This is a very sturdy, strong backpack. My son has to carry a lot of books back and forth to school each day and the support is amazing. Love all the side pockets for odds and ends.

This is a great bag for a student requiring laptop protection. The laptop sleeve offers ample padding and the additional compartments provide storage for computer accessories as well as school supplies. Love the pass-through between the MP3 player pocket and the headphone pocket.

This backpack rocks! I initially bought it for my trip to Italy. It's got a lot of pockets and compartments. I like the fact that I can access my keycard and gym card in the top front zipped compartments in this bag. I also use it as my gym bag since it can fit my shoes and some clothes. I like this bag that it's big enough, stylish, and quite rugged.

First the quality of material and craftsmanship are awesome. Everything is double stitched inside and out. The well-padded straps fit comfortably on my shoulders. The back compartment for a laptop is well-padded as well. My 10in netbook fit nicely and it can probably fit up to 15in. Was able to fit a pair of pants, a couple of shirts, and a hygiene bag in the main compartment. The waterproof organizer pouches for cell phone, pens, passport, etc are easily accessible from the top opening. Side pockets are good for keeping chargers, laptop battery, camera, sunglasses/eyeglasses, etc. And there’s a bottom compartment for anything else that need to be accessed quickly. Took it to two trips already as my carry-on and had no problem with it. I am very happy with it.

I just received this bag and am extremely impressed. It has lots of room for your books. I can also fit my SLR camera in the bottom pocket and my laptop in the sleeve. It has room for everything I want to take, even my 26oz. water bottle. This bag is comfortable even fully loaded. I love Zappos. Your company is one of the few who doesn't price gouge for sending to an APO and get my orders here in 3-4 days. Thanks for the great quality and service your company provides!!! I bought this bag for my husband. He was tired of carrying around two bags - one for his laptop and one for his files and organizer. Most of the bags he had found just weren’t big enough for his 17" laptop, or they didn’t allow enough room for anything else. This bag has room for everything. It fits his laptop easily and has tons of room for the computer accessories like the power cord, mouse, etc and more room for other stuff. All of the many pockets work well together. The laptop has its own pocket in the back that doesn’t interfere with the main compartment. Not only is it functional, but the subtle brown plain is pretty sophisticated, too. It’s easy to carry because it’s a backpack and it is stylish enough to look professional.

I had a previous model of this bag and the fabric tore around the zipper. Zappos exchanged the defective model for this version and I haven't had any problems. The material seems more durable than the previous model and I am impressed with the overall construction. There is lots of great pockets and protection for my laptop. Also, very comfortable, even with heavy loads.

My boyfriend loved his Ogio backpack because the design is great. It's nice and sturdy, has lot of pockets for him to store stuff. But it's starting to tear and rip in places already and he only got it about 15 months ago. Usually he uses backpacks for years before he needs to get a new one. It's a shame because it's a great backpack aside from the fact that it didn't last him very long.

Another excellent Ogio product. The bag is capable of holding a ton, yet the design is not overly cumbersome. It's rugged, and feels like it would hold up well to daily usage.

My son in middle school absolutely loves this backpack. It has lots of zippers and small compartments which are a must for him. It's sturdy and big enough to hold a full load of text books. I also like that it holds its shape well which protects his back. I think this backpack would be a good choice for anyone in middle school up to college.

Works good - I bought this bag for my brother who is a motocross racer. He loves it; it has room for some of his gear and also is very durable.

Great school bag! I'm delighted with this bag. My son is 13 and lugs a massive amount of books back and forth. This is the perfect bag for him. It's a strong, well-made bag, with lot of good user friendly features. It's a sturdy bag, but of course he likes it because of the many cool and roomy pockets with lots of places to stash his pencils, phone, and who knows what else. The best bag yet that I have found for him.

Awesome Pack - I am a home office area sales manager, so when I leave the house it all comes with me. I have to carry laptop, mouse, flash drives, marketing materials, binders, portfolio, and pens. This is so much better than the leather briefcase. Tons of storage for the expense receipts, business cards. The laptop sleeve is the best; combine that with the design features that allow it to stand up when full. Purchase of the year.

