Agree with others, they run one half size larger, so order one half size smaller. Process, service and ease of dealing with Zappos was excellent. I'll come again.

I spent a whole lot of bucks for these and the sole has a big crack in it. Bumming. The good news, Zappos is replacing for free. You rock Zappos. Ecco is questionable.

I walk almost two miles a day and have had issues in the past of the shoe upper digging into the foot at the join of the toe and the foot. Since then, my test has been to stand on my toes to see if the shoe digs into the foot. Unfortunately, this one does. If you do not walk as much, then this seems to a be a nice, snug fit ankle, with hardly any play in the heal area as you walk.

I have worn these now for a year. I am probably biased because my previous boots were the amazing Bruno Magli Rangle model, and these cannot measure up. Still, for the money they are cheap-looking with a dull, waxy finish. I ordered a size smaller as recommended, but the fit is just off as others have noted. They are a real disappointment since I bought them based on the stellar reviews here.

My 14th pair of Ecco shoes and I am highly disappointed in their lack of quality. The finish has started to come off of the boot after 10 or so wearings. The old Ecco quality is gone and I see these were made in China as well -- none of my other Eccos were -- too bad I guess.

Comfortable but slow to break in. Nice style, light and airport friendly are a must as an airline pilot. I hope they turn out to be as good of a boot as others have commented.

These are great boots. I'd recommend them to anyone. They work as both casual and dress footwear perfect for any occasion. They leather is very soft and the boots are comfortable. When ordering go a full size smaller then you are as they do tend to run large.

I ordered the Ecco Arlandas and Berlins at the same time, same size. And the Berlins are a full size larger.

The leather feels nice, but the shoes didn't fit me. Dress socks let me slide to much in this shoe. 'Normal' socks made the shoe feel too tight on the side of the toe box.
