Very bulky and loose for my average foot my feet were not warm with smart wool socks either.

These boots were light, warm and kept my feet dry despite the heavy, wet snow.

The canvas material was olive and flimsy. I felt like the second I walked outside they would be soaking wet and my feet would freeze in the 9' of snow we have.

They look nice, are warm but very tight fit on width. If I went up a size my heel would not fit. Considering whether or not to return.

These winter boots I snagged are a game-changer. Went up half a size for some wiggle room with thicker socks, and it's like walking on clouds. I was skeptical about all the laces, but once you tweak them just right, slipping these on and off is a breeze. Definitely nailed the warmth factor perfect for tackling winter's chill.

Nice boots, but didn't like that foot bed wasn't very thick!

The foot bed was much too wide for my feet. There is no way To tighten the boot around your foot or ankle. Cute boots, but didn't work for my foot!

I owned several Sorel boots and shoes and wanted to like Joan of Artic. Unfortunately, it's very uncomfortable especially the back of my ankle. I'm not sure if I got a defective one. The right and left also slightly differs in size.

These are super cute. Just uncomfortable. I am hopeful that in time they become more comfortable. But for now they aren't. But my feet are dry and warm :)

I normally wear an 8 1/2. So I ordered an 8 1/2 and when I received them my toes were hitting. I was hoping that they would stretch out but after research I see that they don't. So I returned them and purchased a nine and they are perfect. So if any of you are on the fence, I would do a half size up. These are definitely not "hiking boots" they are more like snow boots. I do take my dogs walking along pads and along snowy beaches, so these will be perfect but when I go hiking, I probably will find something that is not as bulky.

This was my first time ordering Sorel boots. I came across these boots and fell in love with the lookthe two-tone colors, the faux fur at the top, even the laces are very strong. I wanted to love these boots, but the fit was all wrong. If you need a decent arch support, these boots are NOT for you. In addition to no arch support, my heels slipped up and down as I walked. I had debated getting a smaller size, but then my toes would have been squished. Perhaps if they had a better arch support in the footbed my heels would have stayed put? Not sure. Just super bummed as I loved everything else about these boots.

Very warm perfect for NH cold and blustery weather. Keep from freezing your toes and look cute doing it. No one looks cute with frostbite toes.

They hurt the back of my heels when walking. There is something that rubs and sticks out in both boots

I have worn them twice. My low rating is because the heal on both shoes is already showing wear. I would expect better from a boot this expensive. Also, the boot does not fit my foot as well as I would like. It is a bit sloppy. I did contact customer service before buying them to make sure the width would be correct. However, this did not work out either.

Great boot. Easy to get on and off and keep my feet warm and dry. Comfortable too. I ordered my size and these fit true to size. I have a medium foot. Glad I didn't listen to reviews that said to size up. Nice color and should last me a long time. So happy I found these on sale too!

I gave it three stars because they are warm but not too warm where you're sweating. They keep your fee t dry too. The 3 star is for the style, weight, design, and advertisement photos. They look like cute boots you could wear out with leggings or jeans. This is not the case. The toe area is wide, like really wide, the boots are really difficult to get on, I've had them 2 years and wear them at least 15 times a season and still have difficulty. They look more "cute" and wearable. I use them to shovel and plow the drive. I could never wear them past that. Too heavy.
