I ordered these boots in my normal size 39, and they are a great fit. They are soooo cute. I was afraid of the brass studs on the boot as one reviewer noted, but it is not bright and is a very attractive accent. I love Naot. I literally put on a pair of expensive Bandolino boots in my closet and cannot even take a STEP without pain shooting up my leg from my Morton Neuroma. The shoe is NOT too narrow either. I wear a standard size 8 and need a decent toe box, and this is perfect. My orthopedic surgeon LOVES Naot. Way to go Zappos for such a large selection.

Not what I expected from NAOT - I LOVE Naot shoes and was SO excited to see that they had created a pair of boots that were *cooler* looking and that would work with skirts for the fall and winter...when they arrived I was really disappointed with the quality of the leather...it looked like a cheaper faux leather (though it is in fact leather)...in addition, they seem to run narrow and small in the toe box... The insole doesn't feel like the normal supportive Naot liner, which is the whole reason I would spend the money on these to begin with...sadly these will go back and I’ll have to continue my search for the perfect boots...

It is a miracle and my feet are in heaven! I finally found the perfect boot that doesn't hurt my hallux limitus and has excellent arch support. This boot is more streamlined (less bulky) than the other Naot tall boots (I tried them all) and fits nice and snug around the calf. I have narrow feet and skinny legs. It is a functional and fashionable boot that looks awesome with dresses, short skirts, jeans, and leggings. My search (of probably about 10 different boots) is over! Zappos rocks...and Naot too!

I was very disappointed that considering the price, these boots started to disintegrate. I wore them for 1 full season and the second season the boot heel started to fall apart as if it were made of a very cheap material. I can no longer wear them. I have had Naot shoes in the past and they were much higher quality.

Finally found the one! These boots are the best ever! I finally found a pair of black boots that are comfortable, fit around my calf, are stylish. I love them! I got the black crinkle patent which are very cute. Be warned that I do not think these boots run large. I ordered the size 40 for my size 9 feet and they were tight. I then ordered size 41 and they are perfect with just the right amount to wiggle room. They will be great with skirts and our trip to Italy! It has taken me years to find a good black boot.

This boot is extremely comfortable and stylish. The lower-profile heel allows someone with a cranky foot to enjoy a fashionable appearance without looking dowdy. I am an 8 to an 8.5 and found the size 39 was perfect. To check, I did buy the size 40, but my foot really rolled around, so choose the smaller size if you are an 8 or just a bit more. You can't wear regular socks (like athletic socks) because the fit is snug. Invest in a pair of knee-high type socks and you'll be set. The product was worth every penny.

A wonderful boot. It's attractive -- those straps and buckles keep it from looking baggy around your ankles. It's very comfortable and well-balanced, very easy to walk in. They're quiet, too. The heels not only absorb shock, they absorb the sound of your steps. I have these in granite, an older color, but I hope to save up for a black pair, too. I would say these run a little small, not large. I am a 9.5, and the 10(41) fits me just right.

These boots are not only comfortable, but very classy! Have had many compliments on them. The Naot is true to size and comfort.

The cutest comfortable shoe I've ever seen! I couldn't bring myself to order those ugly "professional clogs," so I bought these boots to use at work. I stand for 8+ hours a day and these are the only shoes I've ever worn that don't leave my feet sore and tired. Plus, they work with almost any outfit. Very pleased.

This is a wonderful boot, but it’s really designed for a narrow foot. I have a wide foot so I went up a size-it’s still comfy, but did stretch out (it’s possible I could have stayed in my size) because now it’s too long. Really get a lot of compliments!

Pricey but well worth the money! I ordered the patent leather very sexy but too shiny for me. Then ordered the black leather...love it! Wear all the time…very comfortable and so cute. Have back and knee problems but have no problem wearing these boots for hours. Have walked miles in them without foot fatigue. Get lots of compliments on them. They stand up really well so will look good for next season. Will buy another pair before the winter is over.

Great option - I have a terrible time shoe shopping because of my problem feet. I have two bunions so typically heels are uncomfortable, but I also have high arches so flats end up causing me heel pain. These boots are super comfortable and I'm able to walk around in them all day! Anyone with typical feet should be able to run a marathon in them! I'm 23 and while my problematic feet require practical shoes, I also like them to be cute and these are pretty stylish.

