I am disappointed the the UGG boots don't come in half sizes. I normally wear a size 9, plus I have very narrow feet. My toe touches the boot, and I feel it's just a little too small. The size 10 is a little too large. They should carry half sizes for the price. Comfort wise, it seems wonderful. I love the design of this boot and really want it.

These are adorable boots! They are not for flat feet unless you put some sort of arch support or orthotic in them. I have narrow feet and these do run narrow and about 1/2 size smaller than my regular size. If I wear them for a few hours with no arch support, my feet really hurt. If you plan to use an orthotic, be sure and order one full size larger than you normally would.

Ugg Coves - Laces are hard to keep tied. Shoes fit tighter than any other Uggs I have owned.

Felt very small (I have other Uggs that fit well). Narrow and uncomfortable.

Looks good but no function and poor fit! Having never worn UGGs before all had no idea how little support they have-- could not wear these all day-- and I have decent feet! Had to insert a Finn Comfort sole to make them wearable!Sizing all wrong: sent 7 back for 8 and found 8 too big-- no solution but the insert of a more supportive sole fixed that. And of course, they are for show only not being water proof.Also, laces don't stay tied. Will stick to Ulu next time.

Beautiful Look; But No Support - I really like the look of these boots. The design and details are very eye-catching. Unfortunately for me, I feel almost no support under my feet. There's virtually nothing under my arch, and I'm almost flat-footed. So, wearing these is not an option for me. I have to return them.

Comfortable and stylish - My daughter loves the boot and wears it all the time. However, be aware that this boot is NOT waterproof. I also bought a different pair and it isn't either. Nothing worse that having wet feet in the winter. I am disappointed to spend the $$ I did not to have a waterproof boot. I didn't pay close enough attention to the description to see that the word "waterproof" was omitted.

Watch out for the laces! Loved the shoe! Comfortable, they looked great but the laces broke the second time I wore them. Bummer.

The shoes are "OK" looking. I honestly expected something better. The lace around the boot is not exactly the right material. It should be a sort of soft leather of soft suede in a contrast color to the boot's color. I do not think I will get any Ugg shoes in the future. If I pay for this price or more, I expected something better, in terms of quality and looking.

Great for high insteps, not so great for wide feet - For those of us with high insteps, this boot is wonderful - the lace ties make it adjustable, so you can slide your foot in easily. For those of us with wide feet - not so good. Even barefooted, it's tight/narrow. Forget trying to fit socks inside.

I thought this shoe would be a lot more comfortable considering that other Ugg products I have are very comfortable, but this shoe was rather disappointing.

A little too snug - I will be returning my boots. They are too small. It is disappointing because I do like the look.

Read before you buy - These are great looking, but run very narrow and I don't have a wide foot. I walked around the house in them and my toes actually cramped up from the snugness. It's too bad, I really wanted to keep these, but they'll have to go back. They also felt a little small for a 9 even though I have other Uggs that are 9s. I wouldn't say a full ½ size smaller, it was actually just a smidgen, but you could feel it.

Should be more comfortable - When I first tried them on I was pleasantly surprised because they fit so much better than traditional Uggs. They have much more support but when I wear them my feet hurt from lack of arch support (there is none) within a very short time.

Very nice, but... I had to send them back because the heel was a bit narrower than the rest of the footbed. They look great and they are very well made. I just wanted more on my heel for a low boot.

I need arch support and unfortunately these boots made my foot over-pronate just while standing. I\'m looking forward to sheep lined boots but unfortunately UGG doesn\'t work if you have a high arch and tend to pronate.

I really dislike these shoes. I have had them for a year. I am on Zappos because I can't stand these anymore. While they are cute and comfortable, taking them on and off is a pain. I can't stand the lacing. The fact that the laces are leather, which I understand that they need to be for durability, makes the laces hard to tighten. It can be done, but it takes me about a solid minute to get them on and off. Too much time for my commuting and all of the other winter-dressing that I need to do. Also, they are not waterproof which makes them useless when it rains or snows.

Bought these boots about a month ago. Really cute, comfortable and good arch support. However, I can't recommend them because of the leather ties. Even with double knotting, they come undone with a frequency that is driving me crazy. I thought about cutting them off, but the upper part of the boot will not stay closed without them tied.

RFL - Unfortunately there is a pressure point just in front of the heel. I will need to get some arch supports or insert to make this shoe comfortably wearable...

Looks wonderful hurts my feet! This is a beautiful boot... but I wear normally a 7. I ordered a 7 and couldn’t even wear it... then I got an 8... It kills my feet still... I think they may be very narrow...Sorry can’t even wear them for a few minutes... But Zappos is fantastic!
