price.

These are super cute boots! I received lightning fast shipping from Zappos. These boots run large. I am anywhere from size 6-6.5 and I ordered a UK 4 which fit perfectly, even with thick socks.

This are awesome! No more wet feet or jeans when it's raining! I'm a size 7.5 and the size 38 fits well, while the size 37 were a little tight. I have sort of skinny calves and the boots are too wide for them. They look great with tucked jeans.

I never knew I could fall in love with a pair of rubber boots! I ordered a size down as suggested in numerous reviews. I wear a 7 1/2 or an 8 depending on the brand. I ordered a 7 in merlot. Great color, and they fit beautifully without socks, with very thin or thick socks, and with Hunter Welly Warmers. I use arch support inserts in mine for extra comfort. Please note: although Kate Moss made these "the craze", Hunters were not originally intended to make a fashion statement; they are rubber boots! They were created to take a beating. They will get scuffed up when you wear them and the waxy film will come to the surface. (Mine looked like this right out of the box.) They clean up with a little effort, but they do not maintain a shine. If you are looking for shiny rain boots you might go with the glossy version. Otherwise, if you are looking for a comfortable, classic, versatile rubber boot, get a pair of Hunter Originals. I loved my first pair so much that I bought them in chocolate and black as well!

Fits well, I'm normally a 8 and a half, but went down to a 8 and worked out well for me. Definitely wider in the calf, but I have muscular calves so these were perfect for me.
