Beautiful Shoe! What a beautiful, sexy shoe! If it weren't so pretty, I would have sent it back because for me it's too narrow even in the wide. The wonderful folks at Zappos were kind enough to exchange my first try for a half size larger, but all things considered, I could have gone up a whole size larger to make up for how narrow they are on my feet. If I went up a whole size, I would have been able to use the gel cushions, and then I could wear these shoes for a longer time because they are really pretty. I've gotten compliments on them when I've worn them.

It's a thin line... I absolutely loved this shoe when I opened the box!!!! But I gotta tell you...6 hours later...my feet were hating me for torturing them! Normally I wear a 10.5-Narrow, my feet are very narrow, I can't usually wear a regular width shoe, sometimes I take a slim; so based on the reviews I ordered an 11-Narrow, and indeed they fit like a 10.5-N when I first put them on and walked around the house, so I thought GREAT! But oh no, after several hours of wear, my toes went numb and still 2 weeks later the feeling has not completely returned to the two smallest toes. Love the look; hate the pain - doubtful I will ever wear them again. Wish I had ordered an 11-Medium. Then maybe I'd still have sensation in my toes while making a sensation when I strut my stuff...

Beautiful Shoe! I love this shoe! I bought it in Quasar. Words cannot describe the color, it's breath taking. I read all the reviews before I bought and decided to buy the regular width. Which I wish I had bought a wide. I do not have a wide foot but I could not believe how narrow this shoe is. I exchanged it with no problem. Zappos is great and I will continue to buy here. This shoe is beautiful!!!!!

Beautiful, feminine, sexy shoe - I bought this shoe after buying the exact same shoe at Niemans in red. Oddly, the heel on the Zappos shoe looks thinner and overall it's not as comfortable as the red one in the same style. Still, a beautiful shoe.

Sexy shoe but uncomfortable

HOT - Well I just got the red quasar and I fell in love. I don't care much for the other colors but I know with these red pumps I turn heads and am the center of attention. I got them in 9M. They are DEFINITELY NARROWER than marked. Lucky for me I have a thin foot and they're not too horrible, but I could never wear them without some kind of hosiery unlike with other pumps that I have. It would be torture. After I broke them in, they're OK but like some other shoes I have they pinch my pinky toe that I had broken. What I like most about the sensual pump is that they're not cheap or trashy looking like most patent shoes . You can tell that they're a good quality shoe and most importantly they're CLASSY, as they should be for what they cost.

A good work pump - Not as sexy as the fever but 100 times more comfortable. Good shoe for every day work wear and jeans.

Stuart Weitzman Sensual in Red - Beautiful shoe, but returned because it was a little more pointy toed than I wanted. I have the Lady version and like the toe box better in that, but like the heel on the Sensual better. Overall, a beautiful shoe and the most gorgeous red patent leather ever.

It is Painful to be So Beautiful - These pumps are gorgeous. They are solid, very sturdy stiletto. They run extremely narrow. I wear a B in all of Stuart Weitzmen shoes. The are hot though.

Not true to Size - Felt a full size smaller than marked. I could not get my foot into the shoe. I generally wear a medium size shoe; I don't think this shoe would have worked even in a size wide.

Tried and tried - I tried 3 sizes of this shoe, and it was way too narrow. I have other Stuart Weitzman's and they fit perfectly, so I could not understand the trouble I was having with this one. Great looking shoe, though!
