I own several Ugg boots and have always ordered 1 size larger than my regular shoe size after reading the recommendations on Zappos. One size larger fits me perfectly and I was comfortable wearing the shoes the first day. This is my absolute favorite Ugg. I have the black leather and I am waiting to see if they get the toast leather in my size as I will definitely buy it. I always get a lot of compliments from this boot. I get compliments from all age groups. In fact, my daughter's friends have asked where I got them and want to order some. People are surprised that they are Ugg boots too since they usually only see the Classic boot. They do not have sheepskin soles though, only leather. I have an interchangeable sheepskin sole that came with my Bellvue boots so I have put those in the Cove and they are much more comfortable and warm. I have worn the boot without the insole (just as they come) and they felt fine, too, but since it is winter time I like the sheepskin right now.

I really like my Ugg Cove boots, but what I really appreciated was the great help I had in getting them. Thanks for a good team of operators.

Love these boots! Great slip on style. The color was a little lighter than pictured, but still look great. They are not water resistant, so be sure to stay out of any wet/muddy areas. Great for warmth. I like that the toe area is not as wide or undefined as some of the other Ugg boots. Have worn them anytime it's cold out and they have held up very well!

Can't believe the quick delivery from Zappos. Quick delivery and Wow! the Ugg Cove boot is everything it is advertised to be. I put the boot on immediately and wore it all day. Wonderful fit, and what style. Thanks Zappos, as Arnold says, I'll be back.

Had tried on the Ugg Cove boot at a ski shop, but they didn't have my size in the color I wanted, so I went home and went on Zappos site and of course they had what I needed (plus free shipping). The boots arrived the next day and I have been wearing them just about every day since. They are the most comfortable boots I've ever worn and the warmest, and so many people have told me how much they like them. A great choice and well worth the money!

Bought the Uggs Cove boot last year in a light tan. I have a med size 7 1/2 foot and found that a size 8 in the cove style is a perfect fit. I can wear these 24 hours in pure comfort. The cut of the boot is not boxy or clunky,it has a nice silouhette. The woven front detail enhances the foot making it appear smaller. I heard a few reviewers mention a problem w/ the lacings so I am always careful not to pull too hard and I double wrap the bow, so it stays put. My only problem, is this style is so popular that I have not been able to get the brown and black leather in my size. If they contact you on a size request, act fast, because this cute style sells quickly. My last year cove has been worn alot and still looks like new. They are worth the money!

Really like these boots. They are very comfortable and do well in the snow. Wrap around laces are a bit awkward, but okay.

I love these shoes! But I do have to say that they are very tight width-wise on my feet. I tend to need a bit wider shoe, so if you have feet like mine, be prepared to be squeezed for a while while the leather breaks in. The soles are very comfortable though, and I love the look of the shoe. The laces don't stay tied as well as I would like, but still worth living with!

These are the comfiest, toastiest shoes I own. My feet stay dry and warm all day. I even wear them without socks. The size runs a little big. I wear a 6.5 narrow shoe and the 6 fits me well. Good arch support for an UGG. Nice cushion from heel to toe.

I love this boot! I wore it touring three days through the cold of NYC and it was warm and very comfortable. When you first get them they are a bit hard to put on but like all boots they break in nicely.

These boots are great, even for my rather wide size 8 "paddle foot". I would say they are true to size and a well made boot (which they should be for the price). I've worn them out to play and inside at work all day where they were still very comfortable. I've gotten many compliments on the style and would recommend to a friend if they were into buying quality shoes.

This was a Christmas gift for my adult daughter, who has many boots like Frye, Ugg, Sorrell's etc. She wears a size 9, which I ordered and they fit perfectly. She loves the boots. They are comfortable and something a little different than the usual Ugg boots. I think she has worn them every day since Christmas, but then again we do live in NH. They look great!

Zappos was one of the few to stock this boot in this color, and in the right size. Even The official UGG Australia site did not have it! Zappos made one Christmas gift happen and she was delighted!

I just love these boots! I wear a 7.5 and purchased the 8. They fit perfectly without heavy socks. Ugg suggests that you go barefoot and I do! Very comfy. I could keep them on all day.

I bought these boots last winter, and I have been very pleased! I'm considering purchasing them in another color. I order a half size larger than what I normally wear, and they fit perfectly with thick socks. This is the best shoe I've ever owned! They are very warm. The only drawback is the laces. Be careful with them, or they will break.

I purchased a UGG Cove boot for my daughter-in-law for Christmas. I searched everywhere on the Internet and in local stores for her size, and the only place I could find a size 9 was at Zappos. She absolutely loves the boots and said they are the warmest and most comfortable she has every worn. Thank you for helping to fulfill a Christmas wish.

Although it doesn't get too cold where we live, these boots are oh so warm. I bought them to take skiing but have been wearing them to my daughters' soccer games to keep warm. I love them! I'm not a big fan of high boots, so these are perfect for me.

Great boots! They keep you warm and dry and are very comfortable. I would definitely buy them again. I did order a size 7 and I am usually a 6 1/2. I figured that I would be wearing them with thick socks, but I didn't need to. They run about a half size smaller than the size marked. I don't really need to wear them with thick socks to keep my feet warm.

I love this boot. I got it for Christmas and it was a very timely gift. It has been a very cold winter and until global warming kicks in, these boots will offer my toes some relief from the bitter cold temps in the midwest. I wear them with pants and occasionally with skirts. It is stylish and functional.

These are great boots. Good quality, exactly as pictured and fairly true to size. My daughter usually wears an 8 1/2 and we ordered the 9. It fit well. The 8 1/2 would never have fit. Also wanted to mention that I wanted to get these boots for my daughter for Christmas, but was unable to find them anywhere. I even contacted Ugg directly and they suggested I try Zappos. You guys had them and got them to me in record time. With no shipping costs! You folks have a great selection and service. Thanks.

I love these boots! They are very cute and comfortable. Picture does not do them justice. I love ordering from Zappos. They are very fast and helpful! Best part is free shipping both ways. These boots are very comfortable. I feel like my feet have more support than they do in many other winter boots. They keep my feet warm and my footing secure in ice and snow. And they are very attractive!

I love these boots! I wear them without socks and the soles are well cushioned and the fur lining is super soft. They keep my feet comfortably warm without sweating. I debated over spending this much on one pair of boots and my only regret is that I did not buy them sooner! You can't go wrong with the free return shipping.
