Hard to order some footwear online... turns out these run a little large but since I bought for my daughter and sent to her, she decided to keep and wear with thick socks... she loves them!

I bought these for my daughter's boyfriend and he loves them - very useful for stomping around in the snow or on cold days!

The Caribou Sorels are a staple for me, as I just moved to Colorado and I am experiencing my first real winter. I am able to wear thick wool socks with these boots, so they keep my feet very happy. The fuzzy top keeps out the snow, which keeps my feet nice and dry. They are extremely durable, comfortable right out of the box, and perfect for cold winters. They fit perfectly!

I bought these boots for a glacier excursion and also overall winter/snow boots for some outdoor activities. I'd say they fit slightly large, but I want some extra room in winter boots for thick socks. I did 2 layers of socks and it worked perfect. These are definitely significant, heavy boots so walking up a bunch of stairs, you'll feel that extra weight on your feet. I almost dropped my review to 4 stars because of the weight, but I think to get this amount of warmth and protection from the snow, you can't cut down on the boots. Basically, if you don't truly need a snow boot for really cold or extended outside conditions, maybe this isn't the boot for you. I wouldn't wear these casually around town or driving. I wore them out on a glacier during rainy, windy conditions and my feet stayed dry and warm. I have somewhat wide feet and have foot issues, but was totally comfortable in these.

I used to have a pair just like these boots but after several years of great use they got too small and I had to buy a new pair. From walking class to class, sledding with my cousins, ice fishing with my dad, you name it these boots can do it all. I love this product and it is easily the most sensible purchase I could've made going into this winter season. They're warm and comfortable and couldn't be a better boot for whatever the day has in store.

Purchased these boots for a ski trip to Big Sky, Montana. Great boot inside and out. I normally wear an 8, but purchased the 7 1/2. Fits perfect with think wool socks. Highly recommend and love the look of these boots as well.

This is the most comfortable boot I have ever worn. I recently purchased it and have worn it only a bit as it is summer and it is a winter boot. Boot it is super comfortable and I am confident it will keep my feet warm and dry in the coming winter.

My first caribou boots have been working for twenty five years! putting them through heavy use in snow and on ice. Quality, hardworking boot I'd say! Just got a new pair after all this time and look forward to another impressive run.

If you venture out where your life is on the menu by mother nature you must have this boot. A moderate operator will only attain moderate performance with premium equipment and a skilled operator will attain the best available performance of moderate equipment. When you need premium performance out of your equipment to match your skills when your life is out there you need this boot to attain that level of performance.

I bought my Sorel Caribou's in 1988. Spent two winters wearing them every day, and 10days/year since. These boots are fantastic. Kept the feet really warm and dry throughout the harshest weather that winter could throw at them and they are still going strong. Highly recommend them to any buyer looking for a serious snow boot.

Snow Boot is warm, durable and comfortable. Runs large and wide. Boot is sitting on a 1/2 inch platform and very stable footing. Ankle to calf is leather upper, has a removable lining with warm wool faux cuff. Purchased one pair for me and one for my daughter who loves hers also.

I have about 50 pair of them and use them for snowshoeing trips. Warm, comfortable, easy to get on and off, and very, very durable. I've had other boots, but none hold up like the Caribou. I don't use them to drive. They're too big for that.

Bought these to take on a ski/snowmobile/dogsled/snowshoe trip to Big Sky. First impressions: durable, great traction, relatively light, warm! Wore merino wool boot socks and they fit true to size. Like the color and the classic style. Seem like they could handle quite a bit of abuse and would hold up well! Love them!

I have always loved Sorel's. They are made to be able to get out there in the worst weather. I could have used a half size large to accommodate thicker socks. But don't be mistaken the size was true to my foot size.

I bought these two years ago and I wore the heck out of them. Ordering them again because they got stolen out of my truck. Perfect if you're outdoorsy-- ice fishing, snow shoeing, perfect for before and after skiing because they come on and off easy, hold their shape, and still cute! Other reviews are saying they are too bulky and I agree they are bulky if you are looking for something lighter but if you need something that will make your feet nice and toasty during snow activities, they are worth the money x10! I'm usually a 7.5 and fit in a 7 with normal snow socks

I have owned a pair of caribou boots for several years and am ordering another pair since my basset hounds seems to love them as much as I do! They do run large and they have a very roomy toe but that allows for lots of toe movement and circulation. I also find that they are really easy to slip in and out of and sometimes I wear them without any socks because they are amazingly warm! They are quite heavy and can feel clunky initially but they are so sturdy and warm and have the best traction. I like the classic styling and the clunkiness adds to the feeling of "this is a serious winter boot". I can walk all day in them too! Very comfortable. I live on the North Shore of MA where we get quite of bit of snow as well as 20-30 degree temps often. I normally take a size 8 1/2 to 9 in a boot and these fit me well at a size 8 with plenty of toe wiggle room.

I bought your caribou men's boots about 4 years ago and it is a fantastic product. My feet fit comfortably and stay dry. I love that the lining comes out. I just wish your manufactured it in the USA.

Love this boot. Hiking, snowshoeing it's perfect, and excellent traction (recent ice Storm proved that). I should have bought a half size down though, this is big even with thick socks. Overall this is a perfect boot. Lining very nice too. Hits well in mid calf for tucking in or leaving pants out.

I bought these boots for going ice fishing because my other boots wouldn't keep my feet warm and I absolutely love them. My feet never get cold in these with a pair of wool socks. I can be outside in cold temperatures fishing without my feet freezing. The only thing I would recommend is going a half size down with your shoe size. I usually wear a size 9, and I bought a size 8.5 and they fit perfectly. I would definitely recommend these to anyone who has to be outside for a long time in these cold temperatures!

I purchased these boots after debating between the Tofino and Caribou and finally decided on the Caribou as it was rated for colder weather. I wear a size 10 and ordered that size as I like to wear thicker socks and couldn't be happier. These were comfortable from the minute I slid my foot in and my toes were toasty, too! We have been experiencing an unusually cold winter and these are functional, cute and warm.

Love these. The do run a little large, maybe order a half size down. But I'm okay with the extra room as it allows for thicker socks. They are very heavy but also very well constructed, very warm and seem like they would last forever. The removable insert seems to stay put without issue. Love them.
