Naturalizer Creston - A very comfortable shoe that is great with jeans or dress slacks. I ordered a narrow and it is a little wider than most narrows. The width has really not been an issue. I recommend this shoe for great comfort and casual style.

Very comfortable and super cushioned. The black does very well for a ballet flat look. The size 8 was perfect. The only drawback is the same problem that elastic always has: it feels comfortable at first and then starts to put pressure. I tried a half size larger see if that would work better, but it was just too big. So behind the tab on the heel, I ended up cutting slits in the elastic where it wouldn't show. How come the shoe manufacturers never seem to get it right with the elastic? I wish Zappos, with all the customer feedback they get, could make the manufacturers aware that the elastic should be sized so that the shoe is designed to basically fit correctly without elastic. The elastic should stretch only so slightly when the foot flexes to help keep the shoe on. Otherwise over hours of wearing, the stretched elastic puts too much pressure on the foot, forcing the toes against the end of the shoe, and eventually becoming uncomfortable.

Naturalizer Creston - Needed to order a half size larger and my typical shoe size. This turned out to be a fine fit.

Not for high fashion, but great for comfort - My DH said these look like "granny shoes". They are not the most attractive flats out there, so if you are looking for super-cute or high fashion, this is not the look. For everyday comfort, these fit the bill. I was just looking for something to wear around the house or on errands, etc. and so many flats are VERY uncomfortable. These definitely fit the bill. I bought the tan color and probably would have chosen another color because they really are not very attractive, but for my purpose, they will work. The other colors may look cuter. For those on their feet all day who want comfort, this is perfect!

Neat shoe - I like this shoe and it looks great with pants or a skirt, but my typical size 8.5 seems a bit too small because walking is uncomfortable. I didn't know it until after I wore the shoe a couple of times and had to walk more at the office than usual.

Feels like a sneaker, but way cuter! I am not a typical Naturalizer customer (I lean more toward sky high heels or painfully cute flats), but I did need something comfy for running to the store and walking the dog. I am not a real sneaker person, either, unless I am at the gym. I wanted to look cute and be comfy. This is the PERFECT comfort shoe for people like me. The sole is very soft and comfortable and it looks great- a little sportier than ballet flats, dressier than sneakers. I got black to go with everything and have worn them almost daily since they arrived. Whether it's jeans or yoga pants, these shoes are easy to slip on and go.

I have diabetic neuropathy and have been looking for a comfortable ballet flat. Before the neuropathy, I could wear an 8.5 B or W and it wouldn't bother me. I ordered the 8.5 WW in black. They are very cute and comfortable. My only complaint is that I wear socks with all my shoes and the red insole has left stains on them. Oh well.

Less comfy than it looks - I really like the look of this flat, it goes with many different outfits and isn't *too* flat as it has a rubber sole. I usually wear a Naturalizer 6.5W and ordered this size, but this shoe doesn't seem wide at all. The wide felt at best like a M and somehow, with the elastic perhaps, the shoe also feels shorter than normal. The most uncomfortable part is the back of the heel, which is not as soft as it looks. I have worn this now for about 6 times, each time for 8 hours or more and still the back of the shoe rubs the back of my feel ‘til I am bleeding. A pity.

Too narrow - Cute shoes, soft leather, nice look, and just what I was looking for, but too narrow for me. I wear an 8WW and they squished my feet, which are ultra sensitive due to Morton's Neuroma in both feet. So back they went and too bad. I really wanted keep them. I agree with some other reviewers that the elastic around the heel was a bit too tight, but I would have tolerated that. I think they would be a great shoe for many.

Comfy shoe after breaking in - I agree with the other reviews that the tab at the heel does rub on initial wearing but I didn't have the pain others reported. It was annoying but not painful and only did it on the first wear. These shoes are very comfortable and I wear them all the time.

Creston Comfort - A light weight comfortable slip on with a non-slip sole that could easily go anywhere and with the protective wrap up the back of the heel, it is a perfect driving shoe. I like to wear it as a house shoe and it looks great with jeans and slacks too.

Creston - I have them in black; a little plain, but very comfortable. I was wary because of all the comments about the heel, but I found wearing them with socks or peds, the heel is no problem. They are great for all day, but not much arch support. An all around solid shoe.

Comfort & Style - I have enjoyed wearing these shoes. They are very comfortable all day long - with lots of walking - and they go with everything.

A few months after purchasing these shoes, I can still say that they STILL stain my toes black. Also, it rained one day and they got wet. Now they have this terrible strong leather smell. I still love them though and they are still the most comfortable shoes I own.

The shape is a little odd- the heel juts out a bit in the back, but overall a cozy shoe that, with the elastic, fits like a glove. Very comfortable casual work shoe- goes with most everything.

The shoe was not quite as red as I expected. Was a darker shade than expected. Not sure I like the elastic in the back - seems to rub on my heel.

I work 13 hour days on my feet, as a flight attendant. I use these shoes only for work. My feet feel fairly good at the end of the day, except these shoes lack structural support, so I kinda feel "wobbly," and sometimes my arches ache. There was a 2 day break-in period, until the elastic at the back of the heel stretched out.

I bought this shoe hoping for a comfortable flat that would go with dresses and capris. It's very cute, but unfortunately painful. The leather piping along the top does not stretch and pulls along the top my bunions on both feet. I've had them for several months now and it's not getting any better. My feet are a little wide for some shoes, but not wide enough for a C width. I bought the Ugg Indah Burlap and they are much more comfortable for my feet.

This shoe had very little padding or arch support, if barefoot is good for you it would bd fine, but personally I needed a little more support. Zappos always great service, glad to do business with them.

Uncomfortable, from the too-tight elastic that pinches the top of the foot to the tab in back that irritates the heel. Too bad. It's going back.

I was looking for a very casual walking shoe that would look good with skirts or jeans. This one ALMOST works. But the turned up toe and the high cut of the toe box makes it look frumpy. I think I could have found a size that works, but I just couldn't get past the frumpiness factor.

These were not cute at all in person. Too long, the elastic did not even touch my feet. Sigh... They are going back.

I have been buying these shoes for about six years. The first pairs were beautiful, with soft leather and a wonderful fit. The last two pairs I have ordered are a hard, almost plastic looking leather and the shoe is cut much smaller than in the past. I am sending this last pair back and am looking for another brand that can provide that quality leather, even if it is at a high price. I'll miss this shoe in my closet.

I wear a 9 1/2 and my toes were crowded, yet my heel slipped. Strange fit on my foot, which is normally a perfect 91/2 M. I also wanted a little more pointed toe. The edges were a bit "hard." Just not my favorite shoe. I'm looking for the perfect, comfy flat.

I've been wearing this shoe around 2 years now, and although I haven't stopped wearing them, they're not as comfortable as I thought they would be when I 1st saw them. I think it may be the shape of the front of the shoe and there's a tightness on the top of the crisscross which is quite annoying, but...the shoe looks good & I like the loop on the back. I often think about putting a nice piece of fabric through it to see how they would look. I'm an 11 n.
