I picked my normal shoe size and it came in too loose so I had to return it. But it is a very pretty shoe.

Color described as bleh.. think vintage/aging computer. Old yellow yuck

I bought the Velcro vans for my son because he's autistic and doesn't tie his shoes. I was hoping that these would fit him but his feet are a bit too wide, so they are very narrow shoes. I also try to find a return option on the website and couldn't. It was purchased that was too complicated and I will not be buying shoes from here again. My daughter shoes fit perfect she has narrow feet but I'd rather buy shoes or I can easily return them if I needed to.

There is a wrinkle in the canvas on the inside of one shoe right where my toes sit which makes it uncomfortable as I can feel it when I walk. I have had probably 30 pairs of vans in my life and never had an issue like this before

I buy size 10 1/2 shoes all the time from vans and the pair did not fit. They were quite obviously much smaller than a normal 10 1/2.. I am disabled and legally blind and would have no idea how to return these shoes. I guess I needed a size 11 and I wish I knew how to remedy the problem. There was no return label included in the box although because of my vision problem it would not be easy for me to return these shoes. If there's anything you guys can do to help remedy the problem maybe send me a return address label or something. I would appreciate it, but these shoes do not fit. perhaps you could send me a new pair of these shoes in a larger size? But 10 1/2 in this style do not fit. In the future, perhaps you should include a return address label to customers so there is a way to return an item that does not fit?

All I wore for decades was vans. Now with their new styles I can't find a single shoe that fits well or lasts more than 6 months without ripping or wearing out. They keep changing shoe designs only making them less comfortable. Sad to see the prices going up and up and the shoe quality and fit gone way down.

I love these shoes so much, but the quality is horrible!! When I purchased these shoes one year ago, I also purchased the recommanded spray to make them last longer. I don't even use them daily. After just one year of use, they not only look 5 years old, but they look like they are made from to different materials. The left shoe is slightly darker, and almost suede like, while the right shoe is faded, and dirty looking. I'm very sad

My son has only had these shoes for about 2 months. After about a month I noticed a tear in the fabric. He is 13 years old and didn't do any extreme in them. Just school and such. I am not sure if he just received a bad pair of them or if the quality isn't the best. He loves the style and fit. I just can't buy him a new pair every other month.

Vans needs to get on their A game. These classic Velcro vans are never in stock Holidays are approaching. Do better Vans!!!!!

Shoes came one is all faded like it has been sitting in a window so the shoes were different colors also black socks lint all in the shoe.

Within less than a month of my son wearing these shoes, they have started to fall apart. Not made well at all. I have tried to either get a new pair or a refund from the company and they have dragged their feet. Terrible customer service in my opinion. I sent pictures and then more pictures and now I have to send a third set of pictures. Would never order them again.

These are not only the worst Vans I've purchased, but one of the worst pairs of shoes I've ever worn. My heels are cut up and my feet hurt.

Been buying these shoes for years. Bought my last pair in 2022. Always wore an 8.5 women's. Bought a new pair (2024) and they are too small.

The laces are hard to adjust & the shoe itself is super wide! I'd have loved to have been able to just slip them on (being I ordered a whole size up to do so)

I only say this because they have yet to restock. I've been consistently checking for months now. Can't find the color I want anywhere.

the velcro isn't even on the right way. i love these shoes and rebought them because my other ones wore out, but now i'm just disappointed.

I was so excited to get these shoes ......totally disappointed. Socked feet slip around on the fleece and the foot bed is rock hard.

the left shoe came with an ugly mark on it. The right shoe fits weird in the heal. Vans refused to send me a replacement when they had more in stock.

I ordered these thinking they are a light brown. They are not. They are more of a purple than anything. The picture is very deceiving.

Bought 2 pair at the same time. Blk cozy slip-on and the Blk MTE mid-slip. Received email that the cozy slip-on was ready to be picked up at my local VANS store in the mall. The mid-slip would be sent to my intended destination. The 1st pair I picked up had nothing that would indicate it was a new shoe. Just thrown in the box. No paper stuffing and wrinkled creases. My guess is free shipping means you may be required to pick it up at your local mall so VANS can save in gas

I've bought a pair of these shoes every year for the past 6 years. The most recent pair was horrible. I could barely fit my left foot in and by the end of the day, I had lost all feeling in my left foot because the shoe was so tight. I'm sure they're trying to save on costs and materials, but they're so uncomfortable, they're not even worth buying. Save your money!

I love most vans products but I have wanted these shoes ever since they came out. But they never have any size at all in stock, yet I get ads for this exact shoe every day of my life now. STOP SHOWING ME THIS SHOE UNLESS YOU HAVE IT IN STOCK!!!!!!!! YOU GUYS ARE EVIL, WHY THE WOULD YOU RUB IT IN MY FACE THAT I CAN NEVER GET THESE SHOES?????? If I see one more ad for these shoes when you have none, my head will explode and you can explain my death to my family. I hope whoever puts these ads on my feed rots in he11 forever. I love your products but why would you be so mean to me?????? I want to continue buying and wearing your clothes and shoes but this is too frustrating.

Been wearing Vans for about 20 years now, and never had a pair split open after only a month of use. Customer service was ZERO help. Do not recommend.
