I was unsure if I should have ordered an 8 or 9 because I take an 8.5. I ordered size 8 and they fit perfectly. There is plenty of room.

Lovely grey color, fabulous construction, true to size and WARM! Second pair in many years as they wear well and the old pair are still good except the tread is wearing smooth.

I took the advice of previously reviewers and ordered a size down - I wear a 6 or 6.5, ordered a 5 and they fit fine. They are a little snug in the shaft when I am getting them on, but once they are, I love them! They are very comfortable and warm. Not for wet weather but so cozy on cold days! I would get an other pair in a heartbeat if they didn't cost so much! I have planters fasciitis and tarsal tunnel syndrome and these boots don't hurt me at all. Buy them! You'll love them.

Once again Zappos has exceeded expectations in terms of customer care and reliability. I ordered a pair of Ugg boots for my daughter for Christmas only putting my order through on 11th December. They arrived the following day! Fantastic service. I was a little concerned about the size I ordered as my daughter falls between 2 sizes but I took a chance and ordered the ones a half size smaller as opposed to a half size bigger and they are perfect. Happy all around. I will recommend Zappos to all my friends.

For years I was wondering what is it the UGGs wearers are raving about. Finally, when is got my bonus this past December, I treated myself to a pair of Classic Shorts. They are all that, and more! When I wait for a bus in a NYC cold and windy weather, I am cold all over, but but my feet! Not only my feet are not cold, they are actually warm! I also like to wear my miracle boots in home to have my feet oh-so-toasty! No shearling slippers could do that for me. Now I want a second pair of UGGs in different style. Maybe from my next year bonus. :) Yes, they are pricey, but they are one of the best shouts I ever put my feet in! I wear 8.5, and size 8 is perfect.

Exactly as described. They came within 3 business day, if I remember correctly. They came in new box with a gift receipt return label. They fit my mother like a glove. Everyone was happy.

I have purchased five pair of Uggs,one pair of dress shoes and tennis shoes. The service is great, returns or size exchange no problem. We usually get the exchange before we have a chance to return. Would recommend Zappos to all my friends.

Bought these as a gift and of course they were a hit. If I can buy something from Zappos, I dont go elsewhere. You cant beat their selection, quality and service.

I ordered a size down. Normally a 10 and they feel great!. The 10 may have been just fine, but I imagine they would have begun to stretch after time and feel and look sloppy. I finally took the plunge and bought a pair of these boots. They are plush and heavenly, that is all. Very happy!

My first pair of uggs (Classic Tall) purchased years and years ago were a size 5. My sister told me Uggs started running smaller! So I went with the size 6. That was a bad decision. I wear a 6½ in regular shoes (usually between 6 and 7), and wish that I had gotten the 5. I hope this is helpful!

Love these, warm, good fit, durable. This is probably the 5th pair of Uggs in our household and they hold up really well. I do suggest spraying with a waterproofer to save the suede from salt & water stains.

Love these boots. They've been great keeping my feet warm during the Polar Vortex that hit the east coast this week! Here's a piece of advice- I sprayed them with the Ugg boot spray and the dirt and grime magically wipes right off! Wish I had done it with my old Uggs. Even with the spray the suede feels amazing and looks even better! Very happy with this purchase?

This is a cozy, cute boot. My girls love these boots and they wear them all the time in snowy Colorado. They do require waterproofing and cleaning to keep the suede looking nice and they are actually not great in the snow, the treads can be slippery. Despite that, we have had Uggs for years and they are a comfortable, quality product that will last. The fur does pack down a bit, we have gotten them 1/2 size smaller and they've been perfect.

These are my first pair of UGGS. They fit like a dream and are my new winter flip flops. I wish I had bought them years ago! Comfortable and warm! Fantastic buy!
