Great arch support with just the right amount of cushioning. They may be a little thick for some running shoes but they fit great in my Merrell Chameleons. I have at least one of every pair of SOLEs and have a few older pairs of Superfeet that have been replaced by SOLE. Both brands have their place, but I've grown to love the high arches of the SOLES.

I bought these to use instead of the orthopedic insoles I received from mayo clinic to help adjust my pronation through raising my arch. They are a lot more comfortable and don't cause blisters when exercising like the original ones. I'm planning on using them for marathons and ultras next year.

I recently tried a number of insoles and these are the best for me. These insoles seem to have the highest arches, which work well for my feet. I wish I had these insoles years ago.

I have to use insoles for arch support and have for years. An orthopedist recommended SOLE insoles back when I had tendinosis and they really help. I have used them in every pair of sneakers I wear since then (around 7 years). This version of SOLE is meant to help with moisture control, I think, and they work very well.

These inner soles are terrific. I sprained my ankle months ago and have had a slow and difficult recovery. I am a personal trainer so I am on my feet all day long. I placed these in a very supportive running shoe and they have helped enormously. I no longer have pain in my feet nor my ankle. I have been able to run again and feel great. They were easy to use and are a remarkable product.

I have been a runner with flat feet for years. I am shocked how these relatively inexpensive insoles have solved all sorts of chronic aches and pains I've always just accepted. My chronic back pain is gone, no more ankle and hip pain. I'm not any faster of a runner, but I'm pain free and these insoles are the reason. I noticed a difference the first time I ran and it has only gotten better now that I've been running 3 to 4 days a week for a month. With my arches supported my feet don't splay out when I run. My foot strikes the ground heel to toe and rolls forward in a much more natural and comfortable way. I would highly recommend these and have found the same satisfaction on another pair of the Sole casual shoe version arch support I bought to wear in my daily shoes.

There is excellent arch support provided by these insoles. They're light weight and comfortable, especially for us flat-footed marathoners. My only complaint is I wish they had a bit more padding up in the forefoot area. They're a little hard so make sure your shoe provides ample cushioning.

After beginning a new job that required standing up to 8 hours per day on a carpeted floor over concrete slab, I have tried several different insoles and shoe brands to make my feet and legs more comfortable. I bought Birkenstock oxfords and Dansko professional clogs for the first time, but neither of these pricey styles solved the problem. These Dean Karnazes insoles in moderately priced New Balance 575s have been the best solution so far. I would love to use the thicker Ed Viesturs version, but they're too thick to fit in my regular shoes (better suited to boots, I guess). The instructions said oven warming wasn't required, so I didn't do it. I have high arches and I wish I'd known about these many years earlier.

Great Insoles!
Before these insoles, I was running in support shoes (Brooks Axiom and the like) with a custom orthotic. I decided to try these out because my orthotics were heavy and made me land on my heels rather than on my midfoot. These came within about 12 hours of ordering them and molded great. My feet don't get tired like they used to when I used my orthotics and I have been able to steadily increase in mileage with the same effort as before. For the price, it doesn't get much better. Get these.

SOLE Dean Karnazes insoles -
I have been a fan of SOLE heat-moldable insoles for several years. I use the Ed Viesturs model which is extra thick and cushioned, but those don't fit in some shoes so I decided to try these Dean Karnazes ones which are a bit thinner. They are exactly as I expected- not as cushioned, obviously, but enough. For the custom fit, like the other SOLEs, you heat these in the oven for a few minutes, put them into your shoes, lace them up and stand still for 2 min while they mold to your feet. A great system and, while not exactly cheap, much cheaper than custom orthotics.

Semi-custom Insoles -
After I got these out of the box and gave them a good once over I proceeded to pop them in the oven and mold them to my feet. I didn't break them in using traditional manners and instead opted to just wear them out on a 10+ mile day hike. I've since also worn them on a 10+ mile overnight backpacking trip and they have been wonderful so far. I'm extremely pleased with these and feel they fit my feet better than the Superfeet I've tried using previously.

Finally found a good insole -
I have been searching comfortable insole/shoe for a long time... At work I have to be on my feet 12hrs a day on a concrete floor which is hard on my heel and feet ... I decided to try this insole and so far I am very comfortable with come it makes my feet feel.

First, I bought these for walking, not running. I have a history of plantar fasciitis. I typically only wear Birkenstocks during the day, and Brooks pureconnect shoes when working out. I'm always very disappointed with products claiming to have good arch support - to me it feels like they have none. I'm quite spoiled by my Birkenstocks. Anyway, these do actually have arch support, and plenty of it. The heel cup is also very deep - as in Birkenstock's. It drives me nuts how all these arch support/heel pain insoles have a big round cushion sticking out of the heel, which flattens the heel pad and doesn't allow it to sit under the heel and provide the cushioning it's naturally made to. The only improvement I could imagine would be to incorporate a metatarsal arch support and a toe bar (as in Birkenstocks), and perhaps a softer material in the balls of the feet and heels - those spots seemed to produce a bit of friction and discomfort in the beginning, though no blisters. In short, these are the ONLY insoles I have tried that actually have serious arch support. And I've tried them all (I've tried the Ed Viesturs as well, same arch support but thicker and not ideal for running/walking shoes). I purchased the Men's 6.5-7/Women's 8.5-9, and these fit perfectly, unaltered, in my Women's size 8.5 Hoka One One Bondi EVO running shoes.

These insoles are amazing. I have high arches, so I chose this model. I followed the instructions for molding them in the oven, trimmed them with a scissor, and they are a perfect fit. I got so totally ripped spending so much for inferior insoles from my podiatrist. These were sold for much less.

I've been a runner for about a decade and have insisted upon using these in my running shoes for the last seven years. I have high arches and a fairly neutral stride, and these give me all the arch support and shock absorbency I need for my 4- to 6-mile runs. They don't seem to absorb shock via "cushion" -- they're fairly hard -- but via a more solid "springiness" that doesn't break down nearly as easily as standard, cushioned shoe inserts do. I won't run (or hike) without these insoles.

If you have high arches, BUY THESE. I put them in my running shoes and I have no more shin pain. I'll never buy another insole for running.

I am currently running on gravel roads and these insoles are great for support and cushion. I run probably 20-30 miles a week when not training for a half marathon and this is the first time using these insoles, so far pretty good!

Wanted more arch support and heard that this product conforms to your foot. I warmed the Sole as instructed and wore it with a hiking shoe for a couple of weeks. Was not able to get it to conform to my feet. I also needed something with more cushion. I was not able to return since I had warmed the sole to try to get it to fit.
