I puchased these Uggs as a Christmas gift for my son's girlfriend. She was thrilled and wears them most every day. She has said that they are extremely comfortable and warm. I only wish they were available in half sizes.

These UGGs are just what you expect. The color is nice and seems to hold up in weather. Warm is the word and so easy to just jump into. Zappos is the easiest ways to shop for gifts. Always fast and competitive priced. Thanks!

Excellent boot and excellent service. Zappos sent it extra fast - it came the next day! I had a customer service question after receiving them and they answered it very courteously and to my satisfaction. I love the boot. Yes, you can go barefoot in these Uggs. They are cut so they don't drag as you walk and yet are not hard to put on or take off.

My feet are snuggly and warm in these Uggs. I usually wear a 7 1/2 or 8 in boots and the 7's fit just right. They were snug at first, but they break in after a week of walking. I wore these during a 10-20 degree trip to Chicago and my feet were never cold. Love these!

These boots are totally worth the price! Your feet will never be cold again. I have literally worn these black Uggs or my old brown Uggs every day since I bought them! Zappos had them on my doorstep in almost 24 hours - free! I highly recommend getting these boots from Zappos!

The Ugg boots I bought for my wife are terrific, but I want to write a comment about Zappos. In a word...unbeatable. Free shipping, extremely helpful telephone ordering, overnight delivery (I don't know how I qualified for this, but the next morning after ordering my Ugg's were at the front door). Here's another super plus...on one of my order requests Zappos did not have the size I needed, so the customer rep guy took the time to find another outlet that had the size I wanted (he even checked to make sure his recommendation site had the shoe in stock). Pretty wonderful service. I will not go to another source for my online shoes.

I'm very pleased with the service. the quality of the boots just like when you purchase at the store. I received them when promised. save on tax and shipping what a great deal. I never had to send anything back yet, but it's good to know that you can ship back with no charge.

Wonderful pair of boots. My daughter loves them! She wears them every day. Worth every penny! I did seal them with the protective spray. They were boxed beautifully. Very impressed with Zappos! So so comfortable and warm! That is the definition for UGGs! These short boots are so cute with just about any outfit! They look awesome with skinny jeans and a sweater or with sweats! They look great with leggings and a tunic also. Really easy to just slip they are just so cozy. It's definitely a great buy!
