Gorgeous shoe, good for a foot without a lot of depth. I've got a foot on the "tall" side, so this shoe really cuts into my foot where the top/front ends. Otherwise, it's got a roomy toe box and is surprisingly comfortable for a high heel. Plus, it's just stunning. I considered keeping it and trying to stretch out the front. If you've got a shallower foot, this would probably be a great choice. I read the reviews that said this ran small so I ordered my true size and a half size up. The true size felt much better.

Reasonable -
It’s a nice shoe. My fault a little high in the heel. I think my instep is high as around the top of the toe area it is tight and uncomfortable but maybe with time it may stretch out. I just need to get over the height and get busy wearing them.
I love Zappos wonderful customer service and I have made it a favorite and will buy from them as a primary resource.
Thanks Zappos

Great feel, unforgiving with minor scuffs -
This shoe has a generous toe box which I love. I could wear this shoe all day and not worry about deforming my feet. I am disappointed that the leather shows every little mark. I'm going to have to wipe them with polish every day to keep them looking professional.

Not as great for folks with longer second-toes...
The heel is as comfortable as everyone says. But for people whose second toes are longer than their big toes, the shoes are murder. The second toes end up crammed against the stiff toe box. (Think Dansko clogs.)
Sadly, too, the velcro strap ruins tights.
I really want to love these, but I don't.

Cute and...
I bought this because the reviews said was comfortable; which was true when I first put them on but after a couple of hours they were killing me. My toes on the end were crying for mercy. It's a cute shoe but the heel is hollow so you get what you pay for.

Don't believe the reviews that say these shoes are comfortable. I did and now I'm sitting here with bloody, blistered feet. The toe box of this shoe is hard and abrasive. Plus, there's no padding for the ball of the feet. I regret buying these.

These looked great online but fell short in person. I hate hate the fabric heel. I ordered the blue and the colors did not match at all. Sending them back.

Very cute shoes, and seemed comfortable when I first put them on. But the first time, and only time I wore them out, the lining by the toes started to come up and caused horrible blisters. Within the first 20 minute of wearing them, the lining fell apart.

Have shoe in several colors from previous season. Like the style and comfort so much that I ordered in both and elephant and infinity. I am returning both shoes because they have cheapened the construction to a point where it now lacks the sophistication that the earlier colors (black, dark brown, and brown) exhibit. The suede cover on the heel has been replaced with an cheap colored denim material. In addition, the denim material has been incorporated into the arch which will most likely cause abrasion to the foot. Too bad that they did not continue with the same design as the colors of the leather are beautiful. The denim dresses the shoe down to a point where it needs to be worn with pants or jeans or a very casual skirt, yet the style of the shoe lends to wearing more with dresses.

I wanted to like these; I really did. When I first put them on, they felt great. But when I wore them the next day for work, I thought I might cry by 10am! There were no tight spots or rubbing...something about it made my arches scream. Not sure if the arch just hit in the wrong place (for my foot) or if the rigid forefoot was to blame, but, sadly, these had to be returned.

These are the most unbelievably uncomfortable shoes. I put them on once I got to work, had them on for less than 30 minutes and had to change back into my sandals that I had worn in that day. It's too bad because they are great looking, but it's also too bad to spend money on a pair of shoes you can never wear.

Huge disappointment! I have two other Tsubo styles and love them but these killed the top of my feet (where the edge of the toe box meets the foot). I put them on, walked around the office. I had them shipped here and really, really, really wanted to like them but they were killing me! I wear a 6.5 regular width, my arch isn't high, and I'm not overweight. I don't have the patience (or confidence) to break them in, so I packed them back up and am dropping them off at UPS on the way home from work. Oh well. I'm just looking for super comfortable work shoes that I can wear without pain or fear of slipping. I am 52 years old, FYI.

Ouch -
I got these shoes for a vacation, thinking they would make good shoes for work after that. Unfortunately, they were the only shoes I took. While the inside is very smooth and does not cause pain from things rubbing, the base is so hard that I developed blisters on the bottom of my feet. I have a pretty high tolerance for pain, and after a weekend of walking around airports and metro stations I finally had to go barefoot because I was in so much pain! I tried with and without socks. I tried with bandaids. Nothing helped. They may look stylish and seem comfortable at first, but for the price, it's not worth the pain.

I normally love Tsubo, but these shoes are the devil. I felt like one of Cinderella's stepsisters after a day of walking around in them (think Brothers Grimm, not Disney). They're cute as the dickens, though.

I am very disappointed with this shoe. It looks great but is excruciatingly painful to wear. I wore them around the house for a while and they seemed fine. It was only after leaving the house that I discovered how uncomfortable they are. I have tried breaking them in and adding various pads to no avail. The leather is very hard and there is no give in the sole so after about an hour they feel like your feet are in a vise. This is my 3rd pair of Tsubos. The others were great. Tsubo Anush is a great shoe, very comfy and stylish.

After looking at all the reviews on this shoe, I have to admit I was very disappointed after wearing them. I was really excited to have ordered these and was hoping to have a comfortable shoe to wear to work, but my feet were absolutely killing me after a couple hours! I work in retail and am on my feet for several hours at a time. By the time my shift ended, I could barely walk to my car I was in so much pain! I have wide feet with a high arch, and was really hoping these would work. But... they don't. At least not for me. Wear these in your place for several hours before you wear them outside if you can-I wish I had.

Bummer!
I have several pairs of Tsubos. Normally they are very comfortable right out of the box. This pair is too tight across the top of my foot. Too bad, it is a very cute shoe. I will have to send it back.

A cautionary note -
I purchased two pairs of these shoes (black and brown) in short succession. It is something I now regret. To this day, both pairs give me blister if I wear them through the day (and they've been broken in). Walking around Paris this spring in the black pair, I was in agony. I even lost a toe nail. Plus, the shoes squeak - both pairs! And I'm not the only one who hears the squeaking, so it's kind of embarrassing. I've placed them both in the back of my closet because I feel too guilty to dispose of them… but inevitably, that's what I'll probably have to do.

This shoe is terrrible. Your feet slide and I ended up getting blisters even when wearing stockings to protect my feet. Bought these to travel for work and they are not very cute or stylish but did it for comfort and they did not fit the bill. Too bad I can't return since I've worn them. Don't recommend them.

Hated. Painful to walk in as your foot slides and the pads get really sore. Too late to return but waste of money

These shoes were so uncomfortable! I was really encouraged by the other reviews and thought the looks of the shoe were great...a dressy, comfortable shoe? Count me in! But these just didn't fit my feet well; loose at the heel and tight on the tops of my toes, and the piece of the shoe that is under toes/ball of foot feels like you're walking on a wood block. I have much less expensive shoes that are more comfortable. I don't think this brand is for me.

I really have to disagree with most of the reviewers here. This shoe looks way better in the pictures than it does in reality! From the strange cream-of-tomato-soup red to the unflattering, lumpy rounded toe, all you need is some striped stockings to look like a cartoon witch or maybe a demented smurf. Okay, they are comfortable, but at what price - truly the most unflattering, goofy looking shoes I've ever tried on. Zappos is great, but these are going back as fast as I can print out the label!
