Zappos is wonderful - I ordered these waiting for a womens size 5, but I got the youth size 4 instead. They are everything I wanted in a boot and more. Zappos shipped these to me within 2 days & I couldn't be happier. I am a true Zappos fan & loyal customer.

Adorable. Very soft. Very warm. The baby wears them without socks, and around the house.

The best boots you'll ever own! I bought these boots because of how warm and comfortable they look. I received them 2 days after I placed my order, and they are simply the best boots I've ever gotten! There are a lot of imitations out there, but not nearly as nice as the real thing- the UGG's are worth every cent. I'm usually a woman's size 5-6, but decided to save some money by getting the youth size. I also commend Zappos for their outstanding and trustworthy service. The best place for the best deals and service!

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE, EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE - I recently ordered a pair of UGGs for my daughter. It was the easiest process. The boots came in on time, in perfect condition. It was so pleasant dealing with Zappos.com Their customer service was top-notch. We had a 2nd pair on the "please notify us when our size is available list" which they promptly did and a 2nd pair will be ordered. Thank you Zappos.

Uggs rock!!!! These are great for the kids, we've been wearing Uggz for the past 13 years (husband's and avid surfer) but this is the first pair for our 4 year old, he loves them...and wears them all the time. The only thing you have to remember is these stretch out about half a size from wear...

Love my uggs!! I can't believe the high level of customer service that Zappos provides. Although I found these Uggs in kids sizes cheaper on another website, it was going to be a 3-4 week delivery. I got my Uggs in the mail within 2 days from Zappos. Zappos has won me over as a loyal customer. I'm a size 5.5 in womens and purchased youth size 3 and saved some money on my Uggs, now I live in them!!!

An uGG lOvEr n swiMMeR - I just love my new chestnut uggs!!! They are so comfortable!!! I am a swimmer so I can now wear them at swim meets when my feet get cold.

I LOVE THESE BOOTS! Zappos delivered faster than any other online shopping experience than I ever delt with before. And as a mom I do a lot of shopping online)I didn't like Uggs in the begining but after awhile I feel in love! And when I tryed finding my size, Zappos was the only website that had them for so cheap! The only thing is they feel a little wide (size 4 but) with socks it evens out. Zappos you now have a loyal customer!!

Ugg Boots - I bought these for my daughter and she loves them. My husband and I already have some and have always thought they were very comfortable.

Kids Classic Uggs - I bought my little girl a pair of Uggs for Christmas and she loves them. She said they feel great, looks good, and very comfortable. Only one problem, we need the spray cleaner, and the protecting cleaner that goes on the Ugg boots.

Great purchase - I purchase 2 pairs for my 4 year old son (sand)& myself (pink)....and all I can say is these Ugg boots feels very comfy; not to mention that I save few dollars cuz I bought the youth size for myself. My son's pair is already worn out from everyday use & I won't think twice of buying them again for him. I also would like to commend Zappos for their great service. I received our boots on the second day & used them already!!! Not but not the least, I have to say that they were also accomodating when I asked for a price adjustment for my son's boots. Now, I'm back on their website to purchase another pair for my sister.

Cool Ugg boots - My boots are a little big on me, but they're so cute I forget about it. I like them.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!!!!! Love the shoes... PERFECT!!!!!!!!! Shoes were more than what I expected.. So SOFT and COMFORTABLE... I, myself, bought a kid size 5 to fit my 6/6.5 foot... They fit perfect and they form to your foot for a perfect fit!! Zappos had great and speedy shipping, and also sent email for tracking and order comfirmation etc.! I will never buy from any other online shoe store again!!!
