I love these boots! You should get a full size smaller than your regular size so you can wear them with thin or no socks.The comfort is so nice I can't wait for the colder weather. It's a good idea to seal the suede with a spray made for UGS. Keeps them sealed from water.

I bought these for my daughter who lives in SF. They're her first pair of Ugg & she loves them. Her regular shoe size is 7; bought the boots in size 6 and they are a perfect fit.

I am very particular about my shoes and I only wear higher end shoes (Prada, Manolo etc.) The chestnut short are my first Ugg experience and they are wonderful. I wear a size 8 - 8.5 and ordered an 8 and they fit perfectly length wise with room for socks. They are very cozy. I can see why they gained popularity so quickly.

Bought these as was exchanging another item & had been wanting Ugg boots. Very pleased with the product which arrived promptly & looked just as expected/I hoped. I have only worn them around the house as it's too warm at the moment. However, they seem to fit perfectly as I followed suggestion to buy 7 as I generally wear 6.5.

I ordered the Chocolate classic short boot. I love the color. If you haven't seen these in person yet, they are darker than in the picture, which I actually like more because they don't get messy easily and the color is rich and more mature looking than the sand or chestnut. I am a true size 9, and ordered an 8 which was perfect. They are comfortable and warm. Don't recommend wearing them in the rain though (I am in college and a lot of girls tend to do that but it looks awful and ages the shoe faster). Very happy with my upgrade to next day shipping as well!

I love UGG shoes and these are no exception. The color is true to the picture. I always order a half size down, which makes for a great fit! They are great for warmth and for comfort.

I love UGG shoes! I'm surprised so many people said felt smaller than marked. I'd say just the opposite. I'm usually a 9C, got a 9 standard width and they are roomy but not, too. I love these boots! It's comfy beyond belief.

Love, love, love, my UGG boots! Just slip in some insoles and your good to go. If you have narrow feet get a size smaller because they will stretch. Fast shipping! Good job Zappos!

I love my UGG Classic Short boots. I wore them all winter, and my feet stayed warm and dry. We had one of the snowiest winters in a while, and the boots were great. I loved them so much, I bought my sister a pair for her birthday.

I had seen Zappos on 60 minutes, then when I came across them in a google search, I decided I would give them a try. Their prices the same as other stores, but, shipping is free both ways. That was the icing on the cake. The first pair, which I have a size 6 UGG, that is what I ordered and they were too small, so I exchanged with no hassles and the next day I had my UGG boots, and the correct size. Fabulous service and follow up.

These were a Christmas gift from my sister who has many pairs of Ugg boots. They are very comfortable and surprisingly cool for being lined with wool (I think they are lined with wool or something similar). It turns out they are designed to be worn year-round so I wear them with shorts when it’s warm and they still manage to look super cute and surprisingly appropriate. They also get a lot of wear as slippers- they are that cozy. I highly recommend them. They have held up well so far as they seem to be high quality leather/suede and have a nice rough sole to keep clumsy gals like myself upright on otherwise slippery surfaces.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THEM!!! Comfy, cozy, and warm. I live in Alaska and these are wonderful. Haven't gone through a whole winter with them yet-so we'll see...Wish they had a little arch support in them though. I got them in sand, but I think I'm an UGG junkie now-MUST HAVE THEM IN EVERY COLOR, AHHH!!! I got them a size down after reading other reviews-thank you to others who have made reviews!

When I ordered these, I wanted a size 6 but there were only a size 5 left in the black color, so I took a chance and ordered them. Later that night, I saw that the size 6 was in stock and ordered those knowing that I could return them easily with Zappos great customer service. I received overnight shipping for both of my pairs, which was wonderful, and got them the next day! I ended up keeping the size 5 and returning the size 6. I'm not sure why UGG has two different black materials now. The size 5 was the original suede that is soft as all the other UGGs and the size 6 was that weird nubuck feeling material that wasn't suede-like at all.

I started ordering from Zappos about 5 years ago. I have been so happy with their customer service, their shipping procedures and their return policy that I don\'t find it necessary to leave the comfort of my own home to shop.

Love them. I wore my Ugg boots to the aquarium where I did a lot of walking- they were so comfortable! Also, I have never been able to wear house slippers because they make my feet sweat; not with these-my feet stay warm but not hot and sweaty. The cleaning kit was a great buy, because in Ohio the weather changes quickly.

I love these boots and I love Zappos. I ordered these at 10:30 p.m. and they were on my doorstep by 10:30 a.m. the next day! Such amazing and fast service!! I normally wear a size 7, but heard these run big so I ordered a 6. Perfect fit!! I picked the chestnut color because it matches everything and they will always be in style because of their classic color. Officially an "Ugg girl!!!!!"

Bought these for my daughter because she plays volleyball tournaments in cold weather climates and is going north for college next year. However, she wears them all of the time in Florida also. They are cute and comfortable and she loves them. Did buy them in a size smaller than she normally wears based on other comments and they fit perfectly!

I bought the classic Uggs in chestnut & I love them. They are very comfortable, warm & cute. I have many Uggs, but these are my first classics. I wanted the Mayfaire, but they were not as comfortable, so I'm sticking with the classics. I am normally a size 8 in shoes, but I had to get these in a size 7 & they fit perfectly. As always, Zappos is the best place to shop & I tell everyone I know to shop at Zappos. Zappos rocks!

Well, what can I say that people don't already know about these FABULOUS UGGS? I actually look forward to matching my outfits to these great boots, so I can wear them out. Wearing these UGG boots are like walking on cotton, I love them. Definitely worth the money!

I love this short UGG boot. I have it in gray. I wear a size 8 medium. This boot runs true to size. I originally ordered a sized 9 and had to send it back, it was too big. Zappos customer service was very quick in sending out a size 8. Zappos.com is the best!

Being from S.W. Florida, I suddenly found myself in the need for warm boots in snowing Denver. I ordered the Classic Short Uggs from Zappos and had them delivered to Windsor, Co. The boots arrived in 2 days and were waiting for me when I arrived. They are comfortable, practical, and versatile. Being able to wear them outside my jean leg or under my flare leg jeans. I also had them turned down to show the fleece or up. I loved the comfort and the look. They fit well and supported my feet, keeping them warm and dry.

I have purchased numerous shoe/boot items from Zappos, and I absolutely love the fact that I have such a huge selection to pick from.
