I wear comfort shoes and these are my only pair of heels. My boyfriend says there is something so sexy about the pink insides of the black pair I bought and I have to agree. They stand out as special with both skirts and pants and I feel pretty each time I wear them. The design is extremely unique and that makes them look expensive. I have worn them to work a few times (10 hours with a subway ride) but I literally get terrible pain from wearing heels. These don't give me pain, but I am ready to take them off at the end of the day. For special occasions, however, they stand out (I always get a least one compliment and the what kind are they question) and comfortable.

I'm an 8 to a 8.5 and this particular 8 was gigantic. Either I got a missmarked pair or the other reviewers' feet run large for their size.

Love them! Purchased two colors. Perfect for work - Wore all day the first day in total comfort. Back band is a little loose but I can live with that. Balance between heel and platform is perfect which is so incredibly difficult to find.

Although I haven't worn this shoes out of the house yet, I have spent much time in the mirror with them on. I'm a little disappointed that the back strap feels like its about to slip off my heel on both feet. The shoe is not too big so that's not the issue. Perhaps I have skinny ankles. The shoe overall though is comfortable and I love the style. I know it will look great with skirts and take me through my entire day in comfort. But I don't want them falling off my feet. I'll find out.

They are of course tremendously comfortable! Unfortunately the unique/cool details of the shoe (sole, suede heel, cut out in back)...all of these get lost once you are looking from afar. In the picture and in your hand they look cool, but once they are on the foot, they look somewhat frumpy. These are going back since I have other some other quality neutrals.

I love this shoe! I also own the taupe color and find that they go with absolutely everything. The style is a fun twist on the classic mary jane, and the straps on the heel and over the top of the foot really feel secure--no worries about losing these! Typically I wear a 7.5, but found these fit best at a 7. Once you wear them a few times, these will be some of the most comfortable shoes in your wardrobe!

Loved the look of this shoe when it came out of the box, and it was very comfortable in the foot bed. Alas, the slingback portion around the back of the shoe was slightly higher on the right than the left, causing an uncomfortable rub on my right ankle bones (I have bony ankles!) when I walked in them. I walk a lot at work, so overall thought that would annoy me for an entire 10 hours on my feet. Too bad, but sent them back. Ordered the Tsubo Avoca instead and hope it's as comfortable as these heels were otherwise.

I've never written a review before but I just had to write about the Tsubo Acrea. Lately I can't find any comfortable shoes, everything is uncomfortable, gives me blisters, etc. Well this shoe is a revelation! I wasn't sure at first, looks a little odd, heel a little higher than I usually wear, wasn't sure it was comfortable enough. Wore it around my house a few times because I really wasn't sure but wanted to like it. Finally took the plunge and wore them to work, and am so glad I did. They've become more comfortable every time I wear them, I literally forget I'm wearing heels! I've ordered them in every color! They may run a little big, I'm usually an 8 or 8 1/2 but I'm wearing 7 1/2 in these. If you're like me, and can't wear regular heels with stiff material that compresses your heel and toes, try these! I don't even think they look odd anymore, kind of cool looking!

Stylish and comfortable. I could easily wear these all day long. I have narrow feet, so I thought they were a little wide. The strap over the top is velcro, but it didn't allow me to tighten it quite as much as I would have liked. Consequently, my feet slid a little. But that was not enough to bother me. The leather is soft and supple too.

I loved this shoe right out of the box! Very stylish, true to size, and lovely craftsmanship. While some say it is comfortable for all day on your feet, I didn't find it nearly as comfortable as a pair of Dansko's for being on my feet all day. Nonetheless, I know it will be perfectly comfortable for a day at the office or a night on the town dancing, but I'll still go for my trusty comfort shoes for all day walking events.

For the price this shoe is the most uncomfortable shoe I have bought in a while. It is definitely not a all day on your feet kinda shoe at all. it squeezes my toes and is uncomfortable. Very poor shoe. Not for a wide foot.

I really love these shoes! They are very comfortable; however, after 10 hours I do get sore feet but that after 9 hours. I would not be able to say that with ordinary heels (30 minutes). I am used to wearing gym shoes and Sanita clogs, so my feet are not used to heels, but I can use these. I highly recommend them and they have pretty pink inside with padding in the ball and heel areas along with rubber soles. The back feels like it's going to flop off your foot but it never does. Regardless, I highly recommend this shoe.