Great commuter bag! I LOVE this bag! I never thought I would leave my beloved - but way too heavy - leather bag for anything, but this made me do it. I love all the pockets, so that I can at least feel like I am organizing all my stuff. The logo print is a nice change from the plain colors I usually purchase. No complaints whatsoever.

Love it. This is replacing a Metro that started to look just a bit tired after 5+ years of 100K+ per year business travel. I thought I might like a slightly larger version, so tried the Mastermind, but missed the front pocket of the Metro which is sized just right for my travel document organizer, so reverted to the Metro design. In truth, although sometimes I'd like more room, it really is a pretty spacious bag - pretty heavy once full.

Finally a book bag that doesn't hurt my collar bone! I really like the organization of the pockets on this pack, it is very functional. I also appreciate the laptop pocket, since it's most effective to have the heaviest stuff closest to the back. I really liked that the straps didn't cut my collar bone. Overall, a great pack.

Best backpack ever! I bought this backpack in brown before a big trip. It really is the best backpack I have ever owned. The storage on this thing is awesome, there is room for EVERYTHING- which is good or bad I guess, as I filled it up. It's a great weekend bag as well and perfect for a carry on. I received many compliments on it. Over any other brand and any other pack I have owned or looked at, this one is by far the best bag for price, quality, durability, look and space.

OGIO Metro - This is the best pack back that I have ever used. It has a separate zippered side opening for my laptop which is a 14 inch widescreen and it fits perfectly. The external pockets do not detract from the main compartment space and are great for cables, chargers, snacks, etc. The front organizer is useful for smaller items. The main compartment in this bag is large enough for personal items where I carry my purse and lunch. I carry my iPod daily in the separate pocket. The only thing it is missing is a leather base. Overall, I am completely satisfied with this bag in function, form and style.

Awesome laptop street backpack! I was searching for a pack that was comfortable and not too bulky with adequate storage. This one delivers. I ride my bike all over New York City with my laptop at hand and what I really love about this backpack is that I can ride forever in comfort. It can fit all my computer gear, books and notebooks, my bike lock, bike tools, cell phone, snacks for the road, and a change of clothes. The laptop compartment devours my 15 inch Dell without a problem. It may fit a 17inch, but I would not risk it. It actually has another compartment inside for a mini laptop as well. What really stood out is the design... where most packs seem to be thrown together randomly with lots of pockets, the Ogio actually enables you to organize your belongings quite well. There is a place for everything. It’s very functional. If you are in the market for a laptop backpack that isn't dinosaur sized, I highly recommend this one.

I bought this bag for my husband, who brings his laptop home from work every day. It is roomy enough for a laptop with a big screen (I think his is 18") and his planner and a few files. It also has all sorts of little pockets for computer stuff to keep him organized - room for the mouse, power pack and extra cords. The plaid makes it a little snazzy. It has held up pretty well, although after a year of daily use, it looks like one of the straps might be starting to show some wear - there are some threads hanging out. But, we pulled on it, and it held, so it might just be the trim. All in all, I would say this was a really good value. There aren't a lot of bags that hold that much stuff, and look good.

Great bag - holds a lot, has great pockets and able to store a lot of your items, but it is a heavy bag without or without your things in it, but worth it buying anyway. Looks good, too.

This bag has an excellent set-up in terms of pockets, size, looks, and value. I have numerous Ogio products and have always liked their innovativeness and style. I just switched from a jumbo sized laptop that barely fit to a newer average sized one that fits fine. The old one was over 1-1/2" thick and a 17"er, so that's the max limit to barely fit. The rest fit fine. The side entrance is sweet, but it does detract a bit on the comfort scale, but not enough to regret having. Nothing's perfect, but this one's very good! Great service from Zappos too!

Great, functional laptop backpack - I brought my new OGIO Metro to FL with me and it is great for traveling with a laptop. It features many compartments both outside and inside the backpack to stow cords, wires, portable devices etc. Only small critique is the laptop storage sleeve in the rear does not have an inner velcro strap, for forgetful people like myself might forget to zip up the compartment. There is also a very tiny inner sleeve that will only work for a sub 13" laptop. Overall I would recommend this to anyone looking to invest in a durable, functional laptop backpack.

Ogio Metro 07. This is basically a good backpack. The lay out takes a little getting used to and the main pocket could use some more space. But on the whole a good item that is worth the money.
