I've had these sandals for about 3 months; they are the most comfortable sandals I've ever worn in my 70+ years! I usually wear a size 42 (9 US), but that was a little too big. Returned for a 41, which is perfect. (As usual, Zappos' return process and customer service were superb!) They're more expensive than many other sandals, but their comfort and durability more than offset the cost: I've purchased two other pairs of Naot shoes from Zappos, both of which look almost new after 6+ years of very frequent wear. In addition, the insoles can be removed and replaced. I look forward to many years of comfort with these sandals. I have the Vintage Gray color - in truth, it's far more brown than gray. Fortunately, I'm fine with the color.

My pair of these sandals is now 10 years old and, even after heavy use, they're still in great condition. I've just bought my third set of footbeds (including the ones that came with the new pair; they last about 5 years and cost about $50) and they feel brand new again! Highly, HIGHLY recommended

Great sandal. Extremely well made. Comfortable as ever. Once your feet wear into them ( 1 week), you don't even know your wearing them. Only drawback is they are a bit heavy which makes them a tiny bit cumbersome. But let's face it, who rushes around in sandals? No one, so it's really a minor issue.

Bought these for husband. Was second pair of Naot. Soft and stylish. The bed of sandal not too heavy so it's very comfy on foot to walk in.

I've absolutely loved these sandals! A day or two before my wedding in 2000, I bought a pair. I wore them and married the most amazing woman.. three kids later, the sandals have been wonderful. I've worn two pairs in seventeen years, my only pair of sandals. Before three years ago roughly, I wore them nearly every day. That's how well they've stood up! I'm glad to see Zappos have these again, as the soles of my current pair are worn badly.. it's about time to grab another pair.

These were the second pair of identical sandals, but different color, that I had bought for my husband three years ago. He loved the first pair so much that he wore them constantly to the point that I took them in two weeks ago for some repairs and refurbishing. Also am getting new footbed inserts. Did not know that these had replaceable footbed inserts until the shoe repairman showed me and I check Zappos and there they were. My husband says that it takes about two weeks to break the sandals in but they are not uncomfortable during that process. They look really good on his feet and the two side panels make for a sturdier sandal. Once the first pair finally wear out, I will definitely be buying another pair for him.

I have worn Naot sandals for over 10 years, because they are absolutely the best and they last for years. When I needed a new slip on for around the house, I thought these Naots might be too "heavy weight" for around the house; however, I was totally wrong! The upper part is soft, the inner sole is very comfortable, and the sole is quite flexible. These are a perfect complement to my outdoor sandals!

It is really difficult to find good sandals with a removable footbed to accommodate custom orthotics. These have those features, and I have been wearing them every day for the last month. They are awesome.

I usually wear a women's 11 or 12 medium width, and it's impossible to find a comfortable supportive sandal in those sizes. I decided to opt for men's sizing and go to European brands that might run a little more narrow. This Noat fit very well, with the straps pulled down one mor notch than they came in the box. I ordered a 44 but the 43 would probably have been long enough. The arch support was great and the footbed was very comfortable. They looked good on my feet, not huge or overly clunky. However, the edges of the leather were rough and irritating. This would be fine worn with a thin sock for an extended break in period, or if a person has tougher feet. It's too bad the upper doesn't feel as great as the footbed. I returned these in favor of some Ecco Sports, with padding under the leather straps.

Some of the leather edges and stitching rub against the skin at least while new causing discomfort. Fit is good, foot bed is quite comfortable.

Naot replaces shoe because the sole separates. We are on the third pair—they last about 4 months with moderate wearhouse wear. Not sure how such an expensive shoe doesn’t make it 6 months, but glad they keep replacing?
