I bought these boots for a trip to Boston. The boots kept my feet warm all weekend long in the snowy weather . I had no trouble on the slippery sidewalks and they were extremely comfortable walking all day while I was sight seeing.

I LOVE these boots! They fit so well - they feel like a hug on your foot! I have bought cheaper boots in the past, thinking they would be sufficient, all I needed was to keep my feet dry in the snow. However, not only do these keep your feet dry, but nice and toasty! Definitely worth the splurge!

I LOVE these boots!! I am fairly petite, so the calf and ankle areas are too wide set for me. Also the foot sizing is larger/longer vertically, but narrow around the foot, I would suggest ordering a Half size smaller, which is what I'm doing! I can't wait to wear them!

I purchased these 1/2 size larger than the size 8 I measure to make up for my wide feet. The fit is perfect and I’m able to wear socks with them! I use any excuse to wear them.

Very cute winter boots! They have great tread on the bottom. They can be a little hard to slip on, but once your foot is in, they fit great. Shoelaces don’t stay tied up very well but that is easily replaceable. Overall, great boots! I bought them in the olive color and they’re very cute in my opinion.

Very warm I love them , the only thing I do not like it’s how heavy the could be. But they’re perfect for this cold weather

Ok, first let me just say I love these boots. I live in Maine and we have brutal winters, but I still love to be outdoors. I had a pair of the older style of Sorel "Cate The Great" boots for 12 years and never had cold feet. If they still made the old version of that boot I would have purchased it. The Joan of Arctic was the next best option. When they first arrived I was impressed at how nice the color was (Nori), and the quality of the construction is excellent. The boot was true to size for me- I wear and 8.5 and the 8.5 fit perfectly with enough room for a thicker sock. The boot is bulky (but still stylish), but I am used to it and love that my feet are never cold, though I think some may find it too bulky. I do spend a lot of time outdoors and so far these boots have been absolutely perfect- it was 0 degrees this morning and my feet were toasty when I went out to take care of my horses. I highly recommend this boot for anyone who wants toasty, stylish yet functional winter footwear.

We recently moved to Montana, and have had so much snow. I did not have any actual 'snow' boots, so I ordered these 'Joan of Arctic' boots! I am so happy I did, they are the warmest and driest shoes I have ever owned. I wear them snowshoeing, or just out hiking, and even to work. They are comfortable, and a great color as well. If these ever wear out, I would definitely want to buy another pair!!

These boots are the best! I got them a week before going skiing out West. They are the perfect thing to put on after a long day in ski boots, comfortable, warm, stable for getting through any snow. I got so many compliments and am so please with the way they fit and how stable they are on unstable ground.

Received my boots last week and have been wearing them in minus double digit weather with the wind chill much colder here in Minnesota and they are the absolutely warmest boots! I had to replace my 25 year old pair of Sorel's finally and these are as warm if not warmer and lighter than my old pair. Totally happy with the purchase.

Great boots. Took a bit to get used to how big/bulky they are but I like them. No problems driving in them.

Love these boots! I bought them during a late-February sale, thinking I wouldn't get any use out of them until next year, and then lo and behold, it's snowed the first day of March and is still snowing now. These were difficult to get into at first - had to stretch out the ankle area in order to jam my foot in. I think this will get easier over time, and once they're on they feel great.

Great boot. Was told to go up a half size to full size. I got 7.5 but my size is 7. I think I definitely could have gotten true to size as it is a bit loose but otherwise fantastic boot and nice and cozy warm.

As a resident of upstate NY years ago ( Saranac Lake), I know how critically important it is to have warm, reliable boots. When there’s 2+ feet of snow on the ground and thermometers dip to minus 50 F, Sorel’s are “the boot” to count on to deliver! I am satisfied this recent purchase will bring years of warmth and comfort- and they look good! My first pair the original pac boot, survived a move west where I got another 5 years wear. As the climate changes here in the Pacific Northwest to more snow, colder, longer winters—investing in well made boots is the right way to go! Money well spent!

I bought these because the boots I had been wearing since 2002 (a different brand) had finally given out. I hadn't worn Sorel's since the 1990's when I would go snowboarding as a teen. I forgot how amazing they are - comfy, warm, waterproof. I honestly don't do a lot in them but shovel snow and walk, but they're very comfortable and I'd recommend them to anyone. I would say though, because they seem to run larger than my usual shoe size (10 mens in Vans) that you should make sure they fit you well. Definitely make sure they fit well if you plan to do a lot of outdoor activity like hiking and long walks on a regular basis to make sure you don't get a blister. Maybe go a half size smaller unless you're planning to wear thick socks. But one note about thick socks - these boots are so warm! You really won't need them unless you're literally going to be in 40 below zero weather, or if your feet are perpetually cold.

I was looking for a pair of snow boots that were rated to be warm for my feet and were cute. I have had Sorel boots before, they were my son's old ones and I loved them because they would keep my feet warm while I shoveled snow. This year there has been so much snow the need to wear boots more frequently made me want a more feminine pair. These are super cute and I have worn them not only to shovel snow but also out and about for the day. Quality, comfort and style all in one boot, thanks Sorel!

Order these just in time for another snowstorm. My feet were kept warm and dry even during long periods outside. I ordered a 10 instead of my usual 9.5 just in case I wanted to wear an extra pair of thick socks. Based on them I could have ordered my normal size and been fine to have plenty of room for thick socks. Highly recommend. Very comfortable and durable.

I purchased these to wear next year during the end of season sale. I haven't purchased Sorel snow boots in decades. They appear to be well made and hopefully will be warm in the snow. I ordered a size 6, my normal shoe size in almost any shoe, and they fit fine. I can even wear a heavier sock. I didn't have any problem putting them on or taking them off.

I used the steel toed caribou boot in the 1980's when I was in the Material Department of the BN Railroad in Minneapolis. This caribou boot is the same but without the steel toe. It is very comfortable and does keep my feet warm. Ed Burns Retired Railroader, Minneapolis, MN

These boots are worth the buy. These boots have kept me feet super warm with the recent below zero temps. They are a heavy boot and it took some time getting use to, especially driving. But I did get use to their bulky-ness and they are much more fashionable then my previous boots.
