Uggs - what else can be said?! They are like wearing your best slippers to the store! They are warm, comfortable and where we live - Lake Tahoe - stay pretty dry even after tromping through the snow. Love 'em. Love Zappos too! The shipping service is the best on the planet! They are so fast and the packages arrived beautifully wrapped.

Love the boots. They arrived in the predicted time (very quickly, thank you) and ready to wear! I will continue to order from Zappos, and should I have to change something Zappos makes it so easy.

Mama needs boots! The last pair of Ugg's were purchased in 1995 in Australia (for a lot less, mind you). Ugg's are still a fantastic buy even in today's shoe economy...and most efficient via Zappos VIP. No need to hop a plane to Australia, or visit the shopping mall, to score a set of Ugg's. Though I do suggest the former over the latter, should you ever get the chance! Ugg are great products to keep the feet and toes cozy.

I love these - they are my third pair of Uggs and they never disappoint. Comfy and warm - I wear them all winter long. It's always a good idea with this style shoe to get a size smaller because they stretch.

Zapposs' Ugg Classic Shorts have various colors, they have more range than AUMUs which I bought one pair last year. I am very interested in coming here, and seek to buy one pair this month, I will recommend Zappos to my friends.

Many years ago, I bought my very first pair of Uggs, Classic Shorts with a pretty grey paisley pattern. I wore them to death and then, for some inexplicable reason, I never replaced them - until today! One recent chilly morning, I went to the closet to borrow my sister's, only to find that she had got to them before me. I was sorely disappointed. It was that moment that I knew that I needed my own. I quickly logged onto Zappos and ordered a pair of chestnut Classic Shorts, size 7 (I suggest sizing down a little bit, I usually wear a 7½-8). They arrived within 48 hours (Zappos is absolutely amazing!) and as I slipped my feet into the that downy fleece, I fell in love all over again. About half an hour later, I ventured out into the cold, but my toes were snug and cozy as could be. As I hopped off the bus, a smile uncontrollably spread across my face because it felt like I was walking on a glorious cloud, no kidding, I really thought that to myself! You have got to get them!

I am so glad I didn't order a whole size down, as some reviewers have suggested. I am an 8.5 and followed the Ugg directions of rounding down, so I ordered an 8. It is the PERFECT fit. I love these boots. My feet love these boots. Plus Zappos was fast and fabulous!

Love the Ugg Brand shoes. Warm, plush, and very comfortable. Sturdy and last! The black is most practical for me but also love the Camel color. Wear them everywhere!

I finally have my first pair of Uggs. Very happy and I have worn them twice. Very comfy. They are not made for Narrow feet and I am a 7N. I did not size down-bought a 7 and they are a little loose.I wear them with relatively heavy socks and they fit fine and are warm and toasty.

I wore these boots almost everywhere inside and outside this winter; they are very comfortable and cozy. It does get cold here in Arizona. As most people say, you do have to get a size smaller than you would normally order.

I ordered a pair of Ugg boots for my daughter's Christmas present. The ordering process was very simple and easy. I was nervous that the boots would not arrive by Christmas, but Zappos did not disappoint! I am very happy with my purchase and have become a converted Zappos fan! My sister loves Zappos too.

I had in my boot inventory a pair of tall, chocolate Ugg boots, but found them a little confining when underneath some pairs of pants. The shorter Ugg boots fit the bill. They are easier to slip on with skinny tights or underneath jeans. I also found the lighter sand color fit a lot more of my clothing than the cognac or dark chocolate do, which means I wear them more. To make sure they do not get as dirty, I spray them with suede and leather shoe protector. True to Ugg comfort, they are warm without socks. I love them!

These were a gift for my daughter, first we got the wrong size and she wanted a different color. I just called them and they shipped the size and color she wanted the next day! Awesome, Zappos is the only place I buy shoes and much more! Thanks guys! My daughter loves these boots!

I bought these for my 13 yr old daughter and she love, love , loves them. She wears them practically everyday especially after dance. These boots are a staple shoe everyone should have for the winter. Color goes with just about everything. I' m sure I will be buying another pair for her if she grows out of them. Which is fine... I have no problem taking her hand me downs! :)

What can you say about the Ugg classic boot? There's a reason it's a classic. Though perhaps it doesn't show a well-turned ankle to advantage, it is warm,comfortable and incredibly useful. I have worn them for years using my Uggs for snow boots as well as bedroom slippers. They are, or me at least, the foot equivalent of a Barbour jacket. They do run large so I buy a half size down.

The Uggs are fantastic. Warm, comfortable and great quality. The customer service reps at Zappos are the best of the best! The fast delivery of your order is absolutely amazing. I highly recommend Zappos!

These are excellent boots. They are very comfortable, very durable and great in the winter weather of Ohio. It was 6° outside today and my daughter never complained of cold feet! I would also like to add the great customer service experience I had with Zappos. Their customer service skills are quality number one. I bought three pairs of Ugg boots for Christmas gifts. I ordered the wrong sizes, of course. I called customer service, no questions asked. I had three pairs of Uggs on my door step the next day. Great job, guys! Thank you for saving me at Christmas time. My three daughters love the boots and I enjoyed the Zappos shopping experience.
