Uncomfortable - This shoe looks good, although the toe is very pointy, but there is absolutely no cushion or arch support. The skinny heel feels wobbly, and there is no grip on the bottom. This shoe puts all of my weight on the ball of my foot and my toes.

I owned these shoes for exactly 3 months. At first they were very uncomfortable (2 weeks) then became the most comfortable shoe ever. I loved them because they were perfect for work to wear with slacks and skirts and looked professional. About a week ago the heels started falling apart. Today, the entire heel fell off. This is unacceptable. Luckily, I got them from Zappos who's letting me return it for full refund. I am not getting another pair from this brand because of the poor quality.

I loved the style of the shoe, but hated the actual shoe. I was looking for a stylish black heel that was not made of leather. I saw these in a local store and loved them, but I wanted to buy a wide size to get a little extra room for my toes, so I ended up ordering them from Zappos. When they arrived, I was shocked by the poor quality. The whole top edge of the left shoe and most of the top edge of the right shoe felt rough, and painful on my skin. I was honestly afraid to wear them for any length of time because it felt like they could rub my skin raw. They were so rough, I drove back to the store where I originally saw them to figure out if I had totally overlooked a major problem with the shoes. The ones in the store had some small rough spots, but none of the pairs I looked at were as bad as the one from Zappos. Looking back at the Zappos reviews, it seems like the synthetic shoes have other flaws. If Bandolino's quality control is that unreliable, I am not going to buy their shoes in the future. Thank goodness for Zappos' easy return policy!

I wore these shoes once and the tip of the sole came apart. I am not hard on shoes, in fact, I usually have my shoes for years.

These shoes are really cute and comfortable but I wore them only one day, to work. I work in an office and I literally sit almost all day, but by mid-day the leather sole was peeling away form the tip of the toe on both shoes. I only wore them outside to and from my car to get to work and back home. I was amazed how quickly they started to come apart. The sole peeled back in layers on both shoes, it can't even be glued. I'm very disappointed and will have to return them to Zappos. I don't feel it's unreasonable to expect a new pair of shoes to last more than one day in an indoor setting.

The worst investment ever...as soon as I wore the shoe for a conference, I noticed the sole of the shoe began to wear. Now after only a couple of months, it looks like it got hit hard and I don't wear them that often only when I nudes. Too bad...because they were cute.

Even though this shoe is a wide, it is still too narrow in the toe box for someone with wide feet. Too bad because it's a cute shoe, but not for me.

Loved the look of this shoe - wore it once and the tread literally came apart. The sole of the shoe is made of cardboard, the cloth on the toe snagged as well, these will be going back. So disappointed in what is usually a great product from Bandolino.

These shoes look sharp but have started to fall apart after wearing them just once. Not well made. I\'d return them if I could.

The pair I received fit like one full size too small. Impossible to even try to wear. The arch didn\'t even line up with the arch on my foot.

I ordered this shoe in black kidskin in an 8.5W. It felt narrow and worse, felt flimsy, like the whole thing was going to fall apart after I walked a few city blocks. This one is getting returned. Disappointing.
