Everything was fine but, according to the picture I thought I was buying a shoe with a whole "heel" section. My feet are difficult to fit and that "clipped" heel would not have stayed on my foot in that size. I bought a different pair of that shoe with a "whole" heel and have worn it all over America. When I see the other Easy Spirit in a color besides black, I'll order again. Your company is wonderful to deal with!

I was looking for a comfortable white leather shoe for work. I liked what I got in the Easy Spirit. It does not have a great arch support but I am able to use my orthotics with these. They fit the bill. I also like that they can be washed.

Comfortable with one exception. Top is so high it rubs a blister.

I have been buying and wearing these dame Easy Spirit shoes for years, but usually in the past they were called "Travel Time"... now these are called "our Guide" and don't feel quite the same. A little bit stiffer, and not as much depth in the wrap-around heel construction as before. These are "shallower" in the back of the heel, so my heel almost (almost!!) lifts out when I walk. However, I love the white leather for summer so will make do!!!

I do like these shoes but I had to return them. The back of the shoe does not come up high enough to call this any kind of sneaker. It is more like a clog or a closed toe sandal. I am simply looking for a slip on sneaker with good support and these would be perfect if not for the shoe back.

Quality, leather shoes. Very comfortable.

These shoes are so comfortable! I have large, wide feet and rarely find shoes that fit and feel good.

Need a pair of white shoes, but these look like nurses shoes. Still looking

I wish that they were made in other colors. These seem to fit better than some of the other similar shoes.

Use to get the East Spirit Traveltime style in these shoes. I have worn them for years have had various colors and loved them. Love the style, how supportive they were even as a slip on. Went with the Tourguide style with leather upper this time. Thought they may stay cleaner. I wear a 6 and they fit perfect. So comfortable. One of my favorite shoes

I have been buying these shoes for years in many different stores but it is now hard to find the all leather ones. I found them on Sappos and at the best price. Great fit, very happy.

They fit perfect. Had a pair years ago I wore out. Wanted a comfortable shoe I could easily slip on and off. Saw these and decided they were perfect for my needs. Looking forward to wearing them.

I wear these at work. They are comfortable with good support.

This is an easy to wear show. I wish that you made it in other colors and made an 11 1/2

Bought these for my late 87 y.o. mother in 7.5 N, they were great! She passed recently, so I now have hers. I slip my feet into them every time I get up during the night to go to the little girl's room. I have plantar fasciitis, so this is a lifesaver! I never thought I could wear this type of shoe, but I love these! They're stretching in width, though, so will need to wear socks with them if I wear them around during the day because they're loose. Ordered a pair for myself as a backup, same size. Received 6.5 N in error. Am now returning & reordering the 7.5 N, hopefully they'll be correct this time. These were narrow enough -- though they're stretching, as leather does -- they're a little longer in the middle front, which is good because my 2nd toe is longer than the others. I have almost flat feet, so need a lot of arch support. Was shocked that these provide enough! Great quality, am surprisingly pleased with them! NOTE: The Traveltime is NOT the same, unfortunately, though they look similar...I can't wear them. Wish I could get the Tour Guide in floral, or other colors, but will have to be content with the white.

I got a pair of these shoes in 2006 when I had an over seas trip planned. Best sneaker for not athletic purposes I ever wore. I have had similar up to this point that where OK. So so so so happy to have the original back in my closet after having such a hard time finding them.

I wear a size 8 in a regular shoe. For sneakers I order a half size longer and did when ordering these. They are a perfect fit, narrow enough to fit nicely, and are very comfortable.

Shoes were great. I own 7 pair of Easy Spirits! Was thrilled to find a pair of all white leather.

I was very happy with the easy Spirit leather shoe , the price was excellent, same quality as my other Easy spirit shoes costing twice as much

I wear 7.5 Narrow. This are perfect! I love just being able to slip them on! I got white, only because the other colors were out of narrow sizes..but I'm not sorry!

I love these shoes...for casual, for house slippers, for just about everything. They're comfortable, nice looking and seem to wear out only in the back where I slip in and out of them so often. Please keep on making these shoes.

It fit good...a little stiff at first, but has worked as great work shoe.

This is NOT a review but I want you to know. I recently bought two pairs of Easy Spirit (same type shoe}. One is 8M and the other 7 1/2 M. I thought you should be aware that different styles some times require different sizes. I like them both and they fit exactly the same. Thank you for encouraging me to try the smaller size when I returned the larger one. Zappos was so nice in suggesting and following up on it.
