Bought for my husband as a gift and he really likes it. The shirt is well constructed and high quality, thick material. All in all a good shirt. The only thing is that I thought it was solid brown from the picture and it's actually a pattern, with little dark checks.

I purchased this shirt and 3 others in various colors offered by Zappos based on description and previous experience from order(s) of shoes. My first time purchasing an article of clothing; I wasn't disappointed. Service, delivery, packaging, fit, and overall satisfaction are 5 Stars as has been my history with Zappos. A 2X in size - clothing in fit and style can be a challenge. If you're looking for a "cut above" nice wearing shirt you will not be disappointed. Criticisms - pet peeves really; colors pictured are slightly off (shadowing from photograph) and extra care in cleaning may be necessary. Dry cleaning is recommended.

I ordered this shirt after reading the all of the reviews. I like wearing shirts that can be left untucked when possible, but don\'t like to look slobby. This shirt definately is what the description said. It is loose fitting and has a nice straight hem so looks right untucked. I\'ve washed it and it came right back to shape with no ironing! I typically try to by my nicer shirts from Tommy Bahama or Polo, however, I\'ll be ordering more of these shirts, especially at that price!

Great shirt and great price. I bought both available colors and I am wearing one of them right now. I wish this company had a few more selections and colors so I could buy a few more.

I can't rave about this shirt enough. So incredibly comfortable and soft, yet structured enough look good on any physique, even if you're a little out of shape like me. I loved my first one so much, I bought two more in other colors!

This shirt goes well with slacks or Levis or khakis. It is an excellent fit and is up to the standards of my Tommy Bahama shirts but is nicely conservative for evenings out and just as is at home or at a Dodger game.

Great shirt - Extremely comfortable shirt... I have two (one dark and one light in color)... I like how the fabric feels and it is also pretty forgiving with wrinkles, another big plus... I have really liked the quality and feel of all the Royal Robbins shirts I have bought.

My shirt is literally disintegrating after wearing it infrequently for a year. I had liked this shirt (the operative word being past tense), so I never wore it during activities, only for things like barbecues and mall shopping. It is still falling apart. the edges are disintegrating on the sleeves and the hem, the pocket, the collar, anywhere there is an edge. The surface seems to be slightly wearing, too. I did not realize that the hem has a mild amount of filler (which should be a good thing I suppose), except I found out because the hem has come apart all over. And I do not mean a thread broke in one spot and came out. I mean the threads have begun to disintegrate. The material is decaying. How is this possible? What kind of cheap products is Royal Robbins foisting on a trusting public? The shirt is even having trouble fraying because the disintegration prevents large frayed strands from forming. Think about that. The frays cannot last long enough to be called frays. I wash my shirts in warm water and I lay flat to dry. I use all fragrance-free detergent in standard concentration. Such washing should not lead to disintegration. This product was a rip-off. Boo on Royal Robbins. I will never buy Royal Robbins again. I have an affinity for Royal Robbins because the man himself wrote the first rock climbing book that I read. It seems the man's company took the climbing ethic of leave nothing behind and applied it to the world of profit, by spending minimal money on material and charging as much as possible for the so-called finished product. Well, that is the last time they see my money.

I bought two of these shirts for my husband, who is 6'2, 240 lbs. I was impressed by the other reviews, so I was happy when they arrived and looked great on my husband. However, when I washed them (only once, and per the manufacturer's instructions), the shirts shrank a lot! I tried to return them, but was hassled by Zappos. This was very disappointing, since Zappos always has excellent customer service. I have written many positive reviews for Zappos products. I am sorry I have to write a bad one here.

This shirt fits well and comes out of the dryer without needing ironed. The pictures on the website accurately represent the product. On the "Sky" color I like how the dark buttons contrast with the shirt. Can be worn casual or for work. I am short so it is a little too long untucked.

Very nice fabric that has some weight to it and feels great. Nicely detailed construction as with many RR products. I'll be ordering another.

I ordered this shirt as a birthday gift for a friend. I had ordered a shirt from another company and it failed to arrive and I got no response as to when it might be shipped. I had never checked out men's clothing on Zappos and was excited to find this shirt. It was just the type of shirt I was looking for and I knew that I would be able to get it on time from Zappos. My friend loves this shirt and it looks great on him.

Bought this for my husband. Really nice shirt. Washes well, and doesn't need ironing. But, I wish it was longer. He's about 6'2" and it's fine, but it would be better longer.

First of all I really like the shirt. I ordered size Med. I'm 6', 185 lbs. It fits everywhere except being tight across chest. Sleeves and length is perfect. Considering sending back and ordering large, but think sleeves, shoulder, and length would be way too big. If you're narrow across the chest and between sizes, go with smaller size.

I loved this shirt! Until both of the ones I bought started falling apart after 2 months and 4 washings. Kinda heartbroken as I'm a big fan of RR's shorts and thought the shirts would be as well made. Wrong. All of the edges basically started disintegrating and unraveling within 2 months. Very disappointed as the fit and drape are perfect for me. Fortunately my awesome Zappos refunded my purchase. I love Zappos! This shirt, not so much.
