Love the shoes - This is my second pair of Teva flip-flops. They are just great. I was so happy when I was told about your site, because I was unable to find these in my local stores. Your the best. I will never buy shoes anywhere else.

Comfortable - I normally wear a size 7 and after reading other reviews ordered a size 6 and 7. I kept the 6. Very, very comfortable.

Sporty sandal - If you hate those flimsy little cheap flip flops, these are for you. They stay on your feet well, have a little arch support, and provide good traction. I had an old pair of Tevas in a 7 but the 6 fit perfectly for these. I have wide feet, and they are quite comfortable. The strap was a little bit too snug for me across the top of my foot at first, but it has broken in perfectly.

A great Flip-Flop - This is my second pair and I highly recommend them. Much better support than any other flip-flop and very comfortable.

Best yet for casual trail walks! Very comfortable; will order another pair! Great for my trek down a long, slightly steep, rocky path to the beach...no slipping at all. Not especially fashionable, but in practical terms: unsurpassed stability for a thong.

Elixer 5 -- NOT your ordinary thong! The Teva Elixer 5 is a great shoe! My true shoe size is 7, but I ordered a size 6 because of the helpful reviews, and am very glad that I did. The fit is perfect, they are cushy and the arch support is excellent! A very comfortable shoe.

Foot relief!! After a couple of days in dress shoes for a convention, this morning I slipped my feet into these wonderful shoes and it is like an instant massage. They are not beautiful but I am wearing mine with a skirt this morning and they don't look too terrible.

Very comfortable - Better than any flip-flop I've ever owned, that's for sure.

Comfortable shoe! Ever since my podiatrist told me to stop wearing flip-flops, I have been disappointed in all the types of shoes I have been restricted from wearing. I have plantar fasciitis, which causes foot pain if I wear shoes without support, etc. I decided to try these sandals to wear mainly around the house and yard. Wow, these are great. Excellent arch support, which is probably why I have no foot pain. Love these shoes!

I own 2 pairs of these flip-flops bought locally. I would buy more colors if they were here. I bought them after buying Chacos and I do not wear the Chacos. The Chacos do not have the support. I was hesitant about thongs because they often bother in between the toes. Not these. I live in them when I am not at work. At work I live in Keen Newports.

Teva Elixirs 5 - This pair of sandals not only has comfort but is also very stylish. I live in the two pair I have purchased for the summer because of the comfort and because of the problems I have with my back and feet. I'm going back to Zappos in the fall for my fall and winter shoes. Thank you Teva.

Wore 'em all over Italia - I bought these sandals for a trip to Italy which included hiking, and beach & city-going. I was able to wear them everywhere and they were just perfect for everything! I brought three pairs of shoes with me, but I never took off the Elixir 5s!

Nice, sporty thongs - I find these sandals to be comfortable and lightweight, great for hopping into to run errands around town. Only thing I do not like is the fact that sometimes they make a squeaking sound, as if your feet are wet or something. Overall, I really like them and would recommend them.

Very good sandal - More support than the average sandal, makes it good for long walks as well as casual wear. This is the second pair for me and I would buy it again. The only critique I can possibly think of is that the straps over the foot could be a bit snugger. All in all, a great shoe for warm weather.

Best Flip Flop Ever - Most summers, my feet and legs get all wonky from wearing flip-flops all the time. This one is different...the foot bed is so supportive, and the straps are comfortable. Great shoe. Only flaw was that it seems very big to me and I had to send it back and get another size.

Very comfortable - This is the best support you can get in a flip-flop. I were it 24/7. I normally wear a 7 in everyday shoes but wear a size 6 in this shoe.

WOW!!! I am wearing my Elixers for the very first time. I teach 5th grade and these sandals feel great on my foot. I feel like I'm floating around my classroom! Thanks Teva for a great design and thanks Zappos for a speedy delivery.

LOVE THIS SANDAL - How did someone finally make a sandal that has arch support AND cushioning AND comes in a wide width? That's the trifecta! Bless you, Teva. I have another pair of Teva sandals - cuter than these, same arch support but a little flatter which is hard on the knees after any length of time. I can walk around in these for hours. Until Teva, I never wore sandals at all and my feet were always closed up even in the summer. This is awesome. As usual, Zappos is the place to shop!

Great sandals - I am glad I purchased these. They have the best support I have had in a sandal and they look great. I usually wear 8.5-9, but ordered an 8 because of the comments and they fit great.

Working on your feet CAN be pleasant! I work in a pharmacy and sometimes stand for 9 hours a day! I had given up trying to find footwear that would allow me to do more than crawl when I was off duty. These are wonderful. They aren't anything that you would wear for style, but if it's your feet that need comfort, these are great for long hours of standing or walking. I've proven it to myself. I've never had a pair of Tevas before, but for foot comfort, they can't be beaten for those on their feet a lot.

Best flip-flop ever! This is by far the best flip-flop I've ever owned. I have bad knees and usually can't wear something as unsupportive as a flip flop, but the Elixer is an exception. It has great arch support and a cushioned footbed that makes walking comfortable, regardless of the surface. I normally wear an 8.5 so I tried both the size 8 and 9. The 9 was huge but the 8 fits perfectly. The webbing between the toes was comfortable from the beginning so no break in time was needed there. Definitely worth the price and I would buy them again without hesitation. And, of course, Zappos service is fantastic!

Teva Elixir - Love the sandal. Very comfortable and it looks good. I had ordered them previously in a 6 and they were too big, so I gave them to a friend. The 5 is perfect, so I bought 2 pairs. Am very happy with them in the smaller size.

Thongs that are good for your feet! I have plantar fasciitis but it's imperative that I let my toes out into the sunshine in the summer! I've had problems in the past solving that dilemma, but these shoes fit the bill, at least as far as casual summer shoes go. They are very comfortable and provide excellent arch support and heel support. I can wear these all day without my orthotics and my feet are pretty much pain free (which is a miracle!), even if I'm shopping or walking a lot. The color choices are great. Also, I usually wear a D width, but the standard B width is just fine in these shoes (my feet don't hang off the edges!).

A great sandal - I have plantar fasciitis and was told that flat flip flops are not good so I ordered these. They are extremely comfortable and now wear them all the time!

Very comfortable! I wore these on walking tours every day during a cruise for two weeks, rain and shine, and never had a problem. They are absolutely comfortable and clean up beautifully. My legs got tired before my feet did. Normally I need wide width shoes, but not with these. A perfect fit. I'm ordering a second pair.