Best shoe I've ever purchased. So comfortable and easy to walk. I'm not great in heels and I'm tall. This shoe works for anyone if I can make it look good. Many compliments from strangers. I'll buy in every color and always review this brand.

This shoe is very cute -- I listened to other reviewers and ordered s size down, but it was too small, but just slightly. I also want to note that the back strap does not fall off at all, and I have a very narrow heel. Anyway I am returning and ordering a size up.

I have been looking for a comfortable and stylish pump for eons. When I came across the Acrea and read the reviews, I decided to give it a try. I now have the shoe in all four colors that Zappos offers. For a shoe with this high a heel, it's surprisingly comfortable. The wide slingback keeps it from feeling rigid. And it looks awesome. I get loads of compliments every time I wear it.

Love, Love, Love these shoes! So cute and they will be comfortable once I get used to wearing heels again. I haven't worn a heel in years. I now want a pair in every color!

Because I'm 5'2", I am constantly trying to find shoes that will make me taller, but strike a balance between comfort and style. Mostly my closet is stocked with heel that are 2.5" and under, because I can't do a 3-inch heel for longer than an hour. I'm beyond the age where I will endure pain for style, but young enough to still want both. Platforms help, but those are always problematic. This is why I love these heels: Tsubo has ingeniously solved the problem of the platform heel! If you've ever tried to wear a platform pump, or even read reviews of them, the recurring theme is this: my heel slips out. People think it's a sizing issue, but it's not. It's because the platform doesn't flex with your foot, so pop! goes your heel out of the shoe. Put in heel grips and it crams your feet down toward the toebox in an extremely tight, uncomfortable position. The geniuses at Tsubo avoided the issue completely by making this wide, flexible strap that goes around your heel and moves with your foot/ankle. It still looks like a pump, not a slingback, which is awesome (I don't like slingbacks unless it's summertime). Then the asymmetrical strap across the foot adds that extra bit to keep your foot in place. The strap is down low enough that it is flattering, it doesn't chop off your leg visually, like some other mary-jane styles. The seam and the almond toe also give it a modern edge, taking it well away from the borders of scary-orthopedic-shoe-land. On top of everything else, this has a rubber tread to keep you stable on all surfaces, a wider heel, and what feels like super awesome cushioning. Time will be the ultimate test, but having tried them on and walked around, I predict these are going to be my go-to shoes almost every day. I bought the black, for a new job where I will be business-casual, and on my feet a lot. I think these will fit the bill perfectly. These are young and modern while still comfortable and high heels. I found they run a little big. I wear an 8 in most shoes, and a 7.5 is perfect. An 8 would have been way too big for me.

These shoes are fantastic! I bought one pair and had to go back and buy them in the red as well. They are a perfect balance of classy with a touch of sassy...and most importantly are comfortable. Highly recommended! The size was slightly larger than what I normally wear.

The shoes are comfortable for heels, with well-cushioned support. However, the back straps kept slipping off my feet with every step I took. Thinking the first pair I purchased was too big, I tried a smaller size. The shoe was certainly smaller but the straps slipped anyway. I returned both pairs.

This shoe should win an award! Design and comfort in one. The sling back strap is instantly comfy. There is padding galore in this shoe. And the toe box is about the most comfortable I've ever worn. I've has to be very cautious about heels because I have arthritic hips, so I need cush and not too much height. I love how versatile this pale camel is. My second pair of Tsubos. I'm a fan! I usually wear a 10.5 because my big toe is long...got the 11 and it feels just roomy enough for the eventual 'hot foot' at day's end.

These may be one of my top-10 favorite shoes ever. They achieve that magical combination of style, fit, comfort and workplace appropriateness. I am strongly considering multiple pairs in different colors. Note: the brown was somewhat lighter than I expected.

I've been wearing these shoes all week and at the beginning of the day, I love them, couldn't be happier with them and my feet felt great. At the four hour mark on my feet wow, feet really start to hurt. These are not, for me, all day on my feet shoes. I have also found that I have to really tighten the strap as the back strap is pretty loose. Love the style, look great with a suit, but they are definitely not the best shoes for when I facilitate a workshop all week.

Lovely shoes, very comfortable and practical whilst looking very smart and dressy. Perfect for work in my office. Lovely design. I have two of this style in different colours.
