Not much arch support - Overall a very comfy shoe. I have a high instep and normally wear Naots, so I really noticed the lack of good arch support.

Cloud Nine is more like it. Super cute and super comfortable shoe. Worn for Europe trip, which included tons of walking. Looked nice with skirts and pants! My feet were happy feet in this shoe. The size was slightly larger than some and I ordered one size down, but always do with Ecco.

Comfortable, stylish shoes. And my orthotics fit inside them with no problem. Service also excellent, since the first shoes I bought did not fit and I returned them with no problem.

Walking on a cloud - I wear a 10N and I am always looking for a shoe with a strap so that I can tighten. This shoe fits my foot and is soooo comfy and beautiful! Pricey so I hope it lasts a long time.

Very comfortable and good for running around town. I own the brown pair as well. Love the adjustability of the strap.

Great comfortable shoe - This is my third pair of the Ecco Cloud Mary Jane; first in white, next in brown/bronze and now the black/charcoal. I still wear the other two – they are all my very favorite shoes. In winter, I just add socks and keep walking. I hope they come out with more summer/spring colors in '09.

Fabulous - These shoes are fabulously comfortable. They are true to size and you won't know you have them on. I bought them for a trip to Italy and brought another pair of shoes to alternate. I ended up only wearing these shoes. They are great.

Nice shoe! Very comfortable and looks nice on. It's a 1/2 size larger, so I sent it back for the smaller size and it fits great.

Comfortable dress shoe - Always in search of a flat dress shoe that will accommodate a full custom orthotic, this maryjane in ascot/black works. It is prettier in person than the photo: there isn't as much color contrast and the "gray" part is more like a semi-gloss pewter. If you're even slightly interested in this shoe, give it a try. You can always send it back!

Nice look for a Mary Jane - I have somewhat of a duck foot. I am narrow in the heel and mid foot, but my toes are long with 3 being similar in length. As such, I need a roomy toe box. I am a teacher who has to walk unpaved paths to get to and from my classroom and June to Nov. 90- 110 degrees is common. When it gets very hot having more toe room is a necessity, as feet swell and lack of room makes your feet extremely hot and rubbing causes blisters. With a roomy toe box (width and depth, I can wear an 11 1/2 M, 12 Narrow or 12M depending on the shoe). My feet are very sensitive, so I can't wear anything that requires breaking in time. In SAS I wear an 11 1/2 Narrow or 12 Narrow. I wanted this shoe to fit. It's not as boring as a plain Mary Jane; I got the brown with an understated copper which I liked. I ordered the largest size 12- 12 1/2 in Medium for toe room. My big toe touched the end of the shoe and the height of the toe box was low with little room for movement. The heel and mid foot width were narrow enough. The description said it ran a little wide; unfortunately the pair I got didn't fit that way. Unfortunately, it didn't work for me, but I wish it had.

Purchased this shoe for my Mom who is 91. Very comfortable and nice looking.

Attractive and comfortable - This shoe is stylish and wonderfully comfortable. I wore them all day the first wearing, with no discomfort anywhere. Highly recommended.

Terrific Shoe - Great shoe. Very comfortable. Width is perfect for a narrow foot. I tried many Mary Janes and they were all too wide for me. I wear these all day and my feet don't hurt. I have had a problem in the past with my heel and arch but these are great. Highly recommend them. May even get a pair in Bronze.

Excellent comfort and style. This is my first choice shoe when I want comfort and a non-clunky, non-athletic looking shoe. I can walk all day in it. I agree with others who would like more colors to be available. I get compliments on the look whenever I wear it.

Like walking on clouds! Fabulous walking shoe. I have a narrow foot & am leaving for an Italian holiday soon. Had to find an unobjectionable looking walking shoe & these are perfect. I ordered the bronze/brown pair too and sent them back ~ as the color is off. So I ordered a second pair of the black. Absolutely no break in period. Wore these all day the first day. Good traction sole. Very good arch support, you won't be disappointed~

These are a dream, both comfortable and extremely attractive. I disagree with the reviewer who said they look a little 'cheap.' They're very handsome and I've had lots of compliments on them. Also they have very good support. The only glitch is the scratchy underside of the top of the shoe, which I've had to buffer with some moleskin. But it's a small price to pay for a great shoe, and the fit is exactly what its size promises. Zappos, of course, is fabulous.

Great Shoe and Great Service - I love this shoe. I was having trouble walking and this shoe gives me the right support to walk all day. I have these shoes also in black and wear them all the time. I have bought back-up pairs just in case the style goes away.

ECCO CLOUD MARYJANE - This shoe is true to size, width and is extremely comfortable to wear. It also looks good on the foot.

Walking on a Cloud with Eccos - These shoes are very comfortable. I purchased a black pair from another place and loved them so much that I went online with Zappos and purchased a brown pair. I can wear these shoes all day and have no desire to change when I get home. Several of my friends are purchasing these. They can be worn with pants or skirts and look nice. Their name describes them very well. They wear like a cloud. My size is hard to find, but I had no problem at Zappos.

Excellent Shoes! I am really enjoying these shoes. I have problems with my heels and must wear an orthotic and they work great with these shoes. They are also a little dressier than the other I have. I would recommend these shoes.

More 12 women's shoes please, Ecco! Love this shoe (got it in the bronze two-tone) and if it were available, would buy it in every other color combination! Very comfortable for my diabetic, sensitive, and slightly arthritic feet. And this style IS stylish! More, More, More please! Also, easy to remove for airline security!

Great looking and Greata comfort - These are a great looking shoe. I got the bronze color. They are also very well made and look like new. I have worn them every day since I got them. I would highly recommend this brand and this shoe. Comfort A+

One blister, but it's worth it - These are beautiful and comfortable shoes. I did get a blister because the cutout on the top is different from other shoes. The shoes are very attractive and sturdy. So glad to have another pair of Ecco’s in my closet.

Great versatile shoe - I bought these shoes because I wanted something stylish, comfortable and with great arch support. This shoe fits the bill. I can wear to work, out to lunch, dinner, shopping, etc. I have received a bunch of compliments on the shoe as well. I am a size 5 and needed the size 35.
