Excellent plus - I agree with other customer that 5 stars is not enough. I wear WW, with high instep, and until I discovered Zappos and Softspots, I thought I would be doomed for a lifetime wearing ugly, uncomfortable shoes. Now I own several Softspots pairs and all are great! To my surprise Dacia turned out even better. Excellent quality soft leather, no break in needed, looks better in reality than in pictures. And Zappos service is unbeatable. I ordered Saturday early afternoon -I received it on Monday around noontime - also it was for free.

Softspots Dacia ... Great Shoe! 5 Stars is not a high enough rating...This is a great shoe. They look great with anything and are extremely comfortable...true to fit. I was so impressed them that I ordered another pair of Softspots in a different style.

So comfy - great work shoe! These shoes are so comfortable and attractive! This modern take on the clog is great for work. It's closed-toe, so under slacks it looks like a boot, yet with the open heel, it's cool and airy. I love these for work, and they also look great with jeans! Very true to size. Great quality leather. I'd recommend this shoe, as well as the brand Softspots to anyone! I've been very happy with Softspots shoes, and this is the latest great shoe in my closet!

Initial Comfort - These shoes were very comfortable the first time I wore them. I will order more in other colors. The narrow was a perfect fit. I usually wear Easy Spirit or Naturalizer, but I love this brand now.

Size was way off! The size 9 that I was sent seemed more like a 7. Also the lining was wrinkled at the toe and felt bad. I'm sending them back.

Awesome clogs! These clogs are incredibly comfortable and stylish. While not a true chocolate brown, they are close enough and look great with dark brown slacks. Softspots are one of my favorite brands because they are so comfortable and well made. I ordered a half size smaller because Softspots tend to run a bit large and they do stretch a bit after some wearing.

Softspots Dacia - I love these shoes. I have a very narrow foot and they fit great. Love the color. Will work well with black and brown.

If you have a bump on your big toe joint, this is YOUR shoe! I love these shoes. I have a bump because of a torn tendon (ok, a bunion, but I hate that term). I ordered these in wide and they fit well, but I was worried about whether they would hurt the bump. Many shoes have leather that is too stiff to give at that point. After wearing them just one day, the leather was soft enough to give a bit and not bother my joint at all! And they look great! The heel is just the right height to wear all day. I may order another color.

Most comfortable shoes ever! Best shoe I ever wore. I have a heel spur and when I'm wearing this shoe, I have no pain whatsover. Best Arch support you could want.

Softspots are great! I ordered these shoes as well as a couple pairs of Clarks. The Softspots were amazingly comfortable. I have very wide feet with a high instep and have trouble finding shoes to fit. Usually Clarks wide work for me but the Softspots were much better. I would buy this brand again.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE - Love these shoes! Classy and comfy. Perfect for work or play. I have "bad" feet and these may be some of the most comfortable shoes I've ever bought. Comfy right out of the box.

Nice, Comfortable shoe - This shoe is extremely comfortable. I found when I purchased the wide width I was able to size down by a half size. I originally ordered the 8.5 wide which was too long. There was about an inch showing out of the back. I re ordered in an 8 wide and they are extremely comfortable and I can wear them with dress pants for work or jeans for fun. As another customer stated, it would have been preferable if the sole were darker; the lighter, beige color shows and I think it would look dressier with it darker.

Love them - These are very cute and comfortable. I already had them in brown - and they were my favorite jean shoe, so I also ordered them in black. I wear a 7N and these fit true to size and width for me. Zappos is great, too - free shipping and free returns if they don't work out.

Too big - This was a full size bigger. Heel was cute and it was really comfy but the criss cross bands looked cheesy. Returned it.

Love this shoe!!! These are the most comfortable "cute" shoes I've owned since my foot surgery. I ordered my normal size, but in a wide width. While they are a little big (1/2 size too big) they are so comfortable and look so good with jeans. The heel height is just right... it gives a little lift while still stable and comfortable. And the customer service is great! I live in a smaller town (the nearest city is 200 miles away) and it’s hard to find wide shoes that don't look like something my Grandmother would wear.

LOVE THIS SHOE - I love this pair of shoes so much I had to buy 2 pairs! (1 brown and 1 black) I found they were very comfortable for teaching first graders all day and unlike others, I found them to fit true to size.

Comfortable & Cute - Wow! I received these 20 hours after placing the order even though I am on the West Coast. This shoe is very comfortable and is such a pretty style. No breaking in necessary. The only small complaint I have is with the color of the footbed. It really should have been the same color as the shoe. Great shoe for my wide foot. I have just ordered another color. I am VERY pleased.

Comfy, Stylish - Great shoe for walking around and standing long periods. Got the wide version and it is perfect. Only negative: the color of the footbed sticks out. They should have made it dark.

Great Clog - They have the look of a boot, which looks great with jeans and casual dress pants. These shoes were very comfortable, my foot is very wide so I couldn’t wear them for very long with socks, but hose works well and are nice barefoot. I wore them the first time at a sales meeting and had them on all day and went out that night. My feet felt good.

This is a great shoe! This is really one of my favorite pair of shoes -the only thing I noticed is that I normally wear a size 7.5 and I had to get a size 8. I actually am going to get them in other colors because they are incredibly comfortable. I have worn Privo and Clarks and these shoes are far more comfortable.

Comfortable - My ideal shoe size is probably 10.5W, but since there are so few shoes available in that size, I usually go up one size, to 11W, and hope for the best. However, I bought these shoes in a 10 W, and it was the right choice. They fit very well, they are very comfortable even for fairly long walks, and they are really cute shoes. The one slight negative I would say is that the heel height, which the website indicates is 2", is really more like 2.75". This is a lot higher than the shoes I normally wear; nonetheless they are really comfortable.

Great Shoe! I just love this clog. So comfortable and stylish. The heel is a perfect height, very easy to walk in! I wish they had more colors in my size.

Finally - comfort - Fit great and really comfortable. Took a lot of tries, but this one lived up to its rep.

Softspots Comfort - The leather on these shoes is incredibly soft and they were comfortable the first time I put them on. They felt truer to size than any shoes I've tried recently. The only problem is they are described as having a 2 inch heel. I suspect the heel is actually 2 1/2 inches as they are higher than other clogs I have with 2 inch heels. However, they fit so well, and were so comfortable I'm keeping them anyway. They are dressy and professional looking, just don't plan to walk long distances.

This shoe is one of the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn. There was no break in time needed. From the time I put them on in the morning until I take them off at night they feel great.