This boot is amazingly comfortable as well as stylish and well worth the expense. The heel hardly feels elevated, just comfortable. I usually wear a size 41-42 in Dansko closed clogs, and needed a size 42 for this boot to fit well.

Great looking boots - Very comfortable for a boot with 2" heels; works with skirts of pants, excellent padding and support, true to size. The color is an interesting dark taupe; a little lighter than what you'd guess from the photo.

Fantastic look and comfort - I had bought Naot Pleasure (same footbed/style as Allure) and taken Naot's advice to size down (normally I'm a 37, I got Pleasure in 36), but found the toes squishy, so for these Allure boots I stuck with 37, and it was the perfect size. On their first test drive I wore them for about 7 hours of pavement-pounding shopping and they were more than equal to the task. And I got a bunch of compliments on them while I was at it. They look great, they feel even better. If I were you I wouldn't hesitate to buy these. (I'm saying they're a half size smaller than marked because of Naot's advice - I think they're actually true to size if you go ahead and get your regular size).

First time wearing Naot Boots - I own 16 pairs of Naot shoes & sandals, this is my first pair of Naot boots. All are a size 38, the boots fit perfectly. As true with any Naot, the boots are very comfortable. My first experience with Zappos, and I look forward to doing business with Zappos again! The boots arrived several days sooner than expected!

The boots are beautiful and super comfortable. But in less than two years the soles completely disintegrated, even though I did not wear them very often. The soles literally crumbled into pieces. Naot refused to stand behind their product, since it was beyond their one year warranty. But with a price over $300, boots should last more than two years. That's extremely poor quality. So as much as I have always loved Naot shoes, I won't be buying anything from them again.

Great! I love these boots. I bought them for work after walking miles of cobblestones in Italy in a pair of Naot sandals, with nary a blister. I was a little hesitant at the price, but they are 100% worth it. When I bought them I was working retail, with a 1 mile walk to work. I never got a blister wearing these, with all that. Now I work in a large printshop warehouse, walking, lifting, etc, all day, and these are still some of the most comfortable footwear I own. I usually switch after 2 days or the balls of my feet get sore from the heels, but that’s the only issue. I did buy these 1 size larger and put a cushy insole in them, so I don’t know about all day comfort standing without that. I’ve worn these a lot in the 1.5 years I’ve had them, and they’ve held up well. A bit scuffed, because of my work environment, but still great. (If I bothered to polish them they’d probably look better >_<)

This is my third pair of Naot boots and I have worn and loved each pair. These new ones feel just like my old ones and I was able to wear them with no discomfort from the minute I took them out of the box. My first pair which are at least 6 years old have a split sole and heel and I would like to get them repaired (new soles and heels) I have contacted several of the recommended repair sites and have not gotten any responses. Any suggestions? Thanks again for a great product

I have super narrow feet and need a lot of arch support. It takes me forever to find shoes that fit, and if I don't get a perfect match, I end up with knee and/or back pain. I've found a few really good styles with Naot, and this boot is no exception. Great support, great fit, the leather feels soft and the heal gives a nice bounce to my step. Very excited to wear this all winter.

I love these boots! This is my second pair of Allures. I bought the first pair about two and a half years ago and wore them to death, so it's time for replacements. They're really comfortable to walk and stand in, which is important for me as a teacher, and I wear them every other day from fall to spring. The heel height is perfect, and I find them super flattering for my slightly-chunky calves. The leather is a soft matte black, which is nice, but after about a year I applied black shoe polish and buffed them to a shine - an option for people who prefer the polished look. Lastly, they're well made and durable - my old pair was worn at least 500 times and never fell apart (they're just worn and scuffed). Yes, they're pricey, but think of it as a good investment.

Naot Boots - I was looking for a pair of comfortable, yet stylish, boots and stumbled across these on Zappos. This is the first pair of Naot shoes I've bought, and I love them! I have had foot problems in the past (two cracked bones and one broken bone), and have to be very careful with the shoes I buy now. I wanted something with a heel, but it needed to be comfortable and easy to walk in. These boots definitely fit the bill! I can wear them all day at work (including walking to and from the bus), and I have no problems with achy feet, back, etc. Plus, there was no break-in time at all. And Zappos delivered them by the next day. These were a great purchase.
